Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Einbau von Schienen im Gleisbau, mit folgenden Schritten:a) die Schienen (1) werden mit der Unterseite ihres Fußes (4) im richtigen Abstand zu einer Unterlage (16) ausgerichtet;b) Schalungen (20, 21) werden im seitlichen Abstand und parallel zu den Schienen (1) auf der Unterlage (16) aufgesetzt;c) Einbaumasse wird wenigstens in den Raum (15) zwischen Schienenfuß (4) und Unterlage (16) eingebracht, wobei die Einbaumasse seitlich von den Schalungen gehalten wird;d) vor den Schritten b) und c) werden Schienenkammer-Füllelemente (10, 11) in die Kammern (6, 7) der Schiene (81) eingebaut;e) es werden solche Schalungen (20, 21) ausgewählt, die nach der Form ihrer Innenseite und Außenseite keine Ecken oder Kanten in herzustellenden, angrenzenden Betonschichten (17) nach sich ziehen;f) die Schalungen (20, 21) werden in Anlage an den Schienenkammer-Füllelementen (10, 11) befestigt, wobei Einfüllkanäle (26; 36) zur Durchführung des Schrittes c) gebildet werden;g) die Einfüllmasse wird mit Druck in die Kanäle (26; 36) eingespritzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfüllkanäle durch Öffnungen (26) in einem Zwischenabschnitt (24) von Schalungen (20) gebildet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfüllkanäle durch abgedeckte Nuten (36) in Schienenkammer-Füllelementen (10) gebildet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Schritt a) eine Nachgiebigkeitsschicht (14) auf der Unterseite des Schienenfußes (4) angebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalung (20, 21) an den Schienenkammer-Füllelementen und der Unterfütterungsschicht verbleibt. - Vorrichtung zum Einbau von Schienen im Gleisbau, bei welchen der Schienenfuß (4) von Schienen (1) mit Einbaumasse zu unterfüttern ist, mit Schalungen (20, 21) zum seitlichen Halten der Einbaumasse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schalung (20, 21) zur mechanischen Entkopplung von Schienenkammer-Füllelementen (10, 11) und angrenzender Straßenschicht (17) ausgebildet ist,daß die Schalung zu beiden Seiten der Schiene (1) jeweils einen oberen Abschnitt (22) zur Anlage an dem benachbarten Kammerfüllelement (10, 11) und einen unteren Abschnitt (23) zum Absperren der Einbaumasse aufweist, und daß Einfüllkanäle (26; 36) sich zwischen den Schienenkammer-Füllelementen (10, 11) und Teilen (20) der Schalung (20, 21) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalung aus zwei Reihen von dünnwandigen Schalungsplanken (20, 21) besteht, die in jeder Reihe jeweils aneinander angrenzen oder sich überlappen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schalung (20, 21) aus Kunststoffband hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zwischenabschnitt (24) als schräg laufende Flanke ausgebildet ist, die vom Schienenfuß (4) wegweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfüllkanäle als Nuten (36) in Schienenkammer-Füllelementen (10) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einnfüllkanäle als Öffungen (26) in dem Zwischenabschnitt (24) ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt (22) Befestigungslöcher (33, 34) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt (23) einen Fuß (25) mit Durchbrechungen oder Randaussparungen (27) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des unteren Abschnitts (23) etwa 30 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamthöhe der Schalung (20, 21) etwa 15 cm beträgt. - Verwendung einer Mischpistole (30) mit Einspritzrohr (31) zur Befüllung des von der Schalung (20, 21) und der Schiene (1) samt Kammerfüllelement (10, 11) umgrenzten Raums (15) mit Polyurethan-Komponentenmischung als Einbaumasse.
