Claims (25)
- Cassette interchangeable comprenant une carcasse (6) supportant en rotation deux rouleaux (4, 74) sur chacun desquels est enroulé un ruban (8) à partir de l'une de ses extrémités, chaque rouleau comportant un alésage axial (29) pour être emmanchable sur un mandrin (3) d'un appareil consommateur de ruban, au moins un premier des rouleaux comportant des moyens (33, 75) de couplage en rotation avec le mandrin correspondant (3), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de couplage en rotation comprennent une matière tendre (33, 75) définissant une partie au moins de l'alésage (29) du premier rouleau (4, 74), cette matière tendre étant destinée à être déformée ou pénétrée par des moyens de couplage conjugués appartenant à l'appareil consommateur de ruban.
- Cassette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens débrayables (28, 58) pour empêcher chaque rouleau (4) de tourner dans le sens de la détente du ruban (8).
- Cassette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens débrayables comprennent, pour chaque rouleau, un cliquet (58) coopérant avec une roue dentée (28) solidaire du rouleau (4), les deux cliquets (58) possédant une région d'actionnement (59) exposée à l'action d'un organe actionneur (68) prévu dans l'appareil consommateur de ruban (1).
- Cassette selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux cliquets (58) sont réalisés opposés l'un à l'autre de part et d'autre de la région d'actionnement (59), qui est commune aux deux cliquets et les relie l'un à l'autre.
- Cassette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux cliquets (58) et la région d'actionnement (59) sont constitués par une lame de ressort unique soutenue dans la carcasse en deux positions (63, 64), formant axes de pivotement, situées de part et d'autre de la région d'actionnement (59).
- Cassette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la matière tendre (33) est une matière synthétique souple.
- Cassette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau (4) comprend un anneau en matière tendre (33) emmanché dans un tube extérieur plus rigide (31).
- Cassette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la matière tendre est du carton (75).
- Cassette selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle chaque extrémité du rouleau est supportée en rotation relativement à la carcasse, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'une au moins des extrémités du rouleau une région en carton du rouleau (74) est supportée en rotation dans une bague en matière plastique (77) emmanchée dans un flasque (71) de la cassette.
- Cassette selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau (74) est réalisé en carton (75).
- Rouleau pour une cassette selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, muni d'un alésage axial (29) et comprenant un tube en matière relativement rigide (31) et des moyens (33) de couplage en rotation avec un mandrin de support (3) appartenant à un appareil consommateur de ruban (1) capable de recevoir la cassette, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage en rotation comprennent une matière tendre (33) fixée au tube (31) et définissant une partie au moins de l'alésage (29) du rouleau.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la matière tendre (33) est localisée à une extrémité de l'alésage.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la matière tendre est sous la forme d'un anneau (33) emmanché dans le tube relativement rigide (31).
- Appareil consommateur de ruban, comprenant deux mandrins (3) dont l'un au moins est moteur, pour recevoir deux rouleaux (4; 74; 84) de dévidement et respectivement de collecte du ruban consommé par l'appareil, le mandrin moteur comportant des moyens (43) de couplage en rotation avec le rouleau correspondant (4; 74; 84), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage (43) comprennent des moyens à griffe (53) conçus pour déformer localement ou pénétrer une matière tendre définissant une partie au moins de l'alésage du rouleau correspondant (4; 74; 84), quelle que soit la position angulaire dans laquelle ledit rouleau correspondant est engagé sur le mandrin moteur (3).
- Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est conçu pour recevoir une cassette (7) supportant en rotation les deux rouleaux (4), et en ce qu'il comprend un organe (68) capable lors de l'engagement de la cassette, d'actionner dans le sens du débrayage, des moyens (28, 58) débrayables prévus sur la cassette pour sélectivement empêcher les rouleaux (4) de tourner dans le sens de la détente du ruban (8).
- Appareil selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage (43) sont situés en retrait par rapport à une extrémité libre (37) du mandrin, et font saillie radialement par rapport à une surface de centrage (36) appartenant au mandrin (3).
- Appareil selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage (43) sont situés au voisinage d'une extrémité arrière du mandrin (3).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que les moyens à griffe comprennent une roulette dentée (53) montée en rotation selon un axe (54) sensiblement tangentiel du mandrin (3), de façon qu'en toute position angulaire de la roulette avant mise en place d'un rouleau (4, 74; 84) de ruban, au moins une première dent (57a) de la roulette soit en position de moyen mobile susceptible d'être poussé par un rouleau (4; 74; 84) en train d'être mis en place et une autre dent (57b, 57c) soit en position de griffe qui par rotation de la roulette (53) pénétrera dans la matière (33, 75) du rouleau (4, 74; 84) lorsque celui-ci poussera la première dent.
- Appareil selon la revendication 18, caractérisé par une lame de ressort (51) fixée au mandrin (3) et dont une extrémité libre (52) interfère avec les dents (57) de la roulette (53).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé par des moyens (51) pour freiner la griffe (57b, 57c), au moins à l'encontre de son déplacement radialement vers l'intérieur.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage (43) sont conçus pour produire un encliquetage du rouleau (4; 74; 84) sur le mandrin moteur (3), par franchissement d'un point dur lors de l'emmanchement du rouleau sur le mandrin moteur.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 14 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil est une imprimante (1) consommant du ruban encreur (8).
- Combinaison d'un appareil (1) selon l'une des revendications 14 à 22 et d'une cassette (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
- Procédé pour monter deux rouleaux, supportant chacun l'une des extrémités d'un ruban (8), dans un appareil (1) consommateur de ce ruban, en emmanchant deux mandrins (3) de l'appareil chacun dans un alésage central (29) de l'un des rouleaux tout en accouplant en rotation l'un au moins des rouleaux (4; 74; 84) de ruban (8) avec l'un correspondant des mandrins (3), caractérisé en ce que par l'emmanchement on fait pénétrer une saillie (57b, 57c) prévue sur le mandrin (3) dans une matière tendre (33, 75) définissant au moins une partie de l'alésage (29) du rouleau (4; 74; 84).
- Procédé selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que, par l'emmanchement du rouleau (4; 74; 84) sur ledit mandrin correspondant (3), on fait pivoter une roulette dentée de couplage (53) montée rotative sur le mandrin et comportant au moins deux dents successives (57a, 57b) dont l'une(57a) est poussée par le bord menant du rouleau, en conséquence de quoi l'autre dent (57b), initialement effacée, vient à son tour interférer avec le rouleau (4; 74; 84) en pénétrant dans la matière tendre (33, 75) constituant au moins une partie de l'alésage (29) du rouleau (4; 74; 84).
