Description
In der FR-A-2 098 897 ist ein Heizkörper bekannt mit aus einem Sockelgehäuse herausragenden Heizröhren, die in eine erwärmbare Flüssigkeit eingetaucht sind, wobei in den Heizröhren ein Vakuum erzeugt. In der DE 52 716 C wird ein Dampfheizapparat mit vertikal stehenden Heizröhren offenbart, wobei durch geeignete Einbauten ein Dampfkreislauf erzeugt wird. In der FR 651 347 A wird ein mit einer Flüssigkeit gefüllter elektrischer Gliederheizkörper mit in den Gliedern angeordneten elektrischen Heizkabeln beschrieben.

Dabei sind mehrere, zu einem losen Bündel 15 zusammengefasste Heizröhren 16 vorgesehen, welche jeweils als längliche Elemente ausgebildet sind, die auf der Oberseite 12' des Sockelgehäuses 12 in annähernd vertikaler Richtung herausragen. Die kennzeichnenden Merkmale Luftbefeuchter mit Wasserbehälter, sowie Verdampfungseinrichtung sind dieser Darstellung nicht zu entnehmen
In den vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispielen sind die Heizröhren meist als längliche Elemente ausgebildeten Heizröhren 16 unterschiedlich stark gekrümmt, jedoch mit gleicher Dicke versehen. Darüberhinaus sind sie zumindest teils mit unterschiedlichen Längen versehen und ausserdem unabhängig und beabstandet voneinander angeordnet.
Mit dieser erfindungsgemässen Ausführung ist eine einfache und kostengünstige Lösung erzielt worden, mittels der sich ein Raum schnell auf eine gewünschte Temperatur aufwärmen und sich diese mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad aufrechterhalten lässt.
Fig.3 zeigt einen Heizkörper 40, bei welchem in den am oberen Ende geschlossenen Röhren 46 jeweils ein konzentrisch darin angeordnetes zweites Rohr 27 vorgesehen ist, welches am oberen und unteren Ende offen ist und dabei in eine im Sockelgehäuse 12 eingefüllte Flüssigkeit 22 ragt. Letztere wird mittels eines elektrischen Heizstabes erwärmt. Beim Aufheizen steigt die Flüssigkeit im offenen inneren Rohr 27 soweit hoch, bis sie oben aus demselben herausströmt und in dem zwischen diesem und der äusseren Röhre 26 gebildeten Ringkanal 24 wieder ins Gehäuse 12 zurückfliesst. Hierbei gibt die äussere aufgeheizte Röhre 26 Wärme an die Umgebung ab.
je ein Heizkabel 61 in einer Schlaufe bis etwa auf die halbe Höhe der Röhre 56 geführt ist. Mittels eines Temperaturreglers 60 mit eingebautem Thermometer und einem Reglerknopf 63 lässt sich die Umgebungstemperatur wunschgemäss einstellen. In der Bodenwandung 53 ist eine Kabeltülle 64 enthalten, durch die ein Netzkabel 51 geführt ist. Ferner ist oben ein Füllmaterial 57, bspw. Steinchen, als dekorative Ausstattung in das Sockelgehäuse 52 eingefüllt.
Claims (9)
- Elektrischer Heizkörper, der ein Sockelgehäuse, eine in diesem angeordnete Heizung mit einem Netzanschluss (11, 51) für die Stromversorgung sowie von diesem Sockelgehäuse (12, 52) ausgehende Heizröhren (16, 26, 46, 56) aufweist, mehrere zu einem losen Bündel (15) zusammengestellte Heizröhren (16, 26, 46, 56) vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils als aus dem Sockelgehäuse (12, 52) herausragende längliche Elemente ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Sockelgehäuse (12) zusätzlich ein Luftbefeuchter mit einem Wasserbehälter (35) und einer Verdampfungseinrichtung integriert ist.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizröhren (16, 56) mittels durch diese schlaufenförmig erstreckende elektrische Heizkabel (32, 61) aufheizbar sind.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer jeweils geschlossenen Röhre (46) ein Vakuum erzeugt und darin ein Arbeitsmedium, vorzugsweise ein Gas, eingefüllt ist, und dass die Röhre (46) von einem diese unmittelbar aufheizenden Heizwiderstand (42) umschlossen ist.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Röhre (46) in eine erwärmbare Flüssigkeit eingetaucht ist.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb einer am oberen Ende geschlossenen Röhre (26) ein offenes Rohr (27) angeordnet ist, welche einen Ringkanal (24) bilden, wobei das offene Rohr (27) in eine im Sockelgehäuse (12) eingefüllter Flüssigkeit (22) eingetaucht ist.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die auf der Oberseite (12') des Sockeigehäuses (12) austretenden Heizröhren (16) unterschiedlich lang und mit unterschiedlichen Krümmungen versehen sind. - Elektrischer Heizkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Röhren (16) aus einem runden, ovalen, flachen oder einem andern Querschnitt gebildet sind.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizröhren (16) unabhängig voneinander angeordnet sind.
- Elektrischer Heizkörper nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in ein Sockelgehäuse (52) mindestens zwei im Querschnitt U-förmige Halbschalen (58) gestellt sind, in welchen die Heizröhren (56) befestigt sind.
