Description
Vorteilhaft bei einer derartigen Ausbildung ist, daß lediglich durch den Austausch des Riegelteiles verschiedene diskrete Zuordnungen zu unterschiedlichen Gegen-Steckkontaktteilen möglich ist und daß somit auf einfache Art und Weise eine Steckkontaktteile-Familie realisierbar ist.

Claims (11)
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse, das vorzugsweise mehrere in zumindest einer Reihe angeordnete, durchgehende Kammern (2) zur Aufnahme von jeweils einem Steckkontaktelement (3) aufweist und an dessen für die mit dem Gegen-Steckverbindungsteil in Verbindung bringbare Steckseite ein zur Festlegung der Steckkontaktelemente vorgesehenes, zwischen einer Entriegelungs- und Verriegelungsstellung bewegbares Riegelteil (6) verschiebbar gehalten ist, wobei das Riegelteil (6) durch eine parallel zur Steckrichtung von der Steckseite her vorzunehmende Aufschiebebewegung in seine Entriegelungsstellung gebracht und in dieser über miteinander kooperierende, an dem Riegelteil und an dem Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) vorhandene Rastelemente in dieser Stellung gehalten wird, wobei das Riegelteil (6) im wesentlichen rahmenartig ausgebildet ist und wobei an das Riegelteil (6) mehrere in die Rahmenöffnung hineinragende, quer zur Steckrichtung verlaufende Riegelzapfen (8) angeformt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (6) über die Rastelemente quer zur Steckrichtung verschieblich am Steckbereich (4) des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) gehalten und geführt ist, so daß es von seiner Entriegelungsstellung durch eine quer zur Steckrichtung vorzunehmende Verschiebebewegung rastend in seine Verriegelungsstellung bringbar ist und die Riegelzapfen (8) des Riegelteiles (6) in der Verriegelungsstellung durch in den Kammerwänden vorhandene Öffnungen in die Kammern (2) eingreifen und dabei zur Verriegelung direkt an schulterartige Bereiche (19) der in die Kammern (2) eingeführten Steckkontaktelemente (3) zur Anlage kommen, und daß das Riegelteil (6) mit zumindest einem, eine Verbindung lediglich mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Gegen-Steckkontaktteil zulassenden Codierelement (20) versehen ist und daß in direkter Nähe der Riegelzapfen (8) ein elastisch verformbarer Rastzapfen and das Riegelteil (6) angeformt ist, der in der Verriegelungsstellung rastend in eine Öffnung des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) eingreift.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zumindest eine Codierelement (20) an der Außenwandung des rahmenartigen Riegelteiles (6) vorhanden ist.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zumindest eine Codierelement (20) aus einer in die Außenwandung des Riegelteiles (6) eingeformten Ausnehmung besteht.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Codierelement (20) aus einem an die Außenwandung des Riegelteiles (6) angeformten Ansatz besteht.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Riegelteil (6) vorhandenen Rastelemente aus zwei angeformten, federelastisch auslenkbaren Rastarmen (7) bestehen, welche jeweils in eine im Steckbereich (4) vorhandene, quer zur Steckrichtung verlaufende Rastnut (11) eingreifen.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Steckbereich (4) des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) je Rastarm (7) eine parallel zur Steckrichtung verlaufende Einführnut (12) vorhanden ist.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastzapfen zwischen zwei Riegelzapfen (8) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer der Riegelzapfen (8) mit Rasthaken (18) versehen und elastisch verformbar ausgebildet ist, wobei der Rasthaken (18) in der Verriegelungsstellung des Riegelteiles (6) rastend in eine Öffnung der Kammern (2) des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) eingreift.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (6) mit seiner Stirnseite zumindest einen großen Anteil des Steckgesichtes bildet.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (6) von einer an die Steckseite des Isolierstoffgehäuses (1) angeformten, zur Aufnahme des Steckbereiches des Gegen-Steckkontaktteiles vorgesehenen kragenförmigen Erweiterung (17) umgeben ist.
- Elektrisches Steckverbindungsteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Steckbereich (4) ein Dichtelement (5) zugeordnet ist, welches mit seiner einen Ringfläche an der der Stirnseite abgewandten Kantenfläche (15) des Riegelteiles (6) abstützend zur Anlage kommt.
