Definitions
- the invention relates to a slatted frame according to the preamble of claim 1.
- slatted frame according to the invention are with Additional spring elements cooperating support elements independent of the slat bearing elements.
- the one about the Additional spring elements created additional support path is thus mechanically parallel to that through the slat bearing elements formed spring travel switched, and on this way you can see the spring behavior in a very adjust large area.
- the additional spring elements particularly simple to be attached to the slats.
- the head sections of the additional spring elements on the last one already installed Latte can be pushed sideways, and when installing the following slat, this can be seen from the side Direction in the head sections of the just attached Additional spring elements are inserted.
- the additional spring elements if their width is not is much larger than the distance between adjacent battens, between two neighboring battens by 90 ° to theirs Insert the working position rotated and then by 90 ° rotate the vertical axis, causing their guide grooves over the lower and upper slat surfaces are moved.
- an additional spring element as specified in claim 5 is the overall dimension of the additional spring element particularly small in the longitudinal direction of the slats.
- Such additional spring elements can also be geometrically special manufacture simple molds, e.g. inject.
- the design of the additional spring elements according to claim 8 is with regard to good long-term stability, avoiding noise when compressing, achievability the desired spring constants for the Use in slatted frames of practical dimensions, in Terms of maintaining a once elected Position of the additional spring elements on the slats Friction and with regard to ease of manufacture with Proven molding processes (spraying) are an advantage.
- the training specified in claim 10 is the Gripping means particularly advantageous because you have such large contact surfaces for fingers without protruding Parts would have to be provided, which the continuity would affect the lying area.
- the overall arrangement the support elements are particularly simple.
- the support element arrangement simply includes on the side of the longitudinal spars attached support strips, the tops of which are in and come out of engagement with the additional spring elements, each after how these are set on the slats. This Support strips only need over the parts of the longitudinal bars to be provided where an additional setting the stiffness of the slats is desired.
- a slatted frame according to claim 18 is by Additional spring elements simply caused additional suspension symmetrical to the median longitudinal plane of the slatted frame adjustable so that the additional spring elements are symmetrical to the longitudinal median plane of the grate, which is visual is easy to control.
- the additional spring elements also in a middle area arrange the support strips in which one is not strong receives additional suspension depending on the position.
- one has another parameters determining the stiffness of the slats in the elastic deformability of the support elements themselves. Again, this is with regard to the area within which the additional suspension of the slats can be varied from Advantage.
- a total of 10 is one frame Called slatted frame. This includes longitudinal spars 12, 14 and a cross member 16 and a corresponding, in second cross bar broken away from the drawing.
- Fitting parts are on the outside of the longitudinal spars 12, 14 18 put on, which in turn made of natural or synthetic Bear rubber-made bearing elements 20.
- This consist in a known manner from one in the drawing unspecified spring truss and an upper one Bearing cap, in each of which one end of a crossbar 22 takes place.
- the two ends of the slats 22 are stored in a symmetrical manner.
- the slats are self-bouncing trained, e.g. correspondingly thick plywood parts, the slats in practice, seen from above, are slightly convex. By bending the slats and deformation of the bearing elements is thus obtained deformable formed by the tops of the slats 22 Lying surface.
- the support strips 28 Lying below the slats 22 and seen from above lying between the slats are over fitting parts 26 attached to the longitudinal spars 12, 14 support strips 28.
- the support strips 28 have the longitudinal spars 12, 14 adjacent lateral end portions 30, which in horizontal Direction. These are connected upwards increasing, ledge sections 32 that are above medium Ledge sections 34 into ledge sections sloping towards the center of the grate 36 pass over. The ends of the latter are through a central horizontal ledge section 38 connected.
- the support strips 28 overall symmetrical to the longitudinal median plane of the grate educated.
- Additional spring element 40 arranged, such as in particular Figures 2 to 4 clearly visible.
- the additional spring elements 40 each have a total of 42 Head section and a sleeve-shaped hanging on this Spring section 44.
- the end faces of the head section 42 and spring section 44 lie in common planes; also the dimensions of the head section 42 and spring section 44 in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the batten are the same size.
- the entire additional spring element 40 has two planes of symmetry: the one running in the vertical direction between the neighboring ones Slats 22 axial central plane and the plane of the drawing of Figure 4 parallel center plane.
- the head section 42 In the head section 42 are two lateral guide grooves 46 provided in which the lateral edge portions Find adjacent slats 22.
- the guide grooves 46 overlap these edge sections in a light friction fit.
- the one labeled 50 lies upper boundary surface of the head section 42 only slightly above the lying surface 24.
- the diameter of the spring portion 44 and the vertical position the support bar 28 matched so that at the left position in Figure 1 of an additional spring element 40 this without deformation just the last section 36 touches. If you move the additional spring element 40 outwards from this position, so the Spring section 44 increasingly under tension. In the position shown in the right half of Figure 1 an additional spring element 40 has this maximum bias.
- the additional spring elements 40 in the longitudinal direction of the grate different settings, the additional suspension of the slats 22 vary in the longitudinal direction of the grate, e.g. in the shoulder area specify a particularly soft deflection of the slats 22.
- the support strips 28 are preferably not rigid, rather bendable strips made of plywood themselves, however, the rigidity of the support strips 28 is considerable is chosen higher than the stiffness of the slats 22.
- the additional spring elements 40 are made of natural or synthetic One-piece molded parts with rubber injection a Shore hardness between 60 and 80, preferably 70.
- the outer diameter of the spring section 44 are about 50 mm, its wall thickness is about 5 mm, the dimension of the additional spring element 40 in the longitudinal direction of the slat can be about 20 to 25 mm.
- the fitting parts cooperating with the support strips 28 26, which are shown in more detail in FIGS. 5 and 6, are one-piece molded parts made of hard thermoplastic Material.
- the fitting parts 26 have an assembly section 54, the two spaced in the longitudinal direction of the bar Mounting pin 56 carries the press fit into the corresponding Blind bores of the longitudinal spars 12, 14 can be used.
- a horizontal, integrally formed on the mounting portion 54 58 supports the underside of an end portion 30 a support bar 28 from.
- Side walls 60, 62 of the fitting parts 26 encompass the lateral longitudinal surfaces of the support strips 28, which - as can be seen from the drawing - are rounded in a circle.
- the side walls 60, 62 each have a locking lug 64, the one with by rounding the side wall formed, longitudinal bevel of a Support strip 28 cooperates in the manner of a snap lock.
- the height of the side walls 60, 62 is only slight higher than the thickness of a support strip 28, so that the top of the support bar 28 is substantially smooth extends to the inner surface of the longitudinal spars 12, 14.
- Figure 7 shows a simplified embodiment, at which is just two different spring characteristics the slats 22 can be adjusted.
- There are only two Support strips 28 are provided, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal spar 12 or 14 extend.
- the spring characteristic of the slats 22 is then only by their inherent rigidity and the Spring characteristics of the bearing elements 20 predetermined.
- additional spring element 40 In addition to the additional spring element 40 is another Additional spring element 40 'reproduced for its components the additional reference marks with a comma of the additional spring element 40 can be used.
- the additional spring element 40 ' is the sleeve-shaped spring section 44 'around the longitudinal extent of the additional spring element 40 continued to the inside of the grate.
- the outside diameter the spring section 44 ' is slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the spring section 44, so that the spring section 44 'is essentially positive can be inserted into the spring portion 44.
- the additional spring elements 40 and 40 ' also provide spaced apart on the slats 22, as shown in Figure 8 by solid lines.
- the additional spring element 40 ' in the position shown on the slats 22 later in engagement with the support bar 28, whereby one after receives a spring action activated spring action.
- Support areas with different shapes of rust areas use, e.g. in rust areas where only one less adjustability of the additional spring force desired with a straight line from one longitudinal spar to the other Longitudinal spar support strips 28 work in Rust areas in which a large adjustment range of the Additional spring force is desired, with support strips 28 work, which have the shape shown in Figure 1.
- Other geometries of the support strips can be used state the principles outlined above.
- FIG. 9 shows an example of a shift of the Additional force spring range to lower values for the Outlined shoulder area.
- identical support strips 28 are used throughout; the Attachment of the support strips 28 takes place in the shoulder area however at a lower point of the longitudinal spars 12, 14 than in the other areas of the longitudinal spars 12, 14 come up with the same position of the additional spring elements 40 the slats 22, the spring sections 44 of the additional spring elements 40 only later in attachment to the top of the Support strips 28 so that these in the shoulder area, such as desired, compress more easily.
- the local adjustability becomes apparent the hardness of the lying surface by the user with very simple and robust means.
- the production The slatted frames described above can be partially with those used anyway for machining the longitudinal spars Do NC-controlled woodworking centers.
- the assembly of the support strips 28 and the additional spring elements 40 is similar to that of the slats 22.
- the extent in which the lying surface can be adjusted in hardness should be easy to use using standard components vary. This can still be done during assembly of the frame to determine whether a hardness setting only for the shoulder area, also for the pool area or for other areas of the grate should be done.
- the adjustment of the support strips 28 in the vertical direction can still be done by the user if one according to the left side of Figure 10, the hardware 26 trained so that they each have two sets of supporting walls 58 and side walls 60, 62 which are different far in one direction or the other from the Mounting pin 56 are spaced.
- the Fitting parts 26 By turning the Fitting parts 26 by one to the drawing plane of FIG. 10 vertical axis through 180 °, the fittings 28 from a first position shown on the far left in FIG. 10, in which the ends of the support strips 28 are mounted higher are, in a second, shown half left in Figure 10 Implement position in which the ends of the support strips 28 are lower.
- the user can be different Provide fitting parts 28, in which the Support walls 58 lying different on the same side Have a distance from the mounting pin 56.
- FIG 10 is a fitting part for high support bar support 28 with 26-H, a fitting for normal storage of the Support strips 28 with 26-N and a fitting part for deep storage the ends of the support strips 28 designated 26-T.
- the slats 22 were each exact when the grate was not loaded shown horizontally aligned. It goes without saying that by vertically moving the support points for the ends of the support strips 28 and locations of the additional spring elements 40 to the higher areas of the support strips 28 can also bias the slats 22 so much that they a geometry that is convex from above in the unloaded state to have. This is when the starting hardness is high Suspension is desired, advantageous.
