Abstract

Le procédé concerne la mise en place d'un fond d'un emballage formé d'un corps tubulaire (1) de section non ronde. On introduit l'extrémité ouverte du corps (1) entre deux mâchoires opposées (M1, M2) fixes. La distance entre les mâchoires (M1, M2) étant inférieure à la distance entre les portions enserrées (2, 3) une déformation de portions non enserrées (4, 5) est obtenue. Ainsi, lors de la mise en place du fond, l'air s'échappe et en appliquant sur les flancs de l'emballage (1) un serrage, on obtient l'évacuation partielle de l'air se trouvant encore dans le corps (1) avant le scellage.
