Claims (9)
- Eckschutzwinkel zum Bewehren von mit Sichtputz versehenen Ecken von Gebäuden, insbesondere bei Gebäuden mit einer Wärmedämmschicht aus außenseitig auf die Gebäudewände aufgebrachten Wärmedämmplatten, bestehend aus einem Winkelprofil aus schweißfähigem Kunststoff, das aufeinanderstehende Profilschenkel besitzt, und aus einer mit wenigstens einem Profilschenkel verbundenen Bewehrungsmatte, die mit einem Randstreifen seitlich über den Profilschenkel vorsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') mit einem mit dem Material des Winkelprofils (11, 21) verträglichen Material getränkt und mit der Innen- oder Außenseite des Profilschenkels (12, 12', 22, 22') verschweißt ist. - Eckschutzwinkel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') mit dem Profilschenkel (12, 12', 22, 22') mittels Ultraschalltechnik verschweißt ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Material des Winkelprofils (11, 21) und dem Material, mit dem die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') getränkt ist, um Polyolefine handelt, wie Polysterol.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') punktuell mit dem Profilschenkel (12, 12', 22, 22') des Winkelprofils (11, 21) verschweißt ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') linienförmig mit dem Profilschenkel (12, 12', 22, 22') des Winkelprofils (11, 21) verschweißt ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') mit dem Profilschenkel (12, 12', 22, 22') des Winkelprofils (11, 21) mittels wenigstens einer sich parallel zur freien Längskante des Profilschenkels (12, 12', 22, 22') erstreckenden Schweißnaht verbunden ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24) mit der Innenseite des Profilschenkels (12, 12') des Winkelprofils (11) verschweißt ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (14, 24, 24') mit der Außenseite des Profilschenkels (12, 12', 22, 22') des Winkelprofils (11, 21) verschweißt ist.
- Eckschutzwinkel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatte (24, 24') bis an eine vom Winkelprofil (21) vorstehende Abzugskante (23) reichend mit dem Profilschenkel (22, 22') verschweißt ist.
