Description
Hingegen bei der luftundurchlässigen Zone, die aus über drei Nadeln besteht und mehr Maschen pro Zentimeter vorhanden sind, dadurch auch weniger Zwischenraum in den Maschen und zwischen den Maschen entsteht. Anders gesagt: Eine Aussparung ist eine gewollte und placierte Öffnung, die unter Zuhilfenahme der Legeschiene und des Fadeneinzugs zustandekommt, und zwar durch das Fehlen einer Fadenverbindung von Masche zu Masche. Weitere Gewirke werden im DE-U-94 11 597 beschrieben, wobei allerdings auf ihre Vollflächigkeit abgestellt wird, die dadurch erzeugt wird, daß drei Legeschienen mit vollflächigem Einzug verwendet werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine mono-axial in Schußrichtung verlaufende dichte und weniger dichte Bahn.

Claims (10)
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk (10) für Flaggen (20), Wimpel, Banner und dergleichen, mit aufeinanderfolgend verlaufenden Bereichen (14,17), die bei höherem Flächengewicht luftundurchlässiger und bei niedrigerem Flächengewicht luftdurchlässiger sind, und wobei das Gewirk (10) unterbrechende Aussparungen (16) durch Mustereinzug mittels mehrerer Legeschienen und ein Rautenmuster aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch ein Rautenmuster mit diagonal sich kreuzendem Bahnverlauf (15), um eine bi-axiale Verfestigung in den Diagonalrichtungen des Gewirkes (10) zu erzeugen, wobei pro Innenfeld (17) der Raute (12) 10 bis 150 kleine Aussparungen (16) vorgesehen sind, wobei mustereinzugsbezogen die Breite der Umrandung (14) jedes Innenfeldes (17), die die Verstärkungszone darstellt, festgelegt wird.
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, es aus Polyester besteht und ein Flächengewicht von 100 - 110 g/qm aufweist.
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (16) in wenigstens einer Achsrichtung einen Durchmesser von 0,5 mm und voneinander einen Abstand von mindestens 1 mm aufweisen.
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (16) eine Form entsprechend der eingesetzten gegenläufigen Fadenkonstruktion besitzen.
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungszone (14) und der Bereich (17) der Aussparungen (16) durch offene oder geschlossene Maschen erzielt wird.
- Nicht-vollflächiges Gewirk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (16) durch zweifach eingezogene, wahlweise angebrachte Fäden verstärkt sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines nicht-vollflächigen Gewirks mit Rautenmuster nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Mustereinzug unter Zuhilfenahme von drei Legeschienen durchgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der ersten und zweiten Legeschiene zwei Fäden in einer Lochnadel, 16 Fäden in je einer Lochnadel, sowie achtmal je eine leere Lochnadel und zwei Fäden in einer folgenden Lochnadel eingezogen werden, und eine dritte Legeschiene vorgesehen wird, die in einem Rapport 36 Fäden in je einer Lochnadel zieht, wobei in Verbindung mit den Legeschienenbewegungen Rauten (12) entstehen und mustereinzugsbezogen die Breite einer Umrandung (14) einer Vielzahl kleiner Aussparungen (16) gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bewegungs- und/oder mustereinzugsbezogen eine geometrisch gewünschte Form der Umrandung (14) der Vielzahl kleiner Aussparungen (16) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine schachbrettartige Form der Umrandung (14) vorgesehen wird.
- Flagge (20), hergestellt aus dem Gewirk (10), nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
