Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for mechanical Securing goods against theft, the Device a first holding part with a mounting surface for attachment to an object, a second holding part for attachment to the goods, a connecting the two holding parts Cable and the connecting parts respectively assigned connecting parts with undercut sections for manufacturing a detachable, positive locking connection between the two Holding parts includes.
- Such security devices are mainly used in shops for radio and television sets, video equipment, telephone systems or the like used in which a large number of exhibition equipment ready for operation and for test use is kept ready for customers.
- To loss of equipment or especially remote controls assigned to them Avoid the smaller devices or the remote controls with the devices mentioned on an object, like an exhibition shelf or a large, bulky one Device, attached.
- the one that connects the two holding parts Cable allows a test use of the secured Device or the secured goods by the customer. The connection the theft complicates the theft would.
- the connecting parts provided on the safety device allow the establishment of a holding connection between the two holding parts. This makes it possible to secure the Goods for an attractive presentation can be solved with the to associate associated object.
- the disadvantage here is that the establishment of the holding connection a relatively accurate insertion of the web-like Connection part required in the recess. Still is to take into account that often the entire device of of the goods to be secured when the holding connection is established is covered. So there is the further disadvantage that a Customer to release the retaining connection, especially if that first holding part on a vertical surface of a Object is attached, tried the goods with a force directed away from the surface of the object record, whereby what is usually stuck to the object first holding part torn off the object very easily becomes. Accordingly, the known device holds did not withstand frequent use.
- a device for mechanically securing a Goods against theft known in which the two holding parts are connected to each other via a thin steel strand.
- the device has connecting means for producing a releasable holding connection on, by so-called Velcro fasteners are formed, each on that of the object or the side of the holding parts facing away from the goods to be secured are arranged.
- the invention has for its object a device to mechanically secure goods against theft create a particularly easy handling and manufacturing enables a secure holding connection.
- At least one of the connecting parts has an undercut section with one inclined to the mounting surface Run-up surface includes that the holding connection by means of a Detachable force acting perpendicular to the mounting surface is.
- the solution according to the invention namely leads to that in the direction of the surface normal the mounting surface of the first holding part on the second holding part acting release force, that is, at one of Object away dissolving force, a force component in Direction of inclination of the ramp surface that results in a release movement of the second in this direction Holding part with respect to the first leads. Accordingly results a very simple loosening of the holding connection, itself when the entire device from the goods to be secured manufactured holding connection to the object covered should.
- this is from the ramp surface and the mounting surface included inclination angle 25 to 60 °. This provides a good safeguard against an unwanted one Loosening the holding connection if e.g. a customer a product held by the security device unintentionally bumps, and also a relatively easy release enables the holding connection with this inclination range, the connection of the first holding part to the object is not overloaded.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is characterized by this from that the undercut sections each such are arranged at edge regions of the connecting parts, that the holding connection through a substantially parallel relative movement of the holding parts to the fastening surface can be produced.
- This results in a very simple manufacture the holding connection by the second part by a substantially parallel to the surface of the object Movement can be hooked onto the first holding part.
- the holding connection both in the direction of the inclination of the Ramp area as well as against the mentioned hanging direction be solved so that the loosening of the holding connection is simplified.
- a very heavy-duty holding connection results from that one of the connecting parts has two undercuts Includes ramp surfaces, the planes of which run at an angle to each other Straight lines in the plane of the mounting surface. With an approximately vertical alignment of the bisector between the straight lines becomes one particularly strong holding connection that is resilient due to tilting moments, whereby the two connecting parts in particular on the reach behind the entire longitudinal extent of the run-up surfaces.
- the V-shape is modified in that this is flattened in the area of its tip, so that three undercut ramp surfaces are formed. This will sharp corners and edges largely avoided, so that No risk of injury even if you have an outstanding education consists.
- a particularly preferred embodiment variant is seen here before that the two ramp surfaces are arranged V-shaped to each other are. So the run-up surfaces form for the complementary trained connecting part an insertion bevel that making the holding connection easier.
- intersection angle of the track straight is preferably 50 to 80 °. This leads to a very stable tilt, however also easily detachable holding connection between the holding parts.
- a particularly simple manufacture of the device results is characterized in that the connecting parts each in one piece with the holding parts are formed.
- the connecting parts but also made separately from the holding parts and be arranged later on the latter.
- a particularly preferred embodiment is characterized by this from that the connecting parts are essentially rigid are. This results in a simple manufacture a particularly high load capacity of the holding connection, since the connecting parts are not flexible. In addition the device also has a very long service life with frequent use, as fatigue from for example when establishing and releasing the holding connection elastically deformed sections are omitted.
- the fact that the second holding part has a mounting surface for Attachment to the goods includes and the attachment surfaces of the two holding parts in parallel when the holding connection is established and facing away from each other, it is achieved that the Surfaces of the goods and the object on which the holding parts are attached by means of the attachment surfaces at manufactured connection always run parallel to each other. This results in a uniform alignment of the secured Goods with established connection. This is good presentation of the goods.
- connection parts are designed so that the holding parts can be locked together.
- the connecting parts at least one include resilient, undercut section.
- That locked Holding part gives the advantage that an unwanted loosening the stop connection if, for example, a customer accidentally encounters the secured goods, is largely avoided. This reduces the frequency of damage to the goods.
- a Connecting part includes edge portions that the other connecting part when holding connection is established on several sides with overlap lateral play. How to make one Hold connection between the connecting parts themselves different rotational positions of the safety device. Lateral play is required in order to undercut sections a simple manufacture and release to enable the holding connection.
- the device 10 comprises a first holding part 12 and a second holding part 14 which with a cable 16 in the form of a flexible, partially helix-like plastic cables with each other are connected.
- FIG. 2 shows that the two Holding parts 12 and 14 each substantially have the shape of a have flat cuboids.
- the first holding part 12 is for attachment to an object, like a larger device, a shelf or Like., provided.
- the first holding part 12 comprises one Flat side a mounting surface 18 on which an adhesive layer 20 is glued on, as can be seen in FIG. 1.
- the second holding part 14 has a flat side Attachment surface 18 with an adhesive layer 20, the one Attachment of a product, not shown, to be secured serves.
- the adhesive layer 20 is in each case through a double-sided adhesive tape is formed.
- the first holding part 12 has on its the fastening surface 18 facing away from the flat side, a first connecting part 22 on. This is formed in one piece with the holding part 12.
- the first connecting part 22 has essentially the shape a flat cuboid, with the connecting part 22 on a flat side merges into the first holding part 12.
- both the first in the illustrated embodiment Holding part 12, the second holding part 14 and the first connecting part 22 each essentially in the form of a flat cuboids are formed, the narrow sides of the Cuboid shape uniformly labeled a, b, c and d, where a and c each the long sides and b and d each the top sides the cuboid designate, as can be seen in FIG. 2 is.
- the first connecting part 22 is with its sides a to d running parallel to the corresponding pages of the first Holding part 12 arranged.
- Connection part 22 has the latter on its sides a, b and c an insertion bevel 26 so that the connecting part 22 on the sides a, b and c towards the holding part 12 widened like a truncated pyramid.
- the undercut section closes up to for the first holding part 12 a straight section 32 with a constant rectangular cross section.
- the lead-in chamfer 26 and sections 28 and 32 are on each of sides a, b and c formed by flat surface sections.

- the second connecting part 22 which extends over the three sides a, b and c of the first connecting part 22 extending edge 30 forms together with the Head side 22d the largest cross section of the protruding first connecting part 22.
- the second connecting part 22 in contrast, has an increased by a small margin minimal clear cross-section in the area of the edge 38 of the edge section 36 and in the region of the wall section 40 on. Since the depth of the second connecting part 34 formed recess to the height of the protruding first Connecting part 22 is adapted, that is, the two connecting parts 22 and 34 in their respective extension perpendicular to the mounting surfaces 18, it is possible, the first connecting part 22 into the second connecting part 34 to introduce completely.
- the weight causes a shift of the second holding part 14 with respect to the first holding part 12 down arrow 52.
- the second holding part 14 is thus suspended on the first. Of the Undercut of the two undercut sections 28 and 42 prevents the second connecting part 34 from sliding off first connecting part 22 against the direction of the arrow 50. This results in a secure holding connection between the two holding parts 12 and 14, against an unwanted Loosening is secured.
- Fig. 2 shows the two holding parts 12 and 14 with manufactured Retaining connection, the holding part 12 on a vertical trending surface with vertically aligned long sides a and c is attached.

- the run-up surfaces 79, 89 with respect to their inclination the mounting surface 68 of the first holding part 62 and due to their angular position to each other, the inclination of the upward directed release movement 96, under which they are Loosen the holding connection can slide off each other.
- the angle of inclination is Release movement in the direction of arrow 96 with respect to the surface normal the mounting surface 68 35 to 70 °.
- the holding connection can be produced and released by a relative movement of the two holding parts 62 and 64 to one another in a direction which lies in an angular range a , which is limited by the release movement in the direction of arrow 96 on the one hand and a movement counter to the hanging direction 94 on the other hand is. Accordingly, it is very simple to establish the holding connection, since there is no need to adhere to a precisely defined insertion direction, but rather the said angular range a is available for the relative movement.
- the inclined run-up surfaces 79, 89 enable the Holding connection through a perpendicular to the mounting surface 68 of the first holding part 62 and directed away from it, release force acting on the second holding part 64.
- the Inclination results in a force component running in the direction of 96, the corresponding release movement of the second Holding part 64 leads with respect to the first 62. So that is Secured goods from the customer by means of an arrow 92 directed force, i.e. by a directed away from the object Force, breaking the hold of the two Holding parts 62, 64 can be accommodated.
