Claims (6)
- Übertragungszylinder für eine Rollenrotations-Druckmaschine, der mit einem Drucktuch (2) bestückt ist, dessen in einen achsparallelen Kanal einsteckbare Enden (3, 4) in diesem unter einer Spannung des in Drehrichtung nachlaufenden Endes (4) gehalten werden, und einen elastisch verformbaren Umfangsbereich (B) an der vorlaufenden Kante (10) des Kanals besitzt, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die elastische Verformbarkeit des Umfangsbereiches (B) in Umfangsrichtung stetig zunehmend an der vorlaufenden Kante (10) am größten und das vorlaufende Ende (3) des Drucktuches (2) nicht spannbar im Kanal (5) fixierbar ist sowie umfangsseitig an der vorlaufenden Kante (10) eine Anlauffase (11) angeordnet ist, die in Umfangsrichtung stetig zunehmend an der vorlaufenden Kante (10) in einen maximalen radialen Abstand gegenüber der kreisförmigen Umfangskontur (14) des Übertragungszylinders (1) zurückgesetzt ist.
- Übertragungszylinder nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Übertragungszylinder (1) mit einer im radialen Abstand zum Umfang an der vorlaufenden Kanalfläche (8) beginnenden, in Umfangsrichtung mit stetig wachsendem radialen Abstand zum Umfang verlaufenden Aussparung (15) ausgestattet ist.
- Übertragungszylinder nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Aussparung (15) mit einem schwingungsdämpfenden Material ausgefüllt ist.
- Übertragungszylinder nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Material aus einem bei Raumtemperatur aushärtenden Gießelastomer (16) mit einer Store Härte A 80 bis 98 besteht.
- Übertragungszylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die nachlaufende Kante (12) des Kanals (5) mit einer zur Anlauffase (11) der vorlaufenden Kante (10) gleichartigen, spiegelbildlich in entgegengesetzter Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Ablauffase (13) ausgestattet ist, die an der nachlaufenden Kante (12) mit einem maximalen radialen Abstand gegenüber der kreisförmigen Umfangskontur (14) zurückgesetzt ist.
- Übertragungszylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das vorlaufende Ende (3) des Drucktuches (2) mittels eines seitlichen Ansatzes (6) in eine Aussparung (7) der als Anlage dienenden vorlaufenden Kanalfläche (8) einhängbar ist und das nachlaufende Ende (4) des Drucktuches unter einem das Verbleiben des Ansatzes (6) des vorlaufenden Endes (3) in der Aussparung (7) sichernden seitliches Kontaktes mittels einer in einer Bohrung (17) des Kanals (5) angeordneten, mit einem das nachlaufende Ende (4) aufnehmenden Schlitz (18) ausgestatteten Spannwelle (9) spannbar ist.
