Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kantenschutzrichtwinkels (1) mit einem Winkelprofil (2) mit zwei aufeinander stehenden Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) als Eckbewehrung für eine Sichtputz tragende Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht- Kante, wobei mit ihren Randstreifen (8, 9) über die äußeren Längsränder (10, 11) des Winkelprofils (2) hinausragende, an dem Winkelprofil (2) anliegede Bewehrungsmatten (7) an diesem festgelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Herstellen von Winkelprofil (2) und Bewehrungsmatten (7) die Bewehrungsmatten (7) an den Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2) formschlüssig durch Vernähen mittels Fäden (15) festgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Festlegen mittels Vernähen dadurch erfolgt, daß Fadenabschnitte wechselweise auf der der Bewehrungsmatte zugewandten und der der Bewehrungsmatte abgewandten Seite des Winkelprofils geführt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Fadenabschnitte Winkelprofil und Bewehrungsmatte gemeinsam auf Vorder- und Rückseite übergreifen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernähen mittels einer Nadel erfolgt, wobei deren Bewegungsabläufe denen einer Nähmaschinennadel entsprechen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernähen nach dem Einstanzen von Löchern auf den Schenkeln der ausgehärteten Winkelprofile erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Aushärten des Winkelprofils in jeden seiner Schenkel Löcher eingestanzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Winkelprofil mittels Extrudieren hergestellt wird.
- Kantenschutzrichtwinkel (1, 21) mit Bewehrungsmatten (7) und mit einem Winkelprofil (2) mit zwei aufeinander stehenden Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) als Eckbewehrung für eine den Sichtputz tragende Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante, wobei die mit ihren Randstreifen (8, 9) an dem Winkelprofil (2) anliegenden und über dessen über äußere Längsränder (10, 11) hinausragenden Bewehrungsmatten (7) an dem Winkelprofil (2) festgelegt sind, gekennzeichnet durch vernähte Fäden (15) zum Festlegen der Bewehrungsmatten (7) an den Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2).
- Kantenschutzrichtwinkel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenschutzrichtwinkel (1, 21) wechselweise Fadenabschnitte (15) auf der der Bewehrungsmatte (7) zugewandten (19) und der der Bewehrungsmatte (7) abgewandten Seite (18) des Winkelprofils (2) aufweist.
- Kantenschutzrichtwinkel nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Winkelprofil (2) und die Bewehrungsmatte (7) gemeinsam von Fadenabschnitten übergriffen sind.
- Kantenschutzrichtwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die aufeinander stehenden Schenkel (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2) gebildete Winkelspitze (5, 25) glatt ausgebildet ist.
- Kantenschutzrichtwinkel nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch die aufeinander stehenden Schenkel (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2, 22) gebildete Winkelspitze (5, 25) mit einem Vorsprung (14) versehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Eckbewehrung einer mit Sichtputz zu versehenden Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante, wobei ein Kantenschutzrichtwinkel (1) aus einem Winkelprofil (2) und an diesem festgelegten, mit äußeren Längsrändern (10, 11) über das Winkelprofil (2) hinausragenden Bewehrungsmatten (7) hergestellt und der so hergestellte Kantenschutzrichtwinkel an einer Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante angebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Anbringen der Kantenschutzrichtwinkel (1) an einer Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante die Bewehrungsmatten (7) an den Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2) formschlüssig durch Vernähen mittels Fäden (15) festgelegt werden und erst derart gefertigte Kantenschutzrichtwinkel an der Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante angebracht werden.
- Eckbewehrung einer Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante mit einem auf der Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kante aufgebrachten Kantenschutzrichtwinkel mit Bewehrungsmatten (7) und mit einem Winkelprofil (2) mit zwei aufeinanderstehenden Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24), wobei die an den Randstreifen (8, 9) an dem Winkelprofil (2) anliegenden und über dessen äußere Längsränder (10, 11) hinausragenden Bewehrungsmatten (7) an dem Winkelprofil (2) festgelegt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrungsmatten (7) an den Schenkeln (3, 4, 23, 24) des Winkelprofils (2) durch vernähte Fäden festgelegt sind und derart ausgebildete Kantenschutzrichtwinkel an den Mauer- oder Wärmedämmschicht-Kanten angebracht sind.
