Claims (8)
- Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt auf der Basis von Holzwerkstoffen mit einer durchgehenden oder rahmenartigen Füllung (1) aus weniger festem Werkstoff, die zu ihren Außenrändern (2, 3, 4, 5) oder zumindest zu ihren längsseitigen Außenrändern (2, 3) hin gesehen von einem festen Rahmenwerkstoff (6) stabilisierend eingefaßt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfassung aus festem Rahmenwerkstoff(6) aus Furnierschichtholz, ausgenommen Sperrholz, besteht. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Furnierschichtholz einzelne Furniere (7) aufweist, die an dazwischenliegenden rechtwinkelig zu der Türblattebene verlaufenden Verklebungsschichten (8) fest miteinander verleimt sind. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verklebungsschichten (8) jeweils parallel zu dem ihnen am nächsten liegenden eingefaßten Außenrand (2, 3, 4, 5) verlaufen. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verklebungsschichten (8) Leime auf der Basis von Phenol- oder Melaminharzen aufweisen. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Furnierschichtholz an seinen umfangsmäßig äußeren Seiten von einer oder mehreren Deckleisten (9) umgeben ist. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um das Furnierschichtholz dem Zargenbereich zugewandt ein unter Wärmeeinwirkung sein Volumen vergrößernder Werkstoffstreifenbereich (10) angeordnet ist, der von den unter dem aufschäumenden Werkstoffstreifenbereich (10) im Schließzustand an den jeweilig benachbarten Zargenholmstirnseiten zur dichtenden Anlage sich aufspreizenden Deckleisten (9) umgriffen ist. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckleisten (9) mit einer der Zarge zugewandten Falzabstufung versehen sind. - Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine der Breitseiten des Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztürblatts außenseitig mit einer Holzfaserplatte (11), insbesondere aus hochdichtem Faserplattenmaterial - HDF -, ggf. mit zusätzlicher Oberflächenbeschichtung (12), versehen ist.
