- Verwendung von Medien I gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7 zur Übertragung von Schichten III und VI auf ein Substrat XII, derart, daß das Medium I mit dem Substrat XII in Kontakt gebracht wird, wobei sich die Schichten III und VI zwischen der Schicht II und dem Substrat XII befinden und ein schichtförmiges Medium XI, welches ein Substrat XII enthält, entsteht.
- Verwendung von Medien I gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei das Medium I mit dem Substrat XII bei einer Temperatur von 80°C bis 180°C in Kontakt gebracht wird.
