Claims (15)
- Maschine zum Umbiegen eines an einem ersten Blechteil (2) vorgesehenen Blechrandes (4) zu einem mit dem ersten Blechteil (2) zu verbindenden zweiten Blechteil (3) mit wenigstens einem vorzugsweise angetriebenen Formrollenpaar (12, 15), dessen Formrollen (13, 14, 16, 17) in Vorschubrichtung (19) an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Blechrandes (4) auf diesem entlang seiner Längskante abrollen und dessen Rollenspalt (20, 22) in Biegerichtung zu dem zweiten Blechteil (3) hin geneigt ist, wobei eine der Formrollen (14, 17) den Blechrand (4) an dessen dem zweiten Blechteil (3) zugewandten Seite untergreift, sowie mit einer quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (19) wirksamen Abstützung mit wenigstens einem sich an einem der Blechteile (2, 3) abstützenden Widerlager, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das (die) Widerlager dem Formrollenpaar (12) in Vorschubrichtung (19) nacheilend angeordnet ist (sind) und sich an der dem zweiten Blechteil (3) zugewandten Seite des Blechrandes (4) abstützt (abstützen).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Widerlager der Abstützung wenigstens ein sich an dem Blechrand (4) abstützender Gleitschuh vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der (die) Gleitschuh(e) über eine Gleitfläche an dem Blechrand (4) abstützt (abstützen).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Widerlager der Abstützung wenigstens eine auf dem Blechrand (4) in Vorschubrichtung (19) abrollende Widerlagerrolle vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Widerlagerrolle eine Rolle (17) eines zweiten Formrollenpaares (15) vorgesehen ist, welches dem ersten Formrollenpaar (12) in Vorschubrichtung (19) nacheilend angeordnet ist und dessen Formrollen (16, 17) in dieser Richtung an einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Blechrandes (4) auf diesem abrollen, wobei der Rollenspalt (22) des zweiten Formrollenpaares (15) in Biegerichtung vorzugsweise stärker zu dem zweiten Blechteil (3) hin geneigt ist als der Rollenspalt (20) des ersten Formrollenpaares (12).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit zwei in Vorschubrichtung (19) hintereinander angeordneten Formrollenpaaren (12, 15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager der Abstützung wenigstens einen in Vorschubrichtung (19) zwischen den Formrollenpaaren (12, 15) angeordneten und/oder wenigstens einen dem zweiten Formrollenpaar (15) nacheilend angeordneten Gleitschuh umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formrollen (13, 14) des ersten (12) und/ oder die Formrollen (16, 17) des zweiten Formrollenpaares (15) konisch ausgebildet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Maschine eine auf dem zweiten Blechteil (3) aufliegende und mit der Maschine in Vorschubrichtung (19) verschiebbare Führungsplatte (27) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Widerlager der Abstützung wenigstens ein von der Führungsplatte (27) zu dem Blechrand (4) vorragender Vorsprung (25, 26) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine an der dem Widerlager der Abstützung abgewandten Seite des Blechrandes (4) angeordnete Formrolle (13, 16) an der genannten Seite mit einem Stützansatz (28, 29) außerhalb des Blechrandes (4) an dem mit dem Blechrand (4) versehenen ersten Blechteil (2) anliegt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenigstens eine an der dem Widerlager der Abstützung abgewandten Seite des Blechrandes (4) angeordnete Formrolle (13, 16) konisch ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der (den) konischen Formrolle(n) (13, 16) als Stützansatz (28, 29) ein in axialer Richtung von der (den) Formrolle(n) (13, 16) vorstehender Stützzylinder vorgesehen ist (sind).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Widerlager der Abstützung senkrecht zu dem Blechrand (4) verstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formrollen (13, 14; 16, 17) mindestens eines Formrollenpaares (12, 15) in Querrichtung des Blechrandes (4) relativ zueinander verstellbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formrollen (13, 14; 16, 17) mittels einer Verstellvorrichtung relativ zueinander verstellbar sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Formrolle (13, 14; 16, 17) zumindest eines Formrollenpaares (12, 15) in Querrichtung des Blechrandes (4) federnd gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer Andrückvorrichtung zum Andrücken des Blechrandes (4) des ersten Blechteils (2) an das zweite Blechteil (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Andrückvorrichtung eine den Formrollen (13, 14; 16, 17) und dem (den) Widerlager(n) der Abstützung in Vorschubrichtung (19) nacheilende zylindrische Rolle (18) vorgesehen ist, deren Achse parallel zur Ebene des zweiten Blechteils (3) verläuft.
