Claims (11)
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig, mit beidseitig angeordneten Stufen-/Palettenführungen, auf welchen Stufen-/Paletten-Kettenrollen sowie Stufen-/Paletten-Schlepprollen laufen und die sich über den Verlauf der Fahrtreppe oder des Fahrsteigs erstreckende Schlepprollenschienen sowie Kettenrollenschienen und Umführbögen aufweisen und wobei die Stufen-/Palettenführungen gebogene Bleche aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil der Stufen-/Palettenführungen (10) aus tiefgezogenem Blech hergestellt ist, das zur Führung der Stufen-/Palettenrollen eine Schulter (46) aufweist, die sich entlang der Rollenlaufbahn erstreckt und dessen Höhe 5-20% des Rollendurchmessers beträgt.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefziehrichtung für die Erstellung des tiefgezogenen Blechs sich quer, insbesondere senkrecht zur Ausrichtung der Fahrtreppe oder des Fahrsteigs erstreckt.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tiefgezogenen Bleche Absätze oder Schultern (38, 46) aufweisen, die sich längs der Laufbahnen (24, 44) der Rollen und diesen unmittelbar benachbart erstrecken.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich längs der Laufbahnen (24, 44) erstreckende Schultern (38, 46) je einfach an einer Stufen-/Palettenführung (10) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Schulterfläche in bzw. gegen die Tiefziehrichtung weist.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Stufen-/Palettenführung (10) längs der Laufbahn (24, 44) der Rollen Schultern (38, 46) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Schultern (38, 46) an beiden Seiten der Stufen/Paletten gegensinnig ausgerichtet sind.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefziehrichtung der Bleche zur Fahrtreppen- oder Fahrsteig-Innenseite weist.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefziehrichtung der Bleche zur Fahrtreppen- oder Fahrsteig-Außenseite weist.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umführbögen (12, 14) der Stufen-/Palettenführungen (10) ein einwärts weisendes Blech für Stufen-/Paletten-Kettenrollen und ein auswärts weisendes Blech für Stufen-/Paletten-Schlepprollen, je auf die Tiefziehrichtung bezogen, aufweisen.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß tiefgezogenen Bleche mit ihren tiefgezogenen Bereichen einander zugewandt und aneinander befestigt sind.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schultern (46) der Stufen-/Palettenführungen (10), die sich entlang der Rollenlaufbahnen erstrecken, eine Höhe aufweisen, die etwa 10 bis 15 % des Rollendurchmessers aufweist.
- Fahrtreppe oder Fahrsteig nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß geformte Profilbleche als Schienen (40) längs der Fahrtreppe oder des Fahrsteigs je die Stufen-/Palettenführungen (10) bilden.
