Claims (6)
- Procédé de mise en place du fond d'un emballage comprenant un corps tubulaire de section transversale non ronde fermé par un couvercle et contenant le produit à conditionner, ledit fond ayant la forme d'une cuvette dont les dimensions correspondent à la section transversale du corps tubulaire, la cuvette étant fixée, après son introduction au moyen d'un outil mâle dans le corps, par l'activation d'un film adhésif et pliage du bord du corps tubulaire, caractérisé en ce que l'on procède selon les étapes suivantes :a) on introduit l'extrémité ouverte du corps tubulaire entre deux mâchoires opposées fixes (M1, M2) épousant parfaitement deux parties opposées (2, 3) de l'extrémité du corps tubulaire (1) et la distance entre les surfaces de contact de deux mâchoires avec l'emballage étant inférieure à la distance entre lesdites parties opposées de sorte que les parties non enserrées (4, 5) dans lesdites mâchoires subissent une déformation non permanente en s'écartant l'une de l'autre;b) on met en place le fond au moyen d'un outil mâle (P), ledit fond étant maintenu à sa position définitive par lesdites mâchoires fixes (M1, M2) et l'outil mâle (P) ;c) on serre deux régions opposées de la surface latérale du corps tubulaire par deux organes de serrage (S1, S2) se trouvant au-dessous de deux mâchoires (M3, M4) mobiles destinées à agir sur les portions de l'extrémité libre du corps tubulaire non enserrées par les mâchoires fixes pour chasser au moins partiellement l'air contenu dans le corps tubulaire;d) on serre les mâchoires mobiles (M3, M4) pour mettre en contact la totalité du bord intérieur de l'extrémité libre du corps tubulaire avec la cuvette;e) on procède à l'activation du film adhésif et, par la suite, à la libération de l'emballage fermé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'écartement des deux mâchoires fixes et le serrage par lesdits organes sont choisis de sorte à ne pas provoquer une déformation permanente du corps tubulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le corps tubulaire est de section rectangulaire et que les mâchoires fixes (M1, M2) enserrent les petits côtés (2, 3) de ladite section rectangulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le corps tubulaire est de section elliptique et les mâchoires fixes enserrent les régions se trouvant de part et d'autre des extrémités du grand axe géométrique de l'ellipse.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le corps tubulaire est de section semi-circulaire et les mâchoires fixes enserrent les régions situées aux extrémités de la corde.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que pendant la mise en place du fond, on aspire à travers deux canaux (8) d'aspiration situés sur la matrice de formage (7) de la cuvette du fond (6) l'air chassé par l'entrée du poinçon (P) avec la cuvette (6).
