Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von wässeriger faserstoffhaltiger Suspension (S) mit Hilfe eines scheibenförmigen Siebelementes (1), das auf der Zulaufseite (4) mit leistenförmigen Erhebungen (5) versehen ist und an dessen Zulaufseite (4) mindestens ein relativ zu diesem bewegbares Räumelement (3) vorhanden ist, wobei das Siebelement (1) eine Vielzahl von runden Sortieröffnungen (2) enthält, deren engster Querschnitt der Sortierquerschnitt (7) ist, und die auf der Zulaufseite (4) einen erweiterten Zulaufquerschnitt (6) haben, dessen Größe mindestens das 1,4-Fache des Sortierquerschnitts (7) der Sortieröffnung (2) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erweiterte Zulaufquerschnitt (6) allmählich in den stromab folgenden engeren Querschnitt übergeht, der wiederum stromabwärts konstant ist oder sich wieder erweitert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang vom erweiterten Zulaufquerschnitt (6) auf den stromab folgenden engeren Querschnitt auf einer Tiefe (t) von mindestens 1 mm erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang vom erweiterten Zulaufquerschnitt (6) auf den stromab folgenden engeren Querschnitt in einer Schräge von 45° erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stromab folgende engere Querschnitt der Sortierquerschnitt (7) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erweiterten Zulaufquerschnitte (6) angefast sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leistenförmigen Erhebungen (5) eine Höhe (h) von mindestens 2 mm über der Sieboberfläche aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Zulaufseite (4) zugewandte Unterseite (8) des Räumelementes (3) eine Kontur aufweist, bei der der primäre Abstand (a) zwischen Unterseite (8) und Zulaufseite (4) vorne, in Bewegungsrichtung gesehen, geringer ist als der sekundäre Abstand (b) dahinter. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung (c) des Räumelementes (3) in Bewegungsrichtung mindestens das 8-Fache des sekundären Abstandes (b) beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räumelement (3) oder die Räumelemente (3) zu einem mit dem Siebelement (1) koaxial angeordneten Rotor gehören. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räumelement (3) Flügel aufweist, deren Vorderkante bei Blickrichtung auf das Siebelement (1) derart geschwungen sind, daß radial weiter außen liegende Bereiche der Vorderkante zum Radius einen stumpferen Winkel haben als weiter innen liegende Bereiche. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leistenförmigen Erhebungen (5) in einem Winkel von - 15° bis + 15° zum Radius des Siebelementes (1) ausgerichtet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leistenförmigen Erhebungen (5) Schweißraupen sind.
