Definitions
- reinforcement baskets are often used on the construction site Place of installation by the iron layer mounted with binding baskets. This is extremely labor intensive, but has the advantage that the armouring basket easily matches the respective, building-specific Circumstances can be adjusted. With the multitude of Different applications of reinforcement cages must therefore Prefabricated reinforcement baskets are extremely well thought out, order in spite of their given and hence the use delimiting form to be as versatile as possible.
- Such reinforcement baskets are from FR-A-2 422 782 or EP-A-0 136 283 known.
- the legs of the bars bent at right angles are made by tying flat nets to the wall and / or floor-ceiling slab connected.
- the disadvantage of that solution is before all to be seen in the fact that the iron layer relatively little work is removed.
- the described reinforcement network offers little Help.
- the connection of a floor / ceiling slab to a curved one or curved wall was with such reinforcement baskets hardly possible. If you bend the longitudinal rod, the the reinforcement bars bent at right angles to each other connects, this twists. The legs of the right angle bent reinforcing bars are then in all Show directions. As the next step you had to consequently all thighs again by hand align. A labor saving was therefore not achieved.
- a reinforcing cage is also available Creation of a connection between the reinforcements of a Floor-ceiling tile and a wall made up of a Number of long, parallel, equally spaced, cross bars bent at right angles, their leg ends are connected to each other by a longitudinal bar, as well as at least approximately in the middle between these long ones Cross bars arranged short, bent at right angles Cross bars.
- the one, short leg of the short cross bars runs in the plane of one of the legs of the long crossbars, while the longer leg of the short cross iron is parallel to the other leg of the longer cross iron is arranged.
- Such an element is versatile and easy to use the flat nets in the floor-ceiling slabs as well as in the adjoining wall connectable.
- the element is extraordinary torsion-resistant and is only suitable for connecting the Floor-ceiling tile with a straight wall.
- a prefabricated armouring basket of the type mentioned above change that in particular to connect between the Reinforcement of a floor slab and a wall under pressure suitable is.
- a base plate realize that a base plate base protruding to the pressure side having.
- the prefabricated reinforcement cage according to the invention can be advantageously produce from cross and additional cross bars, all of which have the same diameter. Usually this diameter is 7 mm. In certain cases however, the reinforcement cage also made of cross bars with a diameter of preferably 7 mm and with additional cross bars a diameter of preferably 7.5 mm. This results in an increased iron cross-section per linear meter, although the manufacturing plant will not be converted must be maintained, in particular because of the welding times can.
- FIG. 1 shows the unbent network for creating the reinforcement cage according to the invention. It consists of a number of parallel crossbars 1 arranged at equal intervals and of equal length, additional crossbars 2 arranged centrally between two adjacent crossbars. 4.5 connected.
- a first longitudinal rod 4 connects the end ends of all the transverse rods 1 and all the additional transverse rods 2.
- An additional longitudinal rod 5 runs parallel to the first longitudinal rod 4 at a slight distance from it and in turn connects all the transverse rods 1 and all the additional transverse rods 2.
- a further longitudinal bar 3 is arranged, which in turn is welded together with all cross bars and all additional cross bars.
- the entire first reinforcement network N 1 thus consists of n cross bars 1 and n-1 additional cross bars 2 and a total of three longitudinal bars 3, 4, 5.
- This network N 1 is formed by two bends in the reinforcement cage according to the invention.
- the first bend takes place along the bending line B 1 , which approximately coincides with the central longitudinal bar 3.
- This bending line B 1 preferably runs between the two longitudinal bars 3 and 5, but as close as possible to the longitudinal bar 3 arranged approximately centrally with respect to the length of the transverse bars.
- a second bending line B 2 runs parallel to the first bending line B 1 , the two bending lines running correspondingly by the distance between the outer reinforcement and the inner reinforcement of a wall W.
- the cross bars 1 are L-shaped and the additional cross bars 2 are U-shaped.
- the third longitudinal bar 3 lies vertically below the two longitudinal bars 4 and 5, but in the base plate P.
- the finished bent thus forms Reinforcement basket about an F-shaped structure. It is essential that all longitudinal bars 3, 4, 5 are vertically one above the other in the finished reinforcement cage. These vertical bars arranged one above the other now define a plane, namely the plane of curvature K 1 .
- the finished reinforcement cage according to the invention can now be laid in the plane of curvature K 1 inwards or outwards. Because, in addition, there is only a single longitudinal bar 3 in the floor-to-ceiling slab P to be created, and this is arranged at the level of the lower reinforcement to be installed in the floor-to-ceiling slab, the reinforcement cage according to the invention can be combined with any other reinforcement network N 2 as desired . This freedom of combination is further increased by attaching the additional longitudinal rod 5, which runs close to the terminally arranged longitudinal rod 4, in such a way that, when the reinforcement cage is bent, it is arranged approximately at the level of the ends of the additional transverse rods 2 bent upwards. As a result, almost any additional reinforcement network N 2 can be inserted into the reinforcement cage of the invention that has already been laid.
- FIG. 1 Such a combination, also according to the invention, is shown in FIG.
- the F-shaped reinforcement cage consisting of the cross bars 1, the additional cross bars 2 and the longitudinal bars 3, 4 and 5 is laid so that the parallel legs of the U-shaped bent cross bars 2 project vertically upwards and one for connecting networks to be laid outer and inner reinforcement in the wall W are provided.
- One leg of the L-shaped crossbars 1 runs at the level of the lower reinforcement to be installed in the floor-ceiling plate P.
- the reinforcement basket according to the invention is combined here with a second reinforcement basket consisting of the reinforcement network N 2 .
- This reinforcement network N 2 consists of a plurality of U-shaped brackets with two parallel legs 11, 12 of equal length, which are connected to one another via a vertical connecting section 15.
- the upper legs 11 of the U-shaped bracket in the installed state are connected to one another via a longitudinal connecting rod 14, while the lower parallel legs 12 in the installed state are connected to one another with a connecting rod 13 running in the longitudinal direction.
- Both connecting rods 13, 14 are arranged exactly vertically one above the other and together define a second plane of curvature K 2 .
- This plane of curvature K 2 runs parallel and at a distance from the first plane of curvature K 1 of the reinforcement cage according to the invention.
- the reinforcing mesh N 2 can thus be adapted to any curvature of the reinforcing cage.
- the reinforcement net N 2 can easily penetrate the reinforcement basket in the area of the floor-ceiling slab.
- the floor-ceiling plate P can now be formed with a base S projecting on the pressure-loaded side of the wall W.
- Such a design has so far not been possible with known prefabricated reinforcement baskets, regardless of whether the pressure-loaded wall W was straight or curved.
- FIG. 3 shows a variant of the reinforcement cage according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the cross bars 1 and the additional cross bars 2 are no longer of the same length.
- the elongated cross bars 1 ' protrude from the additional cross bars 2 by a certain distance.
- These protruding ends of the elongated cross bars 1 ' are connected to one another by a longitudinal bar, the longitudinal bar being cut in each case between two parallel adjacent elongated cross bars 1'.
- Each elongated crossbar end is provided with a longitudinal bar section 6.
- These longitudinal rod sections 6 result in improved anchoring in the floor-ceiling plate P. They are also particularly suitable for attaching reinforcement mats for the lower reinforcement in the floor-ceiling plate.
- the reinforcement cage according to the invention can be used both for curved and straight pressure-loaded walls.
- Reinforcement nets N 2 which are suitable for forming a base S projecting on the pressure side on the floor-ceiling plate P, can also be attached here.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 a third embodiment of the reinforcing cage according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in which case elongated cross bars 1 'are used which project on one side over the additional cross bars 2.
- the reinforcement cage can be combined with a second reinforcement net N 2 .
- this connecting network N 2 can be connected to the reinforcing cage according to the invention in such a way that one or more connecting bars 16 extend into the area between the two parallel legs of the U-shaped additional cross bars 2 come to rest. In this way, a base S on the pressurized side of the wall can also be attached to the floor-ceiling plate P above.
- all cross bars and all additional cross bars will be dimensioned the same. You can preferably go down to a diameter of 7 mm. This allows a greater density of parallel irons compared to known networks. This allows a particularly efficient production compared to known nets, where you used cross bars with a considerably larger cross-section when used in pressure-loaded walls, namely about 12 to 14 mm. Compared to the solution according to the invention, this means a considerably longer welding time.
- the reinforcement ratio between the outer reinforcement and the inner reinforcement is also optimal in the solution according to the invention.
- the diameter of the longitudinal bars is selected to be thinner than the diameter of the transverse bars and additional transverse bars, preferably a diameter of approximately 5 mm. This choice is necessary in order to achieve sufficient strength and, on the other hand, usable flexibility in order to adapt the reinforcement cage to the curvature of the wall to be created.

Abstract
Description
Conventionally, reinforcement baskets are often used on the construction site Place of installation by the iron layer mounted with binding baskets.
In architecture, people are trying more and more creatively today to build. The creative elements in construction include in particular also round or curved concrete walls. Because of the extraordinarily time-consuming and costly manual work, which was associated with this, however, is usually opposed round components leaned. Prefabricated reinforcement baskets for these applications were hardly known.
The establishment of such a connection between a floor-ceiling plate and a wall perpendicular to it was done in different ways. One way was that Reinforcing bars of the flat net over the angular range between the wall to be created and the transition to Floor-ceiling tile pulled out and in the right place by 90 ° were turned. This inevitably required a two-stage process Procedure when pouring concrete. The formwork can accordingly can only be created step by step. Bending the Reinforcing iron is cumbersome and often inaccurate. The the second method was to use pre-fabricated ones Reinforcement baskets. Here you can turn right-angled Reinforcing bars that are in the corner area with a longitudinal bar one below the other connected are used. Such reinforcement baskets are from FR-A-2 422 782 or EP-A-0 136 283 known. The legs of the bars bent at right angles are made by tying flat nets to the wall and / or floor-ceiling slab connected. The disadvantage of that solution is before all to be seen in the fact that the iron layer relatively little work is removed. Especially when creating a floor-ceiling tile, which usually have an upper and a lower armouring has, the described reinforcement network offers little Help. The connection of a floor / ceiling slab to a curved one or curved wall was with such reinforcement baskets hardly possible. If you bend the longitudinal rod, the the reinforcement bars bent at right angles to each other connects, this twists. The legs of the right angle bent reinforcing bars are then in all Show directions. As the next step you had to consequently all thighs again by hand align. A labor saving was therefore not achieved.
From EP-A-0 267 146 a reinforcing cage is also available Creation of a connection between the reinforcements of a Floor-ceiling tile and a wall made up of a Number of long, parallel, equally spaced, cross bars bent at right angles, their leg ends are connected to each other by a longitudinal bar, as well as at least approximately in the middle between these long ones Cross bars arranged short, bent at right angles Cross bars. The one, short leg of the short cross bars runs in the plane of one of the legs of the long crossbars, while the longer leg of the short cross iron is parallel to the other leg of the longer cross iron is arranged. Such an element is versatile and easy to use the flat nets in the floor-ceiling slabs as well as in the adjoining wall connectable. The element is extraordinary torsion-resistant and is only suitable for connecting the Floor-ceiling tile with a straight wall.
A further development of this is shown in EP-A-0 421 925
the features of the preamble of
Furthermore, it is often desirable in these applications that Pull the base plate beyond the area of the retaining wall, so that a base plate is created on the outside. This could be done with the known solution according to EP-A-0 421 However, do not reach 925. The one for the required strength required longitudinal bars did not allow a second network through the first net that formed the armouring basket, push through.
It is therefore the object of the present invention, a prefabricated armouring basket of the type mentioned above change that in particular to connect between the Reinforcement of a floor slab and a wall under pressure suitable is.

The prefabricated reinforcement cage according to the invention can be advantageously produce from cross and additional cross bars, all of which have the same diameter.
Finally, it makes sense to measure the diameter of the longitudinal bars to be chosen smaller than the diameter of the cross or additional cross bars. This facilitates the formal adaptation of the reinforcement cage to the curvature to be installed.

2. Ein zusätzlicher Längsstab 5 verläuft leicht
distanziert zum erstgenannten Längsstab 4 parallel zu diesem
und verbindet wiederum sämtliche Querstäbe 1 und sämtliche
Zusatzquerstäbe 2. Etwa mittig in Bezug auf die Längsausdehnung
der Querstäbe 1 und Zusatzquerstäbe 2 ist ein weiterer
Längsstab 3 angeordnet, der wiederum schweissverbunden mit
sämtlichen Querstäben und sämtlichen Zusatzquerstäben angeordnet
ist. Das gesamte erste Armierungsnetz N1 besteht somit
aus n Querstäben 1 und n-1 Zusatzquerstäben 2 sowie aus
insgesamt drei Längsstäben 3,4,5.FIG. 1 shows the unbent network for creating the reinforcement cage according to the invention. It consists of a number of
Weil zudem in
Erfindung einfahren. This network N 1 is formed by two bends in the reinforcement cage according to the invention. The first bend takes place along the bending line B 1 , which approximately coincides with the central
While maintaining the inventive concept and the advantages according to the invention, it is of course also possible to bend all
Such a combination, also according to the invention, is shown in FIG. Here, the F-shaped reinforcement cage consisting of the cross bars 1, the
P anzuformen.FIG. 3 shows a variant of the reinforcement cage according to FIGS. 1 and 2. In contrast to the previously described embodiment, the cross bars 1 and the
Wand vorstehend anbringen.Ultimately, a third embodiment of the reinforcing cage according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in which case elongated cross bars 1 'are used which project on one side over the additional cross bars 2. In the same way as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the elongated ends of the elongated cross bars 1 'are in turn connected to one another by a longitudinal bar 7, the so-called stiffening iron. Since the longitudinal bar is not cut here, it has the function of a stiffening iron, which means that this reinforcement cage is only suitable for creating straight, pressure-loaded walls. Here too, the reinforcement cage can be combined with a second reinforcement net N 2 . In contrast to the previously described reinforcement nets N 2 , this is not only provided with a connecting rod on the lower or on the upper parallel legs of the U-shaped network, but a large number of connecting rods 17 are provided. This makes it easier to connect corresponding flat networks of the same size. Thanks to the fact that the second additional
In a preferred embodiment of the reinforcement cages according to the invention, all cross bars and all additional cross bars will be dimensioned the same. The reinforcement ratio between the outer reinforcement and the inner reinforcement is also optimal in the solution according to the invention. In this way, with a reinforcement section of 870 mm length, a reinforcement cross-section of 552 mm 2 / m is achieved on the outside and a specific reinforcement of 295 mm 2 / linear meter on the inside reinforcement. If you want to increase the reinforcement on the outside again, you can also slightly increase the
