Claims (6)
- Hebelsystem,welches in einem mit einer Oeffnung versehenen Eckmöbelelement (1) einsetzbar ist und zum Verschieben eines im Eckmöbelelement verschiebbar gehaltenen inneren Einbauteils (3) von einer inneren Lage in eine durch die Oeffnung von aussen zugängliche Lage dient, wobei das Hebelsystem aus einem zwei Schenkel (16, 17) aufweisenden Hebel (18) besteht, von dem einer der Schenkel (16) mit einer Schiene (12) in Wirkverbindung steht, die nach dem Ausziehen eines äusseren Einbauteils (2) aus dem Eckmöbelelement (1) zusammen mit diesem um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (11) schwenkbar ist, und von dem der andere Schenkel (17) mit einer Koppelstange (20) verbunden ist, die ihrerseits mit dem inneren Einbauteil (3) verbindbar ist, und im Mittenbereich des Hebels (18), in welchem dieser abgewinkelt ist, ein Lagerelement (15) angebracht ist, das in einem im Eckmöbelelement (1) zu befestigenden Lagerteil (14) gelagert ist, so dass der Hebel (18) in einer Ebene, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur vertikalen Schwenkachse (11) steht, schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwei Schenkel (16, 17) aufweisende Hebel (18) aus einem Voll- oder Hohlprofil gebildet ist, dass der eine Schenkel (16) des Hebels (18), der mit der Schiene (12) in Wirkverbindung steht, mit mindestens einer Biegung versehen ist, die im eingesetzten Zustand des Hebelsystems im Eckmöbelelement in der Ebene liegt, die im wesentlichen senkrecht zur vertikalen Schwenkachse (11) steht, und die Biegung so gestaltet ist, dass in einem ersten Bereich des Ausschwenkens des äusseren Einbauteils (2) die Verschiebung des inneren Einbauteils (3) im wesentlichen abgeschlossen und die von aussen zugängliche Position im wesentlichen erreicht ist, und dass im letzten Bereich des Ausschwenkens des äusseren Einbauteils (2) der innere Einbauteil (3) im wesentlichen still steht.
- Hebelsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwei Schenkel (16, 17) aufweisende Hebel (18) aus einem einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden metallischen Vollprofil gebildet ist, und dass zwischen den einen Winkel einschliessenden Schenkeln (16, 17) ein Steg (35) befestigt ist, welcher das Lagerelement (15) trägt.
- Hebelsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwischen den beiden Schenkeln (16, 17) des Hebels (18) eingeschlossene Winkel etwa 90° beträgt.
- Hebelsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Schiene (12) im in den Innenraum des Eckmöbelelementes (1) hineinragenden Bereich ein Zapfen (19) um eine Drehachse (33) drehbar gehalten ist, wobei die Drehachse (33) im wesentlichen parallel zur vertikalen Schwenkachse (11) ausgerichtet ist, und dass der Zapfen (19) mit einer rechtwinklig zur Drehachse (33) ausgerichteten durchgehenden Öffnung (32) versehen ist, durch welche der eine Schenkel (16) des Hebels (18) hindurchragt und gleitend geführt ist, und die der Querschnittform dieses einen Schenkels (16) entspricht.
- Hebelsystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (19) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist, in eine entsprechende Bohrung (29) der Schiene (12) eingesetzt ist und durch Schnappelemente (28) darin drehbar gehalten ist.
- Hebelsystem nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (19) von dem der Schiene (12) abgewandten Endbereich her mit einer schlitzförmigen Ausnehmung (34) versehen ist, die von aussen her eine sich verjüngende Gestalt aufweist und in die durchgehende Öffnung (32) mündet, und deren Breite im Bereich der durchgehenden Öffnung (32) kleiner ist als die entsprechende Abmessung des Schenkels (16).
