Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse (10) mit mehreren Schlitzen (14) zum Einschieben von Scheckkarten oder dgl. Um jede Scheckkarte einzeln entnehmen zu können, schlägt die Erfindung Wippen (22) vor, die an einer Rückstirnseite (20) des Gehäuses (10) schwenkbar gelagert sind, die über elastische Verbinder (36) gegeneinander beweglich einstückig miteinander verbunden sind und die über ein Filmscharnier (40) mit Druckstangen (38) einstückig verbunden sind, welche zu einer Frontseite (16) des Gehäuses (10) verlaufen. Durch Eindrücken der Schubstangen (38) werden die Wippen (22) verschwenkt und schieben die jeweilige Scheckkarte aus dem Gehäuse (10) heraus. Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, daß die Wippen (22) miteinander und mit ihren Schubstangen (38) in einem Stück als Spritzgießteil herstellbar sind. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren mehrerer Scheckkarten, Kreditkarten oder dgl., mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1. Im folgenden werden die Karten der Einfachheit halber nur als Scheckkarten bezeichnet.
Die Vorrichtung weist ein Gehäuse mit Schlitzen auf, die an einer Frontseite des Gehäuses offen sind, so daß die Scheckkarten in ihrer Längs- oder Querrichtung vollständig versenkbar in das Gehäuse eingeschoben werden können. Die Schlitze bilden Aufbewahrungsfächer für die Scheckkarten, in denen die Scheckkarten mit Abstand voneinander nach Art eines Stapels aufbewahrt werden können.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Vorrichtung so auszubilden, daß jede gewünschte Scheckkarte ohne Schwierigkeiten aus dem Gehäuse entnommen werden kann, und daß die Herstellung und Montage einfach und kostengünstig sind.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Im erfindungsgemäßen Gehäuse sind Wippen schwenkbar gelagert, die von einer Außenseite des Gehäuses her verschwenkt werden können und dabei mit einem Wippenarm gegen einen hinteren Rand einer in einen Schlitz eingeschobenen Scheckkarte drücken und diese soweit nach vorn aus dem Gehäuse hervorschieben, daß sie über die Frontseite des Gehäuses und über die übrigen, eingeschobenen Scheckkarten vorsteht, so daß sie gut ergriffen und aus dem Gehäuse herausgezogen werden kann. Die Wippen sind, vorzugsweise als Spritzgießteil aus Kunststoff, gegeneinander beweglich einstückig miteinander verbunden. Die Vorrichtung besteht also im einfachsten Fall lediglich aus zwei Teilen, nämlich dem Gehäuse mit den Schlitzen und den miteinander einstückigen, schwenkbar in das Gehäuse eingesetzten Wippen.
Vorzugsweise sind die Wippen über Schubstangen verschwenkbar, welche an einem zweiten Wippenarm angreifen und bis zur Frontseite des Gehäuses verlaufen. Die Schubstangen können an der Frontseite des Gehäuses als über die Frontseite des Gehäuses vorstehende Drucktasten ausgebildet sein, die durch Hineindrücken in das Gehäuse die Wippe verschwenken und dadurch die jeweilige Scheckkarte aus dem Gehäuse herausschieben. Die Schubstangen sind über ein Filmscharnier einstückig und schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Wippenarm verbunden. Das Filmscharnier ist ein kurzer, näherungsweise linienförmiger Abschnitt, der ein die Schubstange mit der Wippe einstückig verbindendes Schwenkgelenk bildet. Auf diese Weise sind die Schubstangen mit den Wippen und diese untereinander einstückig miteinander, sie bilden also ein einziges, insbesondere durch Spritzgießen aus Kunststoff hergestelltes Teil. Dies hat neben der schnellen Herstellbarkeit aller Wippen und Schubstangen gemeinsam in einem Arbeitsgang den Vorteil, daß die zusammenhängenden Wippen mit den Schubstangen in einem einzigen Montageschritt schwenkbar im Gehäuse anbringbar sind.
Zur Schwenklagerung weisen die Wippen bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung Lagerzapfen auf, die in Aussparungen eingesetzt sind, welche zu einer Gehäuserückseite hin offen sind. Diese Aussparungen werden durch Anbringen einer Gehäuserückwand geschlossen, so daß die Lagerzapfen schwenkbar im Gehäuse gelagert sind.
Vorzugsweise weisen die Wippen oder die Schubstangen mit ihnen einstückige Federelemente beispielsweise in Form angespritzter, elastischer Federzungen auf, die an einer Gegenfläche des Gehäuses oder der Gehäuserückwand angreifen und die Wippen in ihre Grundstellung drücken.
Um die Schubstangen ohne Schwierigkeiten einzeln betätigen zu können, ohne zugleich ungewollt eine benachbarte Schubstange zu verschieben, sind die Schubstangen seitlich der Schlitze und abwechselnd auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite des Gehäuses angeordnet. Sie haben dadurch an der Frontseite des Gehäuses, wo sie durch Eindrücken betätigt werden, jeweils den Abstand zweier Schlitze voneinander.
Um die eingeschobenen Scheckkarten im Gehäuse zu halten, sind Klemmelemente in den Schlitzen vorgesehen. Diese sind vorzugsweise als mit der Gehäuserückwand einstückige, in die Schlitze ragende Klammern ausgebildet.
Bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Gehäuse Verbindungsmittel auf, mit dem es mit einem weiteren Gehäuse stapel- und lösbar verbindbar ist. Dadurch lassen sich beliebig viele Gehäuse zusammensetzen, um Platz für jede gewünschte Anzahl an Scheckkarten zu bieten. Auch läßt sich das Verbindungsmittel zum lösbaren Anbringen des Gehäuses an einer übereinstimmenden Halterung verwenden, die beispielsweise im Handschuhfach eines Kraftfahrzeugs vorgesehen ist. Das Gehäuse läßt sich dadurch im Kraftfahrzeug anbringen und kann jederzeit entnommen werden, um die Scheckkarten nicht im Kraftfahrzeug zurücklassen zu müssen.
Die Verbindungsmittel sind vorzugsweise als Schnappverbindungsmittel ausgebildet. Sie können lösbar auf das Gehäuse aufschiebbar sein, um sie bei Bedarf am Gehäuse anbringen zu können.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die in Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte, erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 8 weist ein Gehäuse 10 zum Aufbewahren von Scheckkarten, Kreditkarten oder dgl. auf. Das Gehäuse 10 ist ein Spritzgießteil aus Kunststoff mit niedrigem, rechteckförmigem Querschnitt. Es ist durch zwei mit ihm einstückige Zwischenböden 12 in drei Schlitze 14 unterteilt. Die Schlitze 14, die als Aufbewahrungsfächer für die Scheckkarten dienen, sind an einer Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10 zum Einschieben nicht dargestellter Scheckkarten offen. Auf den Zwischenböden 12 sowie an der Innenseite einer Gehäuseoberseite 17 und eines Gehäusebodens 18 sind in Längsrichtung verlaufende Gleitstege 19 einstückig angespritzt. Diese sind so angeordnet, daß eine eingeschobene Scheckkarte außerhalb ihres Magnetstreifens, Speicherchips oder dgl. an den Gleitstegen 18 anliegt, um eine Beschädigung des Magnetstreifens, der Chipkarte oder dgl. beim Einschieben und Entnehmen in das Gehäuse 10 zu vermeiden.
Eine Rückseite 20 des Gehäuses 10 ist offen. Durch die offene Rückseite 20 sind drei Wippen 22 an der Rückseite in das Gehäuse 10 eingesetzt. Die Wippen 22 weisen beidseitig abstehende Lagerzapfen 24 auf, die in komplementär geformte, zur Rückstirnseite 20 des Gehäuses 10 offene Ausnehmungen 26 im Seitenbereich der Zwischenböden 12 und der Gehäuseoberseite 17 und des Gehäusebodens 18 eingesetzt sind. Diese Ausnehmungen 26 werden geschlossen von einer Gehäuserückwand 28, die an der offenen Rückstirnseite 20 des Gehäuses 10 angebracht ist und diese verschließt. Auf diese Weise sind die Wippen 22 schwenkbar in den Ausnehmungen 26 gelagert. Die Wippen 22 sind quer zur Einschubrichtung der Scheckkarten im hinteren Bereich der Schlitze 14 angeordnet. Die Gehäuserückwand 28 ist mit seitlichen Rastnasen 30 am Gehäuse 10 befestigt, die in Öffnungen 32 in Seitenwänden 34 des Gehäuses 10 eingreifen. Die Gehäuserückwand 28 ist ein Kunststoff-Spritzgießteil.
Die Wippen 22 sind abwechselnd jeweils auf verschiedenen Seiten des Gehäuses 10 gelagert. Sie sind durch elastische Verbinder 36 gegeneinander beweglich einstückig miteinander verbunden. Die Verbinder 36 verlaufen geschwungen jeweils von einem Lagerzapfen 24 einer Wippe 22 zu einem dem Lagerzapfen 24 zugewandten Wippenarm 37 einer benachbarten Wippe 22, der etwa in der Mitte des jeweiligen Schlitzes 14 endet.
An einem zweiten Wippenarm 39 sind Schubstangen 38 über ein Filmscharnier 40 schwenkbar und einstückig mit den Wippen 22 verbunden. Das Filmscharnier 40 ist ein linienförmiger, parallel zu den Lagerzapfen 24 verlaufender, dünner Abschnitt, der die Schubstangen 38 infolge seiner Elastizität schwenkbar und einstückig mit den zweiten Enden Wippenarmen 39 verbindet.
Die Schubstangen 38 verlaufen seitlich der Schlitze 14 zur Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10. Dort sind sie einstückig als Drucktasten 42 ausgebildet, die aus der Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10 vorstehen. Durch Eindrücken der Schubstangen 38 an den Drucktasten 42 in das Gehäuse 10, also in Richtung der Gehäuserückwand 28, lassen sich die Wippen 22 einzeln verschwenken. Die Wippenarme 37 auf der den Schubstangen 38 abgewandten Seite der Lagerzapfen 24 verschwenken dabei in Richtung zur Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10. Diese Wippenarme 37 drücken im Mittelbereich gegen einen hinteren Rand einer in den jeweiligen Schlitz 14 eingeschobenen Scheckkarte und schieben diese so weit aus der Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10 heraus, daß sie gut ergriffen und entnommen werden kann.
Die drei Wippen 22 sind über die Verbinder 36 einstückig miteinander und über die Filmscharniere 40 einstückig mit ihren jeweiligen Schubstangen 38. Die drei Schubstangen 38 und die drei Wippen 22 sind also als Spritzgießteil in einem Stück aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Sie können in der dargestellten U-form, wobei die Schubstangen 38 Schenkel und die Wippen 22 ein Joch des U bilden, gespritzt sein. Vorzugsweise werden sie als gestrecktes Teil gespritzt, bei dem die Schubstangen 38 die Wippen 22 an beiden Seiten in ungefähr gerader Linie fortsetzen. Vor der Montage werden die Schubstangen 38 um zirka 90° um die Filmscharniere 90 in die dargestellte U-Stellung verschwenkt und das die Wippen 22 und die Schubstangen 38 bildende Teil wird durch die offene Rückseite 20 in das Gehäuse 10 eingesetzt. Anschließend wird die Gehäuserückwand 28 auf die Rückstirnseite 20 des Gehäuses 10 aufgesetzt, bis die Rastnasen 30 einrasten. Die Rückseite 20 des Gehäuses 10 ist dadurch verschlossen und die Lagerzapfen 24 werden schwenkbar in den Ausnehmungen 26 des Gehäuses 10 gehalten.
An die zweiten, das Filmscharnier 40 aufweisenden Wippenarme 39 sind elastische Federzungen 44 einstückig angespritzt. Diese liegen an Gegenflächen 46 der Gehäuserückwand 48 an und drücken die Wippen 22 in eine Grundstellung, in der eine Scheckkarte voll versenkbar in das Gehäuse 10 eingeschoben werden kann. Die Federzungen 44 drücken zugleich über das Filmscharnier 40 die Schubstangen 38 in Richtung der Frontseite 16 des Gehäuses 10, so daß deren Drucktasten 42 aus der Frontseite 16 vorstehen. Das Eindrücken der Schubstangen 38 und das Verschwenken der Wippen 22 zum Herausschieben der Scheckkarten aus dem Gehäuse 10 erfolgt also gegen die Federkraft der Federzungen 44.
Zum Halten von Scheckkarten, die in die Schlitze 14 des Gehäuses 10 eingeschoben sind, weist das Gehäuse 10 Klammern 66 auf. Diese bestehen aus Paaren von Federzungen 67, die einstückig mit der Gehäuserückwand 28 sind. Die Klammern 66 ragen in einen hinteren Bereich der Schlitze 14 hinein. Beim Einschieben gelangt eine Scheckkarte zwischen die Federzungen 67 der Klammern 66, die gegen eine Ober- und eine Unterseite der Scheckkarte drücken und diese zwischen sich festklemmen.
In Längsrichtung ist ein als Kunststoff-Spritzgießteil hergestelltes Verbindungsmittel 46 auf das Gehäuse 10 aufgeschoben. Dieses ist als am Gehäuse 10 nach Art einer Banderole anliegender Rechteckring ausgebildet. Es weist an Innenseiten seiner Seitenwände 48 zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Gleitfedern 50 auf, die in Längsnuten 52 in den Seitenwänden 34 des Gehäuses 10 geführt sind. Wegen dieser Längsführung des Verbindungsmittels 46 am Gehäuse 10 mit den in die Längsnuten 52 eingreifenden Gleitfedern 50 wäre es nicht notwendig, daß das Verbindungmittel 46 das Gehäuse 10 vollständig umschließt. Es könnte auch als an der Gehäuseoberseite 17 oder dem Gehäuseboden 18 offene Klammer ausgebildet sein.
Die Längsnuten 52 in den Seitenwänden 34 des Gehäuses 10 sind von Querstegen 54 unterbrochen, welche einen Anschlag für die Gleitfedern 50 des Verbindungsmittels 46 bilden. Durch Aufschieben des Verbindungsmittels 46 von der Rückseite 16 auf das Gehäuse 10 bis zum Anschlag an den Querstegen 54 wird das Verbindungsmittel 46 ungefähr in der Mitte des Gehäuses 10 positioniert. In dieser Position gelangen Schnappnasen 56 auf den Innenseiten der Seitenwände 48 des Verbindungsmittels 46 in Eingriff in Vertiefungen 58 in den Längsnuten 52 der Seitenwände 34 des Gehäuses 10 und fixieren dadurch das Verbindungsmittel 46 lösbar in der vorgesehenen Position in der Mitte des Gehäuses 10.
Nach oben oder nach unten, je nachdem in welcher Lage das Verbindungsmittel 46 auf das Gehäuse 10 aufgeschoben wird, stehen zwei elastische Zungen 60 auf jeder Seite vom Verbindungsmittel 46 ab. Die Federzungen 60 weisen Schnappnasen 62 an ihren freien Enden auf.
Unten bzw. oben weist das Verbindungsmittel 46 an seinen Seiten je zwei zu den Federzungen 60 mit den Schnappnasen 62 komplementäre Schnappausnehmungen 64 auf, die zum Einschnappen der Schnappnasen 62 der Federzungen 60 eines weiteren Verbindungsmittels 46 vorgesehen sind. Auf diese Weise lassen sich beliebig viele Gehäuse 10 zu einem Stapel lösbar miteinander verbinden (Figur 3). Des weiteren können die Gehäuse 10 lösbar an einer nicht dargestellten Halterung beispielsweise in einem Handschuhfach eines Kraftfahrzeugs angebracht werden, die mit den Schnappausnehmungen 64 übereinstimmende Schnappausnehmungen aufweist.

Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren mehrerer Scheckkarten oder dgl., mit einem Gehäuse, das Schlitze zum Einschieben der Scheckkarten von einer Frontseite des Gehäuses her aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (10) Wippen (22) schwenkbar gelagert sind, deren einer Wippenarm (37) beim Verschwenken gegen einen hinteren Rand einer in das Gehäuse (10) eingeschobenen Scheckkarte drückt und diese an der Frontseite (16) vorstehend aus dem Gehäuse (10) schiebt, und daß die Wippen (22) gegeneinander beweglich einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Schubstangen (38) aufweist, die über ein Filmscharnier (40) einstückig und gelenkig mit einem zweiten Wippenarm (39) verbunden sind und die bis zur Frontseite (16) des Gehäuses (10) verlaufen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippen (22) Lagerzapfen (24) aufweisen, die in Aussparungen (26) an einer Rückseite (20) des Gehäuses (10) schwenkbar gelagert sind, welche von einer an der Rückseite (20) des Gehäuses (10) angebrachten Gehäuserückwand (28) geschlossen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippen (22) oder die Schubstangen (38) mit ihnen einstückige Federelemente (44) aufweisen, die sie in eine Grundstellung drücken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstangen (38) jeweils wechselweise auf einer Seite des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (10) Klemmelemente (66) aufweist, die in die Schlitze (14) des Gehäuses (10) eingeschobene Scheckkarten halten.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente mit einer Gehäuserückwand (28) einstückige Klammern (66) sind, die in die Schlitze (14) zum Einschieben der Scheckkarten ragen, wobei die Gehäuserückwand (28) an der Rückseite (20) des Gehäuses (10) angebracht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (10) Verbindungsmittel (46) aufweist, mit denen es stapelbar und lösbar mit einem weiteren Gehäuse (10) oder mit einer Halterung verbindbar ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel (46) ein Schnappverbindungsmittel ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsmittel (46) auf das Gehäuse (10) aufschiebbar ist.
