Description
- lediglich eine einzige der Antriebsspindeln ist von zwei durch eine größere winkelige Wellenverlagerungen zulassende Gelenkkupplung miteinander verbundenen Teilen, von denen ein Teil über eine solche Gelenkkupplung mit dem Antriebsmotor verbunden ist, gebildet

- der erste Teil der zweiteiligen Antriebsspindel ist wesentlich kürzer ausgebildet als die einteilige Antriebsspindel und
- die Achsen sowohl des ersten Teils als auch des zweiten Teils der zweiteiligen Antriebsspindel divergieren zur Achse der einteiligen Antriebsspindel.
Claims (7)
- Walzgerüst mit zwei einen Walzspalt (34) bildenden Walzen (1, 2), die über Antriebsspindeln (11, 12) von jeweils eigenen Antriebsmotoren (13, 14) antreibbar sind, insbesondere Quarto-Gerüst, wobei für jede Walze (1, 2) jeweils ein Antriebsstrang mit jeweils einer Zahnkupplung (17) kombiniert mit einer weiteren Gelenkkupplung (24) zur Anwendung gelangt, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:lediglich eine einzige der Antriebsspindeln (12) ist von zwei durch eine größere winkelige Wellenverlagerungen zulassende Gelenkkupplung (24) miteinander verbundenen Teilen, von denen ein erster Teil (22) mit der Zahnkupplung (17, 20) und einer solchen Gelenkkupplung (24) und ein zweiter Teil (23) über eine solche Gelenkkupplung (24) mit dem Antriebsmotor (14) verbunden ist, gebildet,die andere Antriebsspindel (11) erstreckt sich als einteilige Zahnspindel (20, 21) von der. Zahnkupplung (17, 20) bis zu einer an der Antriebswelle (16) des Motors (13) angeordneten, winkelige Wellenverlagerungen zulassenden Kupplung, vorzugsweise ebenfalls eine Zahnkupplung (24'),der erste Teil (22) der zweiteiliges Antriebsspindel (12) ist wesentlich kürzer ausgebildet als die einteilige Antriebsspindel (11) unddie Achsen sowohl des ersten Teils (22) als auch des zweiten Teils (23) der zweiteiligen Antriebsspindel (12) divergieren zur Achse der einteiligen Antriebsspindel (11).
- Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Achsen der Walzen (1, 2) und den Achsen der gegenüber den Walzen (1, 2) beweglichen Teile (20) der Zahnkupplungen (17, 20) jeweils eine Winkelstellung im Bereich zwischen 0,5 und 1,5°, vorzugsweise eine Winkelstellung von etwa 0,8°, eingehalten ist.
- Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der Zahnspindeln (20, 21 und 20, 22) in Richtung zu den Antriebsmotoren (13, 14) divergieren.
- Walzgerüst nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenverzahnungen (18) der Zahnkupplungen (17, 20) sich in Achsrichtung über ein Vielfaches der Außenverzahnung (19) erstrecken.
- Walzgerüst nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenüber einer Walze (2) bewegliche Teil (20) der Zahnkupplung (17, 20) der Zahnspindel (20, 21), die mit der Gelenkwelle (23) verbunden ist, über eine Ausgleichseinrichtung (25) zur Einhaltung einer vorgegebenen Winkelstellung am Fundament abgestützt ist, die von einer als Hebelsystem ausgebildeten Parallelführung (25) gebildet ist.
- Walzgerüst nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnspindeln (20, 21 und 20, 22) über Drehlager mittels seitlich geführter Spindelbalancierungen (35, 36) gegenüber dem Fundament (26) abgestützt sind.
- Walzgerüst nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Feder-Dämpferelement im Hebelsystem der Parallelführung (25) vorgesehen ist, das inbesondere kraftabhängig einstellbar ist.
