Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Herd mit einer Backofenmuffel, die durch eine mittels mindestens eines Auszuges schubkastenartig geführte Tür mit einer sich vertikal erstreckenden Türplatte verschließbar ist, an deren Innenseite Halteelemente zum Einhängen mindestens eines Gargutträgers befestigt sind. wobei die Tür bzw. die Türplatte von einer Schließstellung bis zu einer Anschlagstellung in horizontaler Richtung herausziehbar ist.
Ein derartiger Herd ist bekannt aus der DE 20 36 885 C2, wobei eine Bedienperson zum Erreichen eines auf dem Gargutträger abgelegten Gargutes die als Backwagen bekannte Tür aus dem Herd herauszieht. Nachteilig dabei ist insbesondere, daß zwischen dem Gargutträger und der vor dem Herd stehenden Bedienperson die Türplatte angeordnet ist. Die Bedienperson muß sich also entweder über die Türplatte beugen oder seitlich neben den Gargutträger stellen, um das Gargut bequem erreichen zu können.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen derartigen Herd derart weiterzubilden, daß die Bedienperson das Gargut bzw. cen Gargutträger bequemer erreichen kann.
Erfindungsgemäß ist dies dadurch erreicht, daß der Auszug eine Schwenkvorrichtung trägt, mit der die Türplatte bezüglich einer vertikalen Bezugsachse schwenkbar ist. Dadurch kann die Türplatte von einer vor dem Herd stehenden Bedienperson weggeschwenkt werden. beispielsweise um 90 oder 180°, und der Zugang zu dem an der Rückseite der Türplatte eingehängten Gargutträger erleichtert werden.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist die Schwenkvorrichtung durch ein Drehlager gebildet, auf dem die Türplatte um eine vertikale Drehachse drehbar gelagert ist. Alternativ kann die Schwenkvorrichtung auch durch eine Kulissenführung realisiert sein, bei der die Türplatte in einer Führung läuft, die auf den Auszügen befestigt ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Tür mittels zweier Auszüge geführt, die durch eine Querplatte miteinander verbunden sind, auf der die Schwenkvorrichtung gelagert ist. Die Querplatte stabilisiert zum einen die Führung der Tür und bietet zum anderen eine Plattform, auf der die Schwenkvorrichtung realisiert oder montiert werden kann. Auf der Querplatte kann beispielsweise eine Führungsnut vorgesehen sein, in der die Türplatte über eine an deren unteren Endabschnitt angeordnete Gleitvorrichtung aus der Grundstellung wegschwenkbar ist. Die Auszüge können sowohl unterhalb als auch oberhalb der Türplatte angeordnet sein.
Damit die Gargutträger durch das Schwenken bzw. Drehen der Türplatte nicht zu weit seitlich oder nach vorne auf die Bedienperson zu über die Auszüge hervorragen, ist die Türplatte über ein Abstandsteil an dem Drehlager befestigt. Der durch das Abstandsteil gebildete Dreharm dreht die Türplatte um eine Drehachse, die in der Anschlagstellung zwischen der Türplatte und der Backofenmuffel angeordnet ist.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist eine Geometrie der Schwenkvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Abstand zwischen der Türplatte und der Drehachse derart gewählt, daß zumindest in der Anschlagstellung die Türplatte um mindestens 90° schwenkbar ist. Die Türplatte steht nach dem Schwenken um 90° senkrecht zur Vorderfront des Herdes. Um nicht nur die Zugänglichkeit zum Gargut bzw. zum Gargutträger zu steigern, sondern auch Wärmeenergie sparen zu können, ist die Vorderfront der Türplatte derart gestaltet, daß diese nach deren Verschwenken um 180° die Backofenmuffel im wesentlichen verschließen kann. Dabei zieht die Bedienperson zunächst den Backwagen aus der Schließstellung in die Anschlagstellung in horizontaler Richtung aus dem Herd heraus. Dann dreht sie die Türplatte und damit die daran eingehängten Gargutträger um 180°. Falls erforderlich, schiebt die Bedienperson dann den Backwagen wieder auf die Backofenmuffel zu. Nun ist zum einen die Backofenmuffel wieder im wesentlichen verschlossen, was ein Entweichen von Wärme aus der Backofenmuffel verhindert. Zum anderen sind die Gargutträger der Bedienperson sehr gut zugänglich. Um das Verschließen der Backofenmuffel durch die Türplatte nach deren 180°-Schwenkvorgang gewährleisten zu können, ist beispielsweise ein Griff der Tür in diese versenkbar angeordnet. Alternativ dazu kann die stirnseitige Peripherie des Backofenmuffelflansches entsprechend angepaßt an Vorsprünge der Türplatte, beispielsweise einen Griff, sein.
Um den Bedienkomfort zu erhöhen, weist die Schwenkvorrichtung, insbesondere das Drehlager Raststellungen an bevorzugten Drehstellungen der Tür auf.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Schwenkvorrichtung durch ein an der Tür befestigtes Abdeckblech verdeckt. Dies versteckt zum einen die konstruktive Ausgestaltung vor den Augen der Bedienperson und dient zum anderen als Auffangwanne für von den Gargutträgern herabfallende Verschmutzungen.
Nachfolgend ist anhand schematischer Darstellungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Herdes beschrieben.

Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen einen Elektronerd 1, in den eine Backofenmuffel 2 eingebaut ist, die durch eine Tür 3 verschließbar ist. Die Tür 3 ist mit zwei Laufschienen 4 in einem Führungsschacht 5 über erste und zweite Rollen 6 und 7 jeweils gegenüber der Backofenmuffel 2 schubkastenartig geführt. Die ersten Rollen 6 sind in dem Führungsschacht 5 drehbar gelagert, die zweiten Rollen 7 sind an den Laufschienen 4 drehbar gelagert.
Zur Aufnahme des zu garenden Gutes ist eine Bratpfanne 8 als Back- und Bratgeschirr vorgesehen. Die Bratpfanne 8 liegt mit ihrem Rand 9 an L-förmigen, nach oben gerichteten, als Bügel ausgebildeten Halteelementen 10 an und hintergreift diese mit einer Öse 11 gemäß der Offenbarung der DE 20 36 885 C2. Die Bügel 10 sind dabei auf einem biegesteifen Träger 13 angeordnet, der oberseitig mit einem Dorn 14 in die Tür 3 eingreift.
Während sich die Tür in Fig. 1 in einer Anschlagstellung herausgezogen aus dem Herd 1 befindet, ist sie in Fig. 2 um eine Drehachse A um 180° gedreht. Dadurch ist die Bratpfanne 8 einer vor dem Herd 1 stehenden Bedienperson zugewandt, die Öffnung der Backofenmuffel 2 ist im wesentlichen verschlossen.
In den Figuren 3 bis 5 ist ein Abschnitt der auf einem Drehlager 17 um die Drehachse A drehbar gelagerten Tür 3 schematisch in drei verschiedenen Ansichten dargestellt. Die beiden Laufschienen 4 sind bzgl. des Querschnittes L-förmig ausgebildet und weisen jeweils sich über deren gesamte Länge erstreckende Montageflächen 19 auf. Auf diesen ist eine rechteckige Querplatte 21 befestigt, die die beiden Laufschienen 4 starr miteinander verbindet. In der Mitte zwischen den beiden Laufschienen 4 ist auf der Querplatte 21 eine Unterhälfte 23 des Drehlagers 17 drehfest befestigt. Eine dazugehörende Oberhälfte 25 bildet zusammen mit der Unterhälfte 23 das Drehlager 17, wobei die Oberhälfte 25 um die Drehachse A gegenüber der Unterhälfte 23 des Drehlagers 17 und damit den Laufschienen 4 verdrehbar ist. Mit der Oberhälfte 25 ist eine T-förmig ausgebildete Türboden-Trägerplatte 27 verdrehbar, die dazu auf der Oberhälfte 25 drehfest befestigt ist. Die Türboden-Trägerplatte 27 erstreckt sich in einer horizontalen Ebene und ist von den unterhalb angeordneten Laufschienen 4 ausreichend vertikal beabstandet. An den beiden Armen der Trägerplatte 27 sind abgekröpfte U-förmige Montageschienen 29 ausgebildet, die sich parallel zu den Laufschienen 4 erstrecken. In diesen Montageschienen 29 sind L-förmige Befestigungswinkel 31 (zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung in Fig. 4 weggelassen) an der Trägerplatte 27 angeschraubt, an denen schließlich ein Türboden 33 der Tür 3 befestigt ist. Der Türboden 33 steht dabei senkrecht auf der Trägerplatte 27. Zur Montage durchgreift der Befestigungswinkel 31, über die Montageschiene 29 nach vorne herausragend, Öffnungen des Türbodens 33 und ist an diesem angeschraubt.
An der Frontseite der Tür 3 ist eine Türplatte 35 zum Abdecken des Türbodens 33 gehaltert. Unterhalb dieser ist zum Verdecken der Laufschienen 4 und der Querplatte 21 eine Frontblende 37 befestigt (zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung in Fig. 4 weggelassen). Auf der Türboden-Trägerplatte 27 ist ein wannenförmiges Abdeckblech 39 (zur Vereinfachung der Darstellung in Fig. 5 weggelassen) befestigt, das zum einen die Sicht auf die darunter angeordneten Komponenten der Tür 3 verdeckt und zum anderen als Auffangwanne für von den darüber angeordneten Gargutträgern herabtropfende Verschmutzungen dient.
Die Funktion des zuvor beschriebenen Herdes ist wie folgt: Die Bedienperson zieht die Tür 3 und damit die Bratpfanne 8 aus der Backofenmufel 2 bis in die Anschlagstellung. In dieser dreht die Bedienperson den Türboden 33 und damit die Türplatte 35, die mittels des Befestigungswinkels 31 und der Türbodenträgerplatte 27 mit der Oberhälfte 25 des Drehlagers 17 drehfest verbunden sind, um die Drehachse A. Das Drehlager 17 verfügt über vier verschiedene Raststellungen, nämlich neben einer Nullstellung in der Anschlagstellung der Tür 3, bei der sich die Türplatte 35 parallel zur Frontseite des Herdes 1 erstreckt, über eine 90°, eine 180° (Fig. 2) und eine 270° Stellung. Zur Erleichterung des Drehvorganges und zum Entlasten des Drehlagers 17 kann im Bereich unterhalb des Türbodens 33 an diesem oder an der Unterseite der Türboden-Trägerplatte 27 eine Laufrolle befestigt sein. die beim Verdrehen der Tür 3 sich auf der Querplatte 21 abstützt und abrollt. Ebenso kann die Tür 3 über eine Kulissenführung verfügen.

Claims (9)

  1. Herd mit einer Backofenmuffel. die durch eine mittels mindestens eines Auszuges schubkastenartig geführte Tür mit einer sich vertikal erstreckenden Türplatte verschließbar ist, an deren Innenseite Halteelemente zum Einhängen mindestens eines Gargutträgers befestigt sind, wobei die Tür bzw. die Türplatte von einer Schließstellung bis zu einer Anschlagstellung in horizontaler Richtung herausziehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszug (4) eine Schwenkvorrichtung (17) trägt, mit der die Türplatte (35) bezüglich einer vertikalen Bezugsachse (A) schwenkbar ist.
  2. Herd nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung ein Drehlager (17) ist, auf dem die Türplatte (35) um eine vertikale Drehachse (A) drehbar gelagert ist.
  3. Herd nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (3) auf zwei Auszügen (4) befestigt ist, die durch eine Querplatte (21) miteinander verbunden sind, auf der die Schwenkvorrichtung (17) gelagert ist.
  4. Herd nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Türplatte (35) über ein Abstandsteil (27) an dem Schwenklager (17) befestigt ist, wodurch die Türplatte (35) in horizontaler Richtung von der Schwenkachse (A) beabstandet ist.
  5. Herd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Geometrie der Schwenkvorrichtung (17), insbesondere ein Abstand zwischen der Türplatte (35) und der Schwenkachse (A) derart gewählt ist, daß zumindest in der Anschlagstellung die Türplatte (35) um mindestens 90° schwenkbar ist.
  6. Herd nach Anspruch 5. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderfront der Türplatte (35) derart gestaltet ist, daß diese nacn deren Verschwenken um 180° die Backofenmuffel (2) im wesentlichen verschließen kann.
  7. Herd nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Griff der Tür (3) in diese versenkbar ist.
  8. Herd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung, insbesondere das Drehlager (17) Raststellungen für bevorzugte Drehstellungen der Tür (3) aufweist.
  9. Herd nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung (17) durch ein an der Tür (3) befestigtes Abdeckblech (39) verdeckt sind.
