Description
Die Erfindung ist durch ein figürlich dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert, in dem die
- Figur 1
- die Seitenansicht des kompletten Dreistellungsschalterantriebes in vereinfachter Funktionsdarstellung zeigt, die
- Figuren 2 bis 7
- die verschiedenen Bewegungsabläufe des Schrittschaltgetriebes von der verriegelten Schaltstellung AUS nach einer der Schaltstellungen EIN in der Schnittebene A-A darstellt, und die
- Figuren 8 bis 15
- nähere Einzelheiten zur Schaltstellungsanzeige und der internen Verriegelung des Dreistellungsschalterantriebes erkennen lassen.
Die Figuren 2 bis 5 zeigen die einzelnen Schaltzustände, wobei die Figur 2 mit der Schaltstellung AUS den verriegelten Zustand erkennen läßt, die Figur 3 das Verlassen des Verriegelungsbereichs und den Beginn der Abtriebsbewegung darstellt, Figur 4 das Ende der Abtriebsbewegung mit dem Beginn der Verriegelung und Bild 5 schließlich die Schaltstellung EIN im Verriegelungszustand darstellt. Wie bereits erwähnt, wird die Eingangs-Drehbewegung der Betätigungswelle-Trenner/-Erder BWT/E auf die Antriebsscheibe ANS übertragen. Die Treibzapfen TZ1, TZ2 der Antriebsscheibe ANS greifen in die Schaltkulisse SKU des Schaltschlittens SSC ein und transportieren den Schaltschlitten SSC entsprechend der bezeichneten Horizontalbewegung HBG (Figur 2) um einen definierten Weg. Am Ende des Transportweges halten die Treibzapfen TZ1, TZ2 den Schaltschlitten SSC in seiner Schaltstellung EIN im Verriegelungszustand (Figur 5). Parallel dazu greift der erste Mitnehmerbolzen MB1 des Schaltschlittens SSC in die nicht bezeichnete Mitnehmerkontur des Abtriebshebels ABH ein und befördert die Abtriebswelle ABW (Figur 1) um den Drehwinkel DRW (Figur 1) in die entsprechende Endstellung. Die Hubbewegung des Schaltschlittens SSC ist somit in die Drehbewegung der Abtriebswelle ABW umgewandelt. Dabei kann die Abtriebswelle ABW (Figur 1) so gesteckt werden, daß entweder der erste Mitnehmerbolzen MB1, oben dargestellt, oder der zweite Mitnehmerbolzen MB2, unten dargestellt, in den Abtriebshebel ABH eingreift. Mit dieser Maßnahme sind unterschiedliche Drehrichtungen der Abtriebswelle ABW bei gleichbleibender Betätigungsrichtung der Betätigungswelle-Trenner/Erder BWT/E möglich. Die Figuren 2 und 5 sind hier im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren 6 und 7 zu vergleichen.
Claims (5)
- Dreistellungsschalterantrieb für Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen mit einer in die Schaltstellungen EIN, AUS, ERDE drehbaren Schaltwelle, wobei die Schaltwelle manuell von AUS nach EIN und von AUS nach ERDE und umgekehrt betätigbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale1.1. der Dreistellungsschalterantrieb ist durch ein Schrittschaltgetriebe (SSG) realisiert, dessen drehbare Schaltwelle durch eine Betätigungswelle-Trenner (BWT) und durch eine Betätigungswelle-Erder (BWE) gebildet ist,1.2. die Betätigungswelle-Erder (BWE) ist mit der Betätigungswelle-Trenner (BWT) zahnradgekoppelt, wobei die Betätigungswelle-Trenner (BWT) fest mit einer Antriebsscheibe (ANS) mit sich mittensymmetrisch gegenüberstehenden Treibzapfen (TZ1, 2) verbunden ist,1.3. die Treibzapfen (TZ1,2) greifen in Schaltkulissen (SKU) eines hinter der Antriebsscheibe (ANS) angeordneten Schaltschlittens (SSC) derart ein, daß eine gerichtete Eingangs-Drehbewegung der Antriebsscheibe (ANS) eine gerichtete Linearbewegung (HBG) des Schaltschlittens (SSC) bewirkt und mit dem Eingriff eines Treibzapfens (TZ2) in eine Sperrkontur der Schaltkulisse (SKU) eine Verriegelung der erreichten Schaltstellung erzielt ist,1.4. der Schaltschlitten (SSC) weist vorzugsweise längsmittensymmetrisch angeordnete Mitnehmerbolzen (MB1,2) auf, die durch eine innerhalb einer ortsfest positionierten Grundplatte (GRP) mit an die Kontur der Mitnehmerbolzen (MB1,2) angepaßte annähernd linear verlaufende Nuten (FN1,2) geführt sind,1.5. einer der Mitnehmerbolzen (MB1 oder MB2) greift in eine Längsnut (LNT) eines hinter der Grundplatte (GRP) angeordneten Abtriebshebels (ABH) derart ein, daß eine mit dem Abtriebshebel (ABM) starr verbundene, vorzugsweise in der Ebene der Betätigungswelle-Trenner und -Erder (BWT und BWE) angeordnete Abtriebswelle (ABW) die gerichtete Eingangs-Drehbewegung der Antriebsscheibe(ANS) in eine Ausgangs-Drehbewegung mit definiertem Drehwinkel (DRW) umwandelt. - Dreistellungsschalterantrieb nach Anspruch 1
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale2.1. die Betätigungswelle-Trenner (BWT) ist starr mit einer Kurvenscheibe (KVS) mit Führungsbahnen (FBN) verbunden,2.2. in die Führungsbahnen (FBN) greifen ein Führungsstift-Trenner (FST) eines Steuerhebel-Trenners (SHT) und ein Führungsstift-Erder (FSE) eines zum Steuerhebel-Trenner (SHT) spiegelsymmetrisch angeordneten Steuerhebel-Erders (SHE) derart ein, daß jeweils ein am entgegengesetzten Ende eines jeweiligen Drehlager-Trenners/-Erders (DLT, DLE) um eine Drehachse einer jeweiligen Anzeigewelle-Trenner/-Erder (AWT/E) bewegbarer Umlenkhebel-Trenner/-Erder (ULT/E) eine mit der jeweiligen Anzeigewelle-Trenner/-Erder (AWT/E) fest verbundener Zeiger-Trenner/-Erder (ZGT/E) eine visuelle Anzeige der jeweiligen Schaltstellungen bewirkt, und die jeweilige Anzeigewelle-Trenner/-Erder die drehbare Schaltwelle-Trenner/-Erder eines jeweiligen Meldeschalters-Trenner/-Erder zur elektrischen Anzeige der Schaltstellung Trenner/Erder bildet,2.3. die Zeiger-Trenner/-Erder (ZGT/E) sind jeweils mit einem festen Anschlagbolzen (ABT/E) zur Verriegelung eines durch eine Verriegelungswelle (VRW) steuerbaren Blendenverschlusses (BLV) zur Freigabe des Zuganges zu der Betätigungswelle-Trenner/-Erder (BWT/E) ausgestattet. - Dreistellungsschalterantrieb nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale3.1. die Verriegelungswelle (VRW) ist formschlüssig mit dem Blendenverschluß (BLV) derart mit einem ein elektrisches Ausgangssignal bewirkenden Kipphebel (KHB) und einem ein mechanisches Ausgangssignal bewirkenden Verriegelungshebel (VRH) verbunden, daß durch ein Einwirken eines jeweiligen Querbolzens auf den Kipphebel (KHB) und den Verriegelungshebel (VRH) eine Drehlageveränderung derselben erzeugt ist,3.2. die Verriegelungswelle (VRW) ist mittels eines Querbolzens (QB2) durch ein mechanisch einwirkendes Eingangssignal sperrbar,3.3. der formschlüssig mit der Verriegelungswelle (VRW) verbundene Blendenverschluß (BLV) bewirkt, daß bei gesperrter Verriegelungswelle (VRW) die Freigabe einer Betätigungsöffnung (BTT bzw. BTE) gesperrt ist. - Dreistellungsschalterantrieb nach Anspruch 1 und den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale4.1. die Antriebsscheibe (ANS) ist durch einen zahnradgekoppelten Elektromotorantrieb (EMA) steuerbar,4.2. der Elektromotorantrieb (EMA) ist in beiden Drehrichtungen antreibbar,4.3. der Elektromotorantrieb (EMA) steht mit einer der Betätigungswellen-Trenner/Erder (BWT/BWE)) direkt zahnradgekoppelt in Eingriff. - Dreistellungsschalterantrieb nach Anspruch 1 und den vorangegangenen Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale5.1. der Dreistellungsschalterantrieb ist in der Trennerfunktion von der Schaltstellung AUS nach EIN bzw. EIN nach AUS durch eine Rechtsdrehung bzw. durch eine Linksdrehung der Betätigungswelle-Trenner (BWT) um 180° realisiert,5.2. der Dreistellungsschalterantrieb ist in der Erderfunktion von der Schaltstellung AUS nach EIN bzw. EIN nach AUS durch eine Rechtsdrehung bzw. durch eine Linksdrehung der Betätigungswelle - Erder (BWE) um 180° realisiert.
