Description
Soll eine Einspritzung erfolgen, wird der Druckraum über die Zulaufleitung mit hohem Kraftstoffdruck beaufschlagt, der dabei die federnde Ventilmembran entgegen der Vorspannkraft mit ihrer Ventildichtfläche vom Ventilsitz abhebt. Über den dabei aufgesteuerten Ringspalt am radial äußeren Rand erfolgt in Folge die Kraftstoffeinspritzung. Das Ende des Einspritzvorganges wird durch das Beenden der Hochdruckzufuhr in den Druckraum gesteuert.
Dabei weist das bekannte Kraftstoffeinspritzventil jedoch den Nachteil auf, daß nur eine ringspaltförmige Einspritzöffnung möglich ist, über die sich der Kraftstoffstrahl relativ ungenau formen läßt.
Claims (10)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Ventilkörper (1), an dessen brennraumseitigen Ende ein mit einem Zulaufkanal (5) verbundener ringförmiger Druckraum (25) vorgesehen ist, der von einem federnden Ventilglied (11) begrenzt wird, das unter Eigenspannung mit einer Ventildichtfläche (27) an einem ortsfesten Ventilsitz (29) anliegt und vom Druck im Druckraum (25) von diesem abhebbar ist, wobei das als Membran ausgebildete federnde Ventilglied (11) in seiner Mitte gegenüber dem Ventilkörper (1) fixiert ist und mit seinem radial auswärts weisenden Randbereich die federnd vom Ventilsitz (29) abhebbare Ventildichtfläche (27) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem dabei aufgesteuerten Öffnungsquerschnitt wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (31) in den Brennraum der Brennkraftmaschine nachgeordnet ist, wobei das Ventilglied (11) zwischen dem Ventilkörper (1) und einer Verschlußplatte (17) angeordnet ist und die wenigstens eine Einspritzöffnung (31) in der Verschlußplatte (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischen der Verschlußplatte (17) und dem federnden Ventilglied (11) eingeschlossene Ringraum den Druckraum (25) bildet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zulaufkanal (5) im Ventilkörper (1) an der Stirnfläche des Zapfens (9) an eine Durchgangsöffnung (13) im mittigen Bereich des Ventilgliedes (11) angrenzt, an die sich andererseits ein Verbindungskanal (23) im Zapfen (15) der Verschlußplatte (17) anschließt, der in den Druckraum (25) mündet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungskanal (23) im Zapfen (15) der Verschlußkappe (17) durch eine axiale Sackbohrung gebildet ist, die von einer Querbohrung angeschnitten wird.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußplatte (17) mittels einer ihren radial äußeren Rand umgreifenden Spannmutter (19) axial gegen den Ventilkörper (1) verspannt ist, wobei zwischen der Stirnfläche (7) des Ventilkörpers (1) und der Verschlußplatte (17) eine Distanzhülse (21) eingespannt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem radial äußeren Bereich der dem Druckraum (25) zugewandten Stirnfläche der Verschlußplatte (17) eine kreisringförmiger Ventilsitzfläche (29) gebildet ist, an dem das Ventilglied (11) mit seiner am freien radial äußeren Randbereich angeordneten Ventildichtfläche (27) unter Vorspannung anliegt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußplatte (17) an ihrem radial äußeren Randbereich der druckraumzugewandten Stirnfläche einen Ringabsatz (37) aufweist, über den sich die Stärke der Verschlußplatte (17) im Randbereich in Richtung Ventilkörper (1) vergrößert, wobei zwischen dem Rand des Ventilgliedes (11) und dem Ringabsatz (37) ein Spiel verbleibt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Einspritzöffnungen (31) in der Verschlußplatte (17) vorgesehen sind, die radial auswärts der ringförmigen Ventilsitzfläche (29) von der den Druckraum (25) begrenzenden Stirnfläche der Verschlußplatte (17) abführen und in den Brennraum der Brennkraftmaschine münden.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Verschlußplatte (17) und der Distanzhülse (21) ein Dichtring (35) vorgesehen ist, der an der druckraumabgewandten Stirnfläche des Ventilgliedes (11) anliegend, ein Überströmen von Kraftstoff in einen zwischen dem Ventilglied (11) und der Stirnfläche (7) des Ventilkörpers (1) gebildeten Raum (33) verhindert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das federnde Ventilglied (11) als gewölbte Scheibe aus federndem Material ausgebildet ist.
