Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufbringung einer Spannkraft auf ein Umreifungsband, umfassend
eine Führung für das Umreifungsband,
eine Klemmeinrichtung (6), in welcher ein Abschnitt des Bandes während einer Spannphase fixierbar ist,
eine Transporteinrichtung (11), welche mit einem Schwenkhebel (3) versehen ist an dem die Klemmeinrichtung angeordnet ist, so dass die Klemmeinrichtung und der darin fixierbare Bandabschnitt während der Spannphase entlang eines Weges bewegbar sind,
einem Antrieb für die Transporteinrichtung,
ein Mittel zur Erfassung eines der Spannkraft entsprechenden Wertes eines Parameters, und
eine mit dem Erfassungsmittel verbundene Steuereinrichtung, die bei Erreichen eines vorbestimmten Grenzwertes des Parameters veranlasst, dass die Transporteinrichtung (11) stoppt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der Antrieb ausschliesslich zur Erzeugung der Transportbewegung der Transporteinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das Erfassungsmittel Werte des Parameters am Antrieb (4) abgreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei welcher das Erfassungsmittel einen Wert eines Parameters ermittelt, der vom Drehmoment des Antriebs (4) abhängig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das Erfassungsmittel als Parameter die Stromaufnahme eines Elektromotors (37) ermittelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Grenzwert des Parameters stufenlos einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Transporteinrichtung (11) das zu spannende Band auf seinem Transportweg im wesentlichen geradlinig ausrichtet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Antrieb (4) durch einen Hülltrieb (13) mit dem Schwenkhebel (3) wirkverbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Antrieb (4) mit einem Kugelumlaufgetriebe (14) wirkverbunden ist
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei welcher das Kugelumlaufgetriebe (14) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
