Claims (13)
- Transfereinrichtung (23), insbesondere für den Transfer von Werkstücken (14, 15, 16) zwischen Pressenstufen (3, 4) entlang einer vorgegebenen Transferrichtung (T),mit Trag- und Führungsmitteln (24, 25), die sich im wesentlichen entlang der Transferrichtung (T) erstrecken und die zwischeneinander Quertraversen (33, 34, 35) tragen, die mit Greifermitteln (36, 37, 38) bestückt sind, die mit den Werkstücken (14, 15, 16) in und außer Eingriff bringbar sind, undmit Antriebsmitteln (62, 63, 64, 61), die auf die Greifermittel wirken und mittels derer die Greifermittel (36, 37, 38) um eine quer zu der Transferrichtung (T) orientierte Drehachse schwenkbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens eine (34) der Quertraversen (33, 34, 35) eine Lagereinrichtung (47) trägt, an der das Greifermittel (37) um die quer zu der Transferrichtung (T) orientierte Drehachse schwenkbar gelagert ist, unddaß diese Quertraverse (34) das Antriebsmittel (62, 63, 64, 61) trägt, mittels dessen das Greifermittel (37) verschwenkbar ist. - Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der das schwenkbare Greifermittel (37) tragenden Quertraverse (34) zwischen dem Greifermittel (37) und der Quertraverse (34) eine Kupplungsanordnung (49, 50) vorgesehen ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsanordnung (49, 50) bedarfsweise lösbar ausgebildet ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das schwenkbare Greifermittel (37) tragende Quertraverse (34) unverdrehbar ausgebildet und endseitig unverdrehbar gehalten ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (47) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Drehachse innerhalb der Quertraverse (34) liegt.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagereinrichtung (47) wenigstens eine Lagereinheit enthält, zu der zwei voneinander beabstandete, auf einem gemeinsamen Kreis liegende bogenförmige Führungsflächen (52, 53) gehören, auf denen die Greifermittel (37) mittels Rollen (56, 57, 58, 59) gelagert sind, und daß das Antriebsmittel (62, 63, 64, 61) einen Getriebemotor (62, 63) enthält, der über ein mit dem Greifermittel (37) verbundenes Zahnradsegment (61) treibend mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel (62, 63, 64, 61) wirkungsmäßig zwischen der Quertraverse (34) und dem Greifermittel (37) angeordnet ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifermittel (37) und das Antriebsmittel (62, 63, 64, 61) als eine von der Quertraverse abnehmbare Einheit ausgebildet sind.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Quertraverse (34) getragene Greifermittel (37) wenigstens eine erste Greifereinheit (37a) sowie wenigstens eine weitere Greifereinheit (37b) aufweisen, die unabhängig von der ersten Greifereinheit (37a) schwenkbar ist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von der Quertraverse (34) getragene Greifermittel (37) wenigstens eine unverdrehbar an der Quertraverse (34) gehaltene Greifereinheit enthält.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifermittel (37) vakuumbetätigte Saugermittel (46) aufweist.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quertraversen (33, 34, 35) von den Trag- und Führungsmitteln (24, 25) lösbar sind.
- Transfereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trag- und Führungsmittel (24, 25) Laufschienen sind, auf denen Laufwagen (26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) in Transferrichtung (T) verfahrbar gelagert sind, mit denen die Quertraversen (33, 34, 35) lösbar verbunden sind, wobei den Laufwagen (26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) Antriebsmittel zur gezielten Bewegung in Transferrichtung (T) und den Laufschienen (24, 25) Antriebsmittel zugeordnet sind, uni diese zu heben und zu senken.
