Such a three-position switch drive is from the EP 0 110 082 B1 known. As drive assemblies are here provided a so-called storage drive for triggering automatically acting fuses and / or shunt releases and a so-called spring drive for manually controllable triggering switching from ON to OFF or vice versa. In the manual triggering is the switching axis of a medium one OFF position optionally in one direction to the position ON and in the opposite direction to the EARTH position controllable. The isolator function and the earthing function differentiated by different directions of rotation.
In addition, from DE 40 34 084 A1 a jump drive for Medium-voltage switchgear known, in which for one in Shielding gas operated switchgear with a so-called cable switch the switch positions OFF, ON and so-called earthing switch with the switching positions OFF, ON by two separate drive shafts can be controlled separately. Figure 1 shows the three-position switch drive, which as essential component contains the stepper transmission SSG. The essential components of the stepper transmission SSG include the ABW output shaft and the one on it attached output levers ABH, the base plate GRP and the guide grooves not visible here, the switching slide SSC with its SKU shifting gate and the two drive pins MB1, MB2, as well as the actuating shaft separator BWT and Actuator shaft earth electrode BWE, as well as with the actuation shaft isolator BWT fixed drive pulley ANS with their two driving pins TZ1, TZ2 (Fig. 2 to 7). In the figures is indicated that the output shaft ABW in two directions of rotation DRW is to be pressed, one direction of rotation at a time for the disconnector function T and the opposite direction of rotation is provided for the earth function E. As can be seen both actuation shafts, the actuation shaft separators, carry BWT and the actuation shaft earth electrode BWE, by not designated Support bearing in the left area of the illustration to by the front by an appropriate handling device to be able to be rotated manually. It can also be seen that the three-position switch drive with a locking shaft VRW is provided with its cross bolts acts a locking lever VRH and a rocker arm KHB. In connection with the locking shaft VRW is the Aperture shutter controllable BLV, whose task is to the actuation openings for the disconnector and earth electrode if necessary to lock or release. Furthermore are the display shaft isolators AWT and the display shaft earthers AWE shown with corresponding pointers, ZGT pointer separators and CGU pointer earth electrodes are connected and shared via the cam disc KVS using the corresponding control lever isolator / earth electrode SHT / E can be controlled. As described later, are the display shaft isolators AWT and the display shaft earth electrodes AWE with corresponding bellcranks ULT, ULE see above connected that the lateral deflection of the control lever isolator / earthing SHT / E in a rotary motion to actuate the corresponding Display shaft isolator / earth electrode controlled by AWR / E can be. For a better understanding of the three position switch actuator essentially the moving parts shown while on the constructive design of the Housing with the support bearings has been dispensed with. As the Figure further reveals are for understanding the individual Functional sequences that the following Figures 2 to 15 include the cutting planes A-A, B-B and C-C provided.
jeweilige Betätigungswelle-Trenner/-Erder BWT/E hervorgerufen
(Figur 5).
In the following Figures 2 to 7, the movements of the stepping transmission are explained in more detail. FIG. 2 in the section plane AA shows the gear-coupled actuation shaft isolator BWT and the actuation shaft earth electrode BWE, which act on the common drive pulley ANS. Behind the drive pulley ANS is the horizontally deflectable switching slide SSC, which engages with its two drive pins MB1, MB2 through the corresponding grooves FN1, FN2 of the base plate GRP in the slot contour of the output lever ABH, which is not described in more detail. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the output lever ABH is fixedly connected to the output shaft ABW and carries out the rotary movement, which is caused by the respective actuating shaft separator / earth electrode BWT / E, by means of a direction-controlled rotation with a fixed predetermined angle of rotation. Furthermore, it can be seen that the switching carriage SSC is provided with the switching link SKU, in the contour of which the two driving pins TZ1, TZ2 of the drive pulley ANS engage.
FIGS. 2 to 5 show the individual switching states, with FIG. 2 showing the locked state with the switching position OFF, FIG. 3 representing the leaving of the locking area and the beginning of the output movement, FIG. 4 the end of the output movement with the beginning of the locking and Figure 5 finally shows the switch position ON in the locked state. As already mentioned, the input rotary movement of the actuating shaft isolator / earth electrode BWT / E is transmitted to the drive pulley ANS. The driving pins TZ1, TZ2 of the drive pulley ANS engage in the shifting link SKU of the shifting carriage SSC and transport the shifting carriage SSC in accordance with the designated horizontal movement HBG (FIG. 2) by a defined path. At the end of the transport path, the driving pins TZ1, TZ2 hold the switch carriage SSC in its switched position ON in the locked state (FIG. 5). At the same time, the first driver pin MB1 of the switching carriage SSC engages in the driver contour of the output lever ABH (not shown) and conveys the output shaft ABW (FIG. 1) by the angle of rotation DRW (FIG. 1) to the corresponding end position. The stroke movement of the switching carriage SSC is thus converted into the rotary movement of the output shaft ABW. The output shaft ABW (Figure 1) can be inserted so that either the first driver pin MB1, shown above, or the second driver pin MB2, shown below, engages in the output lever ABH. With this measure, different directions of rotation of the output shaft ABW are possible while the actuation direction of the actuation shaft isolators / earth electrodes BWT / E remains the same. Figures 2 and 5 are to be compared here in connection with Figures 6 and 7.
Figures 8 to 15 show more details of the lock of the three-position switch actuator and its switch position indicator. As essential components for this function 8 and the following are the cam disc KVS with the corresponding SHT / E control lever isolator / earth electrode with the respective guide pin disconnector / earth electrode FST / E as well as the corresponding SHT / E control lever disconnector / earth electrode with your Rocker arm isolator / earth electrode ULT / E and finally it rotating display shaft isolator / earth electrode AWT / E and their Pointer isolator / earth electrode ZGT / E with the BLV shutter responsible. The internal locking prevents incorrect operation of the three-position switch actuator. The switch position indicator also gives the visually and electrically Switching status of the three-position switch. The functional sequence takes place by the rotary movement of the cam disc KVS, the SHT / E control lever disconnectors / earthing switches and their corresponding ones Deflecting lever isolator / earth electrode ULT / E according to the Figures 8 to 11 deflects. The corresponding display shaft isolator / earth electrode AWT / E transfers this movement to the pointer disconnector / earth electrode ZGT / E for visual display on not here Notification switch shown to an electrical switching position signal to create. As can be seen in FIGS. 13 and 14 is during an incomplete switching operation a malfunction is indicated by the pointer separator / earthing ZGT / E the bar markings are not horizontal or vertical state. At the incomplete Switching action is through the shutter BLV access to the actuation shaft is blocked, which is not contributes to the completed switching operation. So is in figure 13 shows that only the actuation opening separator BTT is released to the actuation shaft separator BWT - as shown in the example - from the switch position OFF in to switch the switch position ON. The release of the respective Actuator opening disconnector / earthing device BTT / E happens depending on the corresponding switch position of the Three-position switch. In the OFF position of the three-position switch according to Figure 12 can either the actuation opening separator BTT or the actuation opening earth electrode BTE are released. In contrast, in the switch position isolator ON only the BTT actuation opening isolator released be (Figure 15). The same applies figuratively for the grounding function.
To the three position switches related to their different Switch positions also with other switching devices To be able to link functionally is the locking shaft VRW with the form-locking shutter BLV, as well as the locking lever VRW and the rocker arm KHB according to of Figure 1 provided. The locking lever is used here VRH to lock the locking shaft VRW during the Rocker arm KHB due to its deflection other electrical output signals can control. The locking lever VRH and the Rocker arms KHB are through the cross bolts QB1, QB2 of the locking shaft VRW controlled or act on the locking shaft VRW accordingly. The locking lever Prevented VRH from reaching the dash-dotted position, the rotation of the locking shaft VRW is blocked. Since the shutter with the locking shaft is also positive is connected, the shutter BLV locked and thus the release of the opening separator / earthing BTT / E prevented. To release one of the actuation opening isolators / earth electrodes BTT / E (Figure 13) must have the locking shaft VRW depending on the desired switching action - initiate the disconnector function or initiating the earth function - to the right or to the left. With this measure can the different locking conditions for the isolator and the earth electrode. The rotary motion the locking shaft VRW is for an electric and to use a mechanical output signal. To this function message the cross bolt QB1 is provided and when turning the locking shaft VRW causes Actuation of the rocker arm KHB. This rocker arm can in turn in a manner not shown by its deflection for example, operate electrical switches and thus Control electrical output signals. The locking lever VRH can also provide mechanical output signals for the different switching states of the three-position switch cause.
