Abstract
Description
Eine zweite Dichtung befindet sich zwischen Anschlußbolzen und Gehäuse.
Claims (3)
- Glühstiftkerze mit einem in einem metallischen rohrförmigen Gehäuse eingebetteten brennraumseits verschlossenen und mit isolierendem Pulver gefüllten Glührohr, wobei in dem Gehäuse eine elektrische Anschlußvorrichtung, die in das Glührohr hineinragt, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine als isolierende Dichtung wirkende Keramikscheibe (13) das Glührohr an seinem brennraumfernen Ende verschließt und wobei die Verbindung zwischen Glührohr (10) und der als Dichtung wirkenden Keramikscheibe (13) bzw. der Anschlußvorrichtung (12) und der als Dichtung wirkenden Keramikscheibe (13) mittels Reibschweißen erfolgt.
- Glühstiftkerze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußvorrichung aus zwei Teilen unterschiedlichen Durchmessers besteht und zwar aus einem im Glührohr befindlichen Teil (12a) und aus einem außerhalb des Glührohres befindlichen Teils (12b) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als der Durchmesser des im Glührohr befindlichen Teils (12a), so daß die Anschlußvorrichtung einen Absatz aufweist und die Verbindung mit der als Dichtung wirkenden Keramikscheibe an dem Absatz der Anschlußvorrichung erfolgt.
- Glühstiftkerze nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Keramikscheibe (13) Aluminiumschichten aufgebracht sind, die in dem Bereich angeordnet sind, wo die als Dichtung wirkende Keramikscheibe auf dem Glührohr bzw. auf der Anschlußvorrichtung und Keramikscheibe entsteht.
