Claims (25)

  1. Wechselkassette, mit einem Gehäuse (6), in dem zwei Rollen (4, 74) drehbar gelagert sind, auf dem jeweils ein Band (8) ausgehend von einem Ende aufwickelbar ist, wobei jede Rolle eine axiale Bohrung (29) zum Aufstecken auf einen Dorn (3) einer zum Verbrauch eines Bandes bestimmten Verbrauchsvorrichtung aufweist, wobei zumindest eine erste der Rollen Mittel (33, 75) zum verdrehsicheren Kuppeln der Rolle mit dem entsprechenden Dorn (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum verdrehsicheren Kuppeln einen Bereich der Bohrung (29) der ersten Rolle (4,74) umfassen, der aus einem weichen Material (33, 75) gebildet ist, wobei dieses weiche Material dazu bestimmt ist, von zugeordneten Kupplungsmitteln verformt oder durchgedrungen zu werden, die zu der Verbrauchsvorrichtung gehören.
  2. Kassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie entriegelbare Mittel (28,58) aufweist, um jede Rolle (4) daran zu hindern, in einem Drehsinn zu drehen, der zu einer Entspannung des Farbbandes (8) führt.
  3. Kassette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entriegelbaren Mittel für jede Rolle eine Sperrklinke (58) aufweisen, die mit einem Zahnrad (28) zusammenwirken, das einstückig mit der Rolle (4) ausgeführt ist, wobei die beiden Sperrklinken (58) einen Betätigungsbereich (59) aufweisen, der einem Betätigungselement (68), das in der Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist, dargeboten wird.
  4. Kassette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Sperrklinken (58) einander gegenüberliegend zu beiden Seiten des Betätigungsbereiches (59) ausgebildet sind, der beiden Sperrklinken gemeinsam ist und diese miteinander verbindet.
  5. Kassette nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Sperrklinken (58) und der Betätigungsbereich (59) durch eine einzige Blattfeder gebildet wird, die in dem Gehäuse an zwei Stellen (63, 64) gehalten wird, die Drehpunkte bilden, die zu beiden Seiten des Betätigungsbereiches (59) angeordnet sind.
  6. Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Material (33) ein weichelastisches synthetisches Material ist.
  7. Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (4) einen Ring aus weichen Material (33) aufweist, der in ein Rohr aus steiferem Material (31) eingesetzt ist.
  8. Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Material Pappe (75) ist.
  9. Kassette nach Anspruch 8, wobei jedes Ende der Rolle bezüglich der Gehäuse drehbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der äußeren Enden einer aus Pappe bestehenden Rolle (74) in einem Plastikring (77) drehbar gelagert ist, der in eine Seitenwand (71) der Kassette eingesetzt ist.
  10. Kassette nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (4) aus Pappe (75) besteht.
  11. Rolle für eine Kassette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit einer axialen Bohrung (29) und einer aus einem relativ steifen Material bestehenden Röhre (31) und Mitteln (33) zum verdrehsicheren Kuppeln mit einem Dorn (3), der aus einer Vorrichtung (1) zur Aufnahme der Kassette hervorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum verdrehsicheren Kuppeln ein weiches Material (33) umfassen, das mit der Röhre (31) verbunden ist und zumindest einen Teil der Bohrung (29) der Rolle bildet.
  12. Rolle nach Anspruch 11, dadurchgekennzeichnet, daß der weiche Bereich (33) an einem Ende der Bohrung angeordnet ist.
  13. Rolle nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weiche Material in Form eines Ringes (33) vorliegt, der in die relativ steife Röhre (31) eingesetzt ist.
  14. Verbrauchsvorrichtung für ein Band, mit zwei Dornen (3), von denen zumindest einer angetrieben ist, zum Aufnehmen zweier Rollen (4; 74; 84), von denen eine Vorratsrolle und die andere Sammelrolle für von der Vorrichtung verbrauchtes Band ist, wobei der Antriebsdorn Mittel (53) zum verdrehsicheren Kuppeln mit der entsprechenden Rolle (4; 74; 84) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel (53) krallenartige Mittel umfassen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, ein wenigstens einen Teil der Bohrung der entsprechenden Rolle (4; 74; 84) definierendes weiches Material ortlich zu verformen oder durchzudringen, in jeder beliebigen Winkenstellung in der die entsprechende Rolle auf den Antriebsdorn (3) aufgesetzt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurchgekennzeichnet, daß sie dazu vorgesehen ist, eine Kassette (7) aufzunehmen, in der drehbar zwei Rollen (4) gelagert sind, und daß sie ein Betätigungselement (68) aufweist, das dazu vorgesehen ist, beim Einsetzen der Kassette entriegelbare Kupplungsmittel (28, 58) zu betätigen, wobei die Mittel (28, 58) in der Kassette vorgesehen sind, um die Rolle (4) selektiv daran zu hindern, in zu einer Entspannung des Bandes (8) führenden Drehrichtung zu drehen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel (53) in Bezug auf ein freies Ende (37) des Dornes zurückgezogen angeordnet sind und über eine Zentrierfläche (36) des Dorns (3) hervorstehen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel (53) neben einem hinteren Ende des Dornes (3) angeordnet sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krallen ein Zahnrad (53) umfassen, das drehbar auf einer Achse (54) angeordnet ist, die im wesentlichen tangential zu dem Dorn (3) verläuft, dergestalt, daß sich bei jeder beliebigen Winkelposition der Rolle vor dem Einsetzen einer Rolle (4 ; 74; 84) zumindest ein erster Zahn (57a) des Zahnrades in einer Position befindet, in der er durch die vorgeschobene Rolle (4; 74; 84) betätigt werden kann und sich ein weiterer Zahn (57b, 57c) in einer Eingriffsposition befindet, aus der er bei Drehung des Zahnrades (53) in das Material (33, 75) der Rolle (4; 74; 84) einsticht, wenn diese an der ersten Zahn anstößt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, gekennzeichnet durch eine Blattfeder (51), die auf dem Dorn (3) angeordnet ist, und deren freies Ende (52) in den Laufkreis der Zähne (57) des Zahnrades (53) eingreift.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (51) zum Bremsen der Krallen (57b, 57c) vorgesehen sind, zumindest um einen radialen Versatz nach innen zu verhindern.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel (53) dazu vorgesehen sind, um beim Überschreiten eines Widerstandspunktes beim Aufschieben der Rolle (4; 74; 84) auf den Antriebsdorn (3) ein Einschnappen der Rolle auf dem Antriebsdorn zu erzeugen.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Drucker (1) ist, der ein Farbband (8) verbraucht.
  23. Kombination einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22 und einer Kassette (7) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
  24. Verfahren zum Einsetzen zweier Rollen, die jeweils ein Ende eines Bandes (8) tragen, in eine Vorrichtung (1), die dieses Band verbraucht, indem zwei Dorne (3) der Vorrichtung jeweils in eine Zentralbohrung (29) einer der beiden Rollen eingeführt werden, wobei zumindest eine der Rollen (4; 74; 84) des Bandes (8) mit einem entsprechenden Dorn (3) verdrehsicher gekuppelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Einsetzen ein auf dem Dorn (3) vorgesehener Vorsprung (57b, 57c) dazu gebracht wird, in einen Bereich aus weichem Material (33) der Bohrung (29) der Rolle (4; 74; 84) einzudringen.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Aufsetzen der Rolle (4; 74; 84) auf den entsprechenden Dorn (3) ein Kupplungszahnrad (53) zum Drehen gebracht wird, das drehbar auf dem Dorn angeordnet ist, und zumindest zwei aufeinander-folgende Zähne (57a, 57b) trägt, von denen einer (57a) durch die führende Kante der Rolle angestoßen wird, wobei als Folge der andere Zahn (57b), der zunächst verdeckt ist, auf seinem Weg in den Bereich der Rolle (4; 74; 84) kommt und in den aus einem weichen Material (33) bestehenden Bereich der Bohrung (29) der Rolle (4; 74; 84) eindringt.
