Definitions
- Such a multi-purpose rifle is known from US-A-3 507 067 known if you assume that you have a grenade launcher as a large-caliber rifle for firing spin-stabilized Storeys can refer to, but only in Limits is possible.
- the known multi-purpose rifle is a short barrel Grenade launcher with its own grip under the barrel of one conventional rapid-fire rifle attached.
- the Handle piece has a striking piece, a striking spring and a deduction.
- the grenade launcher is from the rapid-fire rifle detachable by pulling out a pin; whether this release process by the soldier himself, i.e. without special tools, or only be carried out in an arms workshop can not be found in the document.
- the grenade launcher is a relatively inaccurate single firearm, the length of which is the barrel of the rapid-fire rifle does not exceed. This is the only reason why to combine the two module weapons into one unit.
- DE-A-1 944 625 and GB-A-2 218 191 also show one Rapid fire rifle with a detachable mounted under the barrel Grenade Thrower GE-A-2 218 191 shows this a special feature: the rapid-fire rifle is in the so-called Bullpup design carried out in which the Handle in front of the magazine. For this reason the grenade launcher stands slightly over the barrel muzzle of the Rapid fire rifle over, because that moved far forward Handle piece prevents the grenade launcher from continuing to move backwards.
- the grenade launcher barrel with its breech is firmly on Rapid fire rifle or assault rifle attached and can and should not be removed from the shooter.
- the grenade launcher system could be without the shaft because of its high recoil of the assault rifle cannot be shot without the Protect hurt.
- Another multipurpose rifle known to the applicant is formed by a simple repeating rifle, as in the World War I was used as a military rifle, and in that a machine gun system is integrated.
- the machine gun system must not be removed by the shooter be otherwise the time-consuming adjustment this machine gun system on the sights of the repeating rifle system would be obsolete.
- the projectiles of this "intelligent ammunition” have one Initial speed, which is much higher than that Cartridges for the grenade launcher mentioned at the beginning, and an effect in the target that of a rapid-fire rifle bullet many times.
- the one that can be reached in a handgun hangs Muzzle energy from the impulse that the shooter can still withstand.
- This impulse can then be reduced if its duration of exposure is increased, for example by a slide return after the shot.
- the invention for Aim to develop a multi-purpose rifle of the generic type in such a way that general defense readiness of the shooter improved in a simple and reliable manner becomes.
- a large-caliber self-loading rifle becomes the basic module used according to the location of the barrel, location and training the shoulder rest and, if necessary, the handle is optimized so that a precision shooting without undue overuse of the shooter is possible.
- the quasi additional module to the basic module is from a short assault rifle formed, which is based on the principle of one distinguishes simple assault rifle in that it is a retractable, insertable or in particular according to the invention has removable shoulder rest. By leaving out the shoulder rest is the weight of this assault rifle reduced and its length shortened even further.
- the short assault rifle is relative to the support provided by the shoulder rest of the large-caliber self-loading rifle is attached less cheaply than the large caliber barrel.
- the recoil of the short assault rifle for one modern cartridge, such as .223 or smaller, is however much less than that of the large caliber barrel. So although the recoil of the short assault rifle in oblique In the direction of the shoulder rest, it affects advantageous due to the multi-purpose rifle according to the invention its low strength therefore only slightly.
- Another advantage of the invention is that Short assault rifle fixed in angle and position on the large-caliber self-loading rifle is appropriate, so in one Way that ensures that the bracket used is not deflects or otherwise becomes loose.
- Both the large-caliber self-loading rifle and the short assault rifle can with the multi-purpose rifle according to the invention each have a magazine that is transverse to the firing direction attached to or removed from the respective module becomes.
- the magazines can therefore not in annoying mutual interference even if the shooter using insulating tape or the like on the respective magazine attached a second.
- the short assault rifle is preferably removable on the large-caliber self-loading rifle appropriate .
- Dovetail training or assembly be arranged by means of which the modules can be pushed onto one another are. The modules are then locked in place their end position. Other assemblies are also possible, like them are known from riflescopes.
- This training The invention has the advantage that not only defective Modules replaced, but that on the respective mounting halves other facilities than the other Module can be applied.
- the large-caliber self-loading rifle can also be used on one Bipod or a mount-like tripod can be attached.
- the short assault rifle can be on another weapon, for example a apelooka or on the pipe of a light or recoil-free Protected be attached and the task take over a coaxial machine gun, or can as stationary weapon attached to an armored vehicle in order to be able to paint zones that are in the fire shadow of the guns lie.
- the trigger device replacing the handle described above the short assault rifle is preferred by you through another, for remote triggering through electrical impulse or cable pulling device replaced.
- the short assault rifle either under the barrel of the large-caliber self-loading rifle (Fixed double bush arrangement) or next to this (double bush arrangement) to attach.
- the double rifle arrangement the multi-purpose rifle according to the invention is flat and comfortable to wear, but builds high. So much for the short assault rifle a side loading lever and a side loading lever Cartridge ejection, it does not need to be modified become.
- the two barrels lie on same height.
- the distance between the line of sight and the Soul axis of the assault rifle barrel is less what the Possibility of misses reduced.
- the invention is the sighting device of the large-caliber self-loading rifle in addition for use for the Short assault rifle designed.
- the multi-purpose rifle can therefore be a usually necessary second Visor omitted, which has special advantages in terms of Weight, manageability and maintenance of the rifle brings with it.
- the shooter can have two of the type give completely different shots without his Change position relative to the rifle. Only now is it possible a commonly used sighting device a large-caliber self-loading rifle so that they also for an additional short assault rifle can be used, which is about a precision shot is capable of a distance of a few hundred meters.
- Another advantage in this regard is that of the invention Design if the trigger device for the Short assault rifle has snaps. Hereby the likelihood that the Protect that target while targeting a target the visor loses, due to one of them not in the direction of travel force to be applied to actuate the trigger device.
- the extraction device particularly advantageously consists of Securing and deduction in the form of push buttons in the transverse direction are movable to the barrel of the short rifle .
- the fingers In the end, only the fingers have to be actuated a shooter and not the arm, for example along the running direction. This can result in unwanted Swiveling movements of the multi-purpose rifle when aiming and with simultaneous actuation of the trigger device low being held.
- the extraction device is advantageous as an exchange module Attachment designed instead of the usual handle.
- the function module has the Deduction for the large-caliber self-loading rifle module on that for its part only those necessary for ignition and for interrupting Has part of his trigger device.
- a clutch arranged the movement of the trigger and, if necessary the fuse (both are attached to the function module) transfers to the large caliber module.
- the coupling may consist, for example, in that from the functional module Pulling the trigger moves a rod outward against a suspended counter rod in the large-caliber module presses. Electrical signals can be switched between contacts transferred to the two modules.
- the function module is just a handle, the trigger and fuse as well as controls for has the electronics and sights of the large-caliber module.
- the function module is designed as a short assault rifle, then its handle has a switch, by means of the deduction either on the large-caliber module or on the assault rifle can be switched.
- Grip preferably exchanged for a simple grip which is used when the assault rifle module to be used alone.
- the coupling can be covered by the buttstock to be attached will be assigned or more advantageously to the handle, that has the controls for both modules.
- the large-caliber module then it is sufficient to use it as a function module to choose a handle module, as for defense of a possible assault machine guns present anyway are; the use of the multi-purpose rifle in the form of a pure large-caliber self-loading rifle is then advantageous.
- the first variant can also be used as far as possible be used in the manner described above.
- the entire multi-purpose rifle according to a first, advantageous Embodiment is best seen in FIG. 1.
- This multi-purpose rifle has a large-caliber self-loading rifle as the basic module 1 on that with a conventional Handle 6, a shoulder rest 16 and an optoelectronic Sighting device, such as a telescopic sight with adjustable red dot agreement, with an acoustic or other rangefinder and with electronics to influence the shot-down large-caliber bullets can be equipped.
- a trigger in the usual position in front of the handle 10, together with a safety device, not shown forms the trigger device.
- a rod magazine 8 projecting downwards for the large-caliber cartridges arranged.
- a shock absorbing device can be placed in the shoulder rest 16 be integrated from rubber buffers.
- the extension of the Soul axis of the large-caliber run cuts the rear support surface of the shoulder rest 16.
- a short assault rifle module 4 is shown in FIG. 4 and has a barrel, a locking and reloading mechanism with a rod magazine 12 projecting downwards and a trigger device 14. Shoulder rest and grip absence.
- the trigger device 14 has movable in the transverse direction Snap fasteners for securing and deducting.
- the short assault rifle module 4 with a housing provided that around the mouth of the rod magazine 12 and in front of this forms a palm rest.
- the short assault rifle module 4 is on the underside of the large-caliber self-loading rifle 2, namely in front of its magazine 8 by means of a mounting 18, but removably attached.
- This assembly 18 can be a slide-on assembly be formed with two complementary groove-bar arrangements at the bottom of the large-caliber self-loading rifle 2 and on the top of the short assault rifle 4, with a locking pin that the rear end of the short assault rifle 4 and the large-caliber self-loading rifle 2 across enforced (Fig. 2).
- the right hand grips the right hand Protect the handle 6.
- the index finger of the right hand is ready to operate the trigger 10
- the left hand grips the assault rifle magazine 12 and pulls the multi-purpose rifle with the shoulder rest 16 firmly in the shoulder of the Protect one.
- the trigger device 14 the short assault rifle 4 can also be arranged on both sides to be both a left and a Right-handed with regard to the operation of the multi-purpose rifle to meet as best as possible.
- the sighting device 20 shows him one set up for both weapons Reticle that with each of the two weapons 2, 4 one Precision shot allows.
- the multi-purpose weapon overall flat and can therefore be comfortably on the shoulder strap (not shown) to be worn.
- the multi-load rifle When shooting with a rest, the multi-load rifle is also used the handguard of the short assault rifle 4 and with whose magazine 12 pressed against the edition. The left The shooter's hand rests loosely on the magazine 8 and is actuated from there the trigger device 14.
- shock absorber 22 arranged between the shoulder rest 16 and the system of the large-caliber self-loading rifle 2 or their buttocks, the Recoil momentum lengthened and thus reduced. So is a shooter able to fire even with ammunition precisely shoot that without the shock absorber 22 the tolerability limit would exceed.
- the shock absorber 22 can be used as a rubber block or as a friction damper be formed, but is preferably a hydraulic Shock absorber.
- the large-caliber module 2 ' is provided with a sight 20 and has a magazine 8. Between the large caliber module 2 'and the function module (handle module 24 or assault rifle module 4 ') a clutch (not shown) is provided, those when attaching the function module 4 ', 24 to the large-caliber module 2 'takes effect and actuating movements of a universal deduction 34, which is arranged on the function module 4 ', 24, transfers to the large caliber module 2 '.
- the large-caliber module 2 'alone cannot fire as it has no deduction of its own.
- a handle module 24 is shown, which there Function module forms.
- This handle module 24 has a Handle 6 'with a trigger, a safety lever and Control buttons 36 for electronic devices.
- this handle module 24 is attached to the large-caliber module 2 ', then there is a large-caliber self-loading rifle; the coupling explained above and contacts (not shown) provide a controlling link between the deduction and the Large-caliber module and between the control buttons 36 and associated facilities of the large-caliber module 2 '.
- the handle 6 is a short assault rifle module 4 'with magazine 12 shown; in this the handle 6 'has a universal trigger 34, the control buttons 36 already mentioned, a module selector lever 30 and a fire selector lever 32.
- the respective two layers of the module selector lever 30 determines whether the universal trigger 34 with the assault rifle module 4 'or the large-caliber module 2 'connected to the respective triggering of the shot is.
- the fire selector lever determines the depending on the position Safe, single fire or continuous fire (continuous fire only for assault rifle module 4 ').
- an assault rifle buttstock 28 are attached, which are the parts of the above Coupling covers arranged in the assault rifle module 4 ' are.
- the assault rifle module 4 'can also under the barrel of the large caliber module 2 'are attached (Fig. 7), wherein depending on the position of the module selector lever 30, the deduction either the large-caliber module 2 'or the assault rifle module 2' operated.
