Definitions
- the invention relates to a construction with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the known guide element is as a locking pot formed which is in one piece with a closing part, which in relation to a striking plate forming the striker is adjustable to adjust a closing edge to enable.
- An eccentric is used for adjustment, who attacks the striking plate and the striker with the locking pot allowed to adjust.
- the locking pot increases the stiffness of the locking part, but not that of Striking plate.
- a striking plate is known from US-A-4 453 752 which is provided with a turning plate.
- From DE-A-24 45 834 is a lock slot training known in a frame in which a pre-punched locking slot is covered with a striking plate, horizontally adjustable is arranged. This will cause an attitude of Lock slot in relation to the trap allows.
- the invention is the object of the known based on a locking bar that extends over the entire height of a frame spar can extend to improve that the guide element is used for the closed position to correct the wing or the wing in a tight connection position on the frame.
- the guide element in different positions is to be attached to the locking bar, its on the Cross section of the closure element coordinated opening To perform the closure element in the desired manner if this when closing the sash in the frame or in the Opening of the guide element engages.
- the closure element through an edge of the fixed guide element in the direction of the outside of the door or window pressed so that it with a casement seal against the Frame is pressed and a correspondingly good seal can be achieved.
- Position of the guide element can for example Tolerances are compensated, e.g. after prolonged use occur in the door or window.
- the guide element covers the recess of the locking bar if necessary Part from, so that can not be included there.
- the guide element is trough-shaped, wherein its tub edges are of different widths.
- a Bag for example a bolt pocket or a bolt pocket is.
- a pocket-like design is with hollow profiles advantageous because the interior of the chamber is covered or remains closed. It can also be advantageous for wooden frames be used so that the bottom of the recess is not accessible or visible.
- Guide element a stamped sheet metal part.
- the guide element with the locking bar edges of approximately the same thickness, this is particularly so a correspondingly for comparatively thin locking strips Adapted design of the guide element that requires little material. If this is trough-shaped, is the thickness of the edges is approximately equal to the thickness in the tub area.
- the construction can also be trained that the guide element in the area of its connection to the Closing bar is thinner and here the stiffening ribs Has.
- the stiffening ribs ensure one increased rigidity of the guide element in that area in which the closure element when closing the Wing can support. At the same time, it becomes a corresponding one Material savings achieved because of the guide element not over the entire length of the stiffening ribs in his The edge area must be made correspondingly thick.
- the stiffening ribs also act in the sense of stabilization the closing bar in the area of the recess, which is common arranged close to a long side of the locking bar Must be where the remaining wall thickness and thus the Strength of the locking bar is reduced. This is especially true when the stiffening ribs fit into the recess and / or are pressed in, so that they are immediately on rest against the recess walls forming the recess.
- the Stiffening ribs are excellent protection against burglary.
- the locking bar is like this trained that on each long side of the guide element a stiffening rib is arranged.
- a major improvement the rigidity or an improved forwarding load forces can result from the fact that on each Long side of the guide element is a centrally arranged Stiffening rib and at least one more on both sides of it Stiffening rib is arranged.
- the guide element in particular a trough-shaped guide element is stiffened accordingly, also seen over its length.
- Each stiffening rib and in particular the majority of the stiffening ribs supports the guide element on the recess the locking bar or on its milled and leads to better derive the forces when force is applied through the closure element.
- the guide element and in particular a trough-like Guide element with comparatively low material costs produce because the stiffening ribs in the longitudinal direction of the guide element spaced apart are, so the wall thickness of the guide element is small and is therefore kept in a material-saving manner.
- the stiffening ribs are expediently on straight lines Sections of the long side of the guide element arranged.
- Such a configuration of the locking bar is particularly advantageous if the guide element is rounded is, for example with semicircular tub edges on the end faces.
- the guide element especially for different recesses in the Locking strip suitable if the recess or cutout is a little longer, the guide element could still can be used without a roughly end face stiffening rib in the center is not used for support can be.
- the locking bar can be designed so that the Longitudinal ribs are about as long as the closing bar is thick is. This provides optimal support for the guide element reached on the locking bar.
- FIG 1 which does not relate to an embodiment of the invention, the cross section of a frame 11 and a casement 12 shown.
- Both frames consist of three each firmly connected to each other in a conventional manner Layers of wood.
- the wooden frames thus formed have each other facing end faces 13 and 32, respectively, between themselves form the folding space 33.
- a locking bar is in the rebate space 33 10 arranged, which has a wing stop bar 18.
- the Closing strip covers the end face 13 of the frame so that when the sash is open it has a sizable surface forms, for example, the entire height of a vertical Frame spar passes through and only the necessary Recesses for the engagement of one or more closure elements has that are necessary to the sash and mechanically couple the frame together, if the wing is closed or in the tilt position.
- the wing stop bar is designed so that it Wing can serve as a stop if this in his Closed position is moved.
- the wing stop surface is located 20 of the wing on the wing stop bar 18 on.
- the wing stop bar 18 jumps perpendicular to Main level of the locking bar 10 in front, so that there is a pronounced L shape results.
- the wing stop bar is 18th comparatively wide perpendicular to the wing plane 17, with their width on the order of that in the same Level seen width of the overlap 11 'of the frame 11 lies.
- the anchor point is the wing stop bar 18 for the wing stop surface 20 from the outside of the door seen relatively far inside in the rebate 33 arranged.
- the sash 12 is in a known manner with a Wing frame seal 34 provided which in a mounting groove 35 attached to the middle layer of the sash 12 is, e.g. by pinching and / or gluing.
- this Seal 34 With this Seal 34, the wing frame 12 against the wing stop bar 18 are pressed when the closure elements apply the wing accordingly.
- Fig.1 points however from that the wing stop bar 18 with a seal 19 can be provided, which is at least the stop of the Wing serving surface of the wing stop bar 18 clad. In this case, the casement seal 34 can be omitted, if the seal 19 meets the sealing requirements.
- the seal 19 also serves to cushion the impact of the wing and is also L-shaped that she also facing the sash 12 Head surface 21 of the wing stop bar 18 fully clad, so that nothing of the latter can be seen.
- the seal 19 is provided with button strips 22, namely with one for the vertical sealing leg in FIG. 1 and with another for the horizontal in Fig.1 Sealing leg. Both button strips 22 are in appropriate buttoned grooves buttoned and thus cause a positive connection of the seal 19 with the wing stop bar.
- Fig. 1 shows seen from the rebate area behind the locking bar 10 the design of a channel 27.
- This channel 27 is designed so that a locking element can engage, for example, a bolt of a lock in the casement 12 is arranged in a manner not shown.
- an opening of the channel 27 to the casement 12 is required down, which is shown in Figure 1 as recess 29.
- the recess 29 is a cutout, for example.
- the material of the locking bar 10 is complete have been removed, the recess transverse to the direction of engagement is slightly larger than the corresponding cross section of the bar.
- FIG 1 shows a special guide element 30, which is designed as a frame plate or sheet metal frame, which in the Outer surface 42 of the locking bar 10 is embedded. Their Outer surface 42 and the guide element designed as a stamped sheet metal part 30 are flush.
- the guide member 30 will by means of mounting holes shown in dashed lines in FIG attached to the frame, which is vertical to the display level above and below this in the area of a sheet depth Admission.
- the opening 31 is relatively for milling or recess 29 off-center, that is in the Display level of Fig.1 shifted to the left.
- the closure element 14 only accordingly the opening 31 can include in the channel 27.
- the frame 11 and the casement 12th designed as hollow profiles.
- a locking bar 10 is arranged, the fold side a smooth Has outer surface 42 and the frame side in their profile the profiling of the end face 13 of the frame 11 is adjusted.
- the fastening of the locking bar 10 on the frame 11 takes place in accordance with the enlarged view 3 with longitudinal insertion ribs 43, 44, the Distance from each other is such that it is between the Retaining strips 45.46 of the frame profile fit and yourself can jam between these if the closing strip 10 is pressed against the end face 13 of the frame 11.
- the locking bar 10 is in the region of its insertion ribs 43,44 provided with the recess 29 into which the closure element 14 can intervene.
- the closure element 14 is a Bolt that is attached to the sash 12 and from it Front end protrudes so far that he in the recess 29 of The locking bar protrudes when the sash is closed. With appropriate dimensioning of the recess 29, it is then impossible to force the wing frame perpendicular to the bolt move so that the window is not correspondingly violent can be opened.
- the guide element 30 ' is a stamped sheet metal part. It essentially consists of one shown in Fig.5a Mounting plate 47 with mounting holes 49. This Plate 47 is installed in the recess 29 so that its the outer surface facing the sash with the outer surface on the rebate side 42 of the locking bar 10 is flush. To the bottom 47 'of the plate 47 closes a closed pocket 37 on. This pocket is so deep according to Fig. 2,3 that the Closure element 14 completely in the interior of the bag 37 can intervene without bumping into the bottom.
- the installation of the guide element 30 'in the recess 29 the locking bar 10 is made so that it is in this recess 29 stuck.
- the tight fit is, for example, by Screw fastening reached with the aid of fastening holes 49, the fastening screws in not shown Engagement mounting holes of the locking bar 10, which in Reference to the representation level of Figure 2 above and below are arranged, the locking bar not here has continuous recesses in which the mounting holes 49 areas of the guide element 30 'so rest that their outer surface with the outer surface 42 of the Locking bar 10 lies flush.
- the guide element 30 ' can but also be pressed into the recess 29 and thereby in the locking bar 10 stuck.
- FIG 4 shows a locking bar 10, which is one of FIG adapted differently profiled end face of a frame 11 is. Its outer surface 42 is essentially one the same across the entire width of the end face 13 thick guide bar, the thickness of which is approximately as large, like that of the edges 16 of the tub edges 15, 15 'or of the guide element 30 '. As a result, the thickness of the edges lies 16 in the dimensioning range of the wall thickness of the pocket 37 and that The entire guide element 30 'is accordingly less material-consuming.
- a guide rib 17 is located centered on a longitudinal side 48 of a guide element 30 '.
- the stiffening ribs 17, 17 ' are below the Trough edges 15, 15 'are arranged and extend vertically to the long sides 48 about the height of an inlet slope 50 for the closure element 14.
- the ribs 17, 17 ' about as long as the closing strip 10 is thick. Consequently is an optimal support of the guide member 30 the locking bar 10 reached.
- the closure element 14 is optimally supported where it is against the inside of the room the locking bar 10 presses.
- the area in question is in 3 with 51.
- the guide element can compensate for new frame constructions 30 'are turned so that the tub rim 15' 3 lies at the location of the tub rim 15 and vice versa. As a result, the distances a, a 'and b, b' are also reversed. It is avoided that the wing 12 is excessive must be pulled firmly against the frame.
- the position of the closure element 14 relative to the guide element 30 in its longitudinal direction is asymmetrical.
- recesses 29 can thereby be somewhat longer be or do not need to be exactly the outline of the pocket 37 to be adapted, e.g. also the length adjustment of the Guide element 30 'is facilitated.
