Definitions
- the invention relates to a calender with two from each other separately working roll stacks, each of which one designed as a deflection compensation roller Top roller and a deflection compensating roller designed Has lower roller.
- Such a calender is, for example, from the older one German patent application 195 08 353 known.
- Such calenders have the advantage that the two Sides of a material web, for example one Paper web, treat with practically the same results can.
- the total number of rollers can be kept lower than in a conventional multi-roll calender, typically equipped with twelve rollers was.
- the control of the compressive stresses in the individual Nips can be used with higher degrees of freedom respectively.
- the invention has for its object an above Build calenders as cheaply as possible or easy to retrofit.
- both roll stacks in a common machine frame are arranged. This simplifies the structure.
- the the two stacks of rollers are easier to match align. It is easier to stack the top roller to support accordingly.
- each roll stack has five rollers and the machine frame that one Corresponds to 12-roll calender.
- the new calender will replace an older 12-roll calender. If you stack the two rolls on top of each other arranged, you can see the machine frame of the old calender use in many cases. this means considerable savings when retrofitting.
- the conversion time is also reduced to less than that Half because you can no longer use the old machine frame must be replaced by new machine frames. This too is an important consideration with regard to the Costs because a shorter conversion time means less downtime means.
- the upper roller of the lower roller stack is preferably and the lower roll of the upper roll stack arranged a common storage facility.
- At least the lower roller is the upper one Rolled stack stored in inventory, to which one each across the plane in which the roller axes of the roll stack are arranged, projecting roll-out rail connects.
- the bottom rollers each as Deflection compensation rollers are formed, they have usually only relatively short cones. It does that Attaching removal tools difficult. It is bad possible. Now if you look at the roll-out rails arranges the bearing mounts, it is possible to use the lower rollers first roll out of the plane of the roll stack, before you take them. If you put them in the rolled out position, you can touch it Guide the remaining rolls of the roll stack.
- the calender is at least partially as "Classic" lever calender designed so that the known and proven control recipes used for this can be.
- a calender 1 has two roll stacks 2, 3 which arranged one above the other on a common stand 4 are.
- the upper roll stack 2 has a top roll Deflection compensation roller 5, the deflection compensation device 6 acts down, and one too Bottom roller designed as a deflection compensation roller 7, the deflection compensation device 8 after acts above. Between the top roller 5 and the bottom roller 7, three intermediate rollers 9, 10, 11 are arranged from which the intermediate rollers 9, 11 can be heated, what indicated by heating channels in the area of their circumference is.
- the intermediate rollers 9, 10, 11 are via levers 12, 13, 14 attached to the stand 4.
- the top roller 5 is on the stand fixed in place, while the lower roller 7 on one Carriage 15 is attached by means of a hydraulic cylinder 16 can be moved parallel to the stand 4 can.
- the hydraulic cylinder 16 is based on this a fixed on the stand 4 bearing element 17 onwards.
- guide rollers 18, 19, 20 are in the usual way provided with the help of a material web 21 through formed between the individual rollers 5, 9, 10, 11, 7 Nips can be guided without it being necessary is that the web of material 21 the corresponding rollers wrapped at a larger angle.
- the guide rollers 18, 19 can be driven here.
- the second roll stack 3 is constructed exactly like that first roll stack.
- the elements of the roll stack 3, which correspond to those of the roll stack 2 are therefore provided with reference numbers increased by 100.
- the upper roller 105 of the lower roller stack 3 is on the bearing element 17, on which the hydraulic cylinder 16 for moving the lower roller 7 of the upper Roll stack 2 supports.
- the arrangement of the guide rollers has changed.
- the Material web 21 is through the between the lower roller 7th of the upper roll stack 2 and the upper roll 105 of the lower roll stack 3 formed "changing nip" 22nd performed so that they the bottom roll stack 3 practical mirror-symmetrical to the upper roll stack 2 goes through. With identical construction of the roll stack 2, 3, the material web 21 is then practical on both sides treated the same.
- the arrangement is accordingly the guide rollers 118-120, so to speak, around the roller plane 23, i.e. the plane in which the axes of all the rollers are arranged, folded.
- the two lower rollers 7, 107 stored in camp receptacles 24, 124 which each have a rolling rail 25, 125 with a Stop 26, 126 connects.
- the lower rollers 7, 107 are generally difficult to expand because they only have relatively short roller journals on which attachments are difficult to attach.
- the illustrated Training of the bearing mounts 24, however, is possible, as with the upper roll stack 2 Dashed lines is shown, the lower roller 7th roll out of the bearing holder 24 until it to System comes to the stop 26. There she can join Help of a hoist that is here by a crane hook 27 should be symbolized with ropes 28, seized and be transported away. The removed roller can then placed on a roller carriage 29.
- the used stand of a 12-roll calender can be used as stand 4 be used. If necessary, must only the arrangement of the guide rollers and the training the lever can be changed. Such a change but is far easier to perform than that Rebuild a new stand.
