Description
Claims (11)
- Buchsenkontakt (1) mit einer Grundfeder (2), die ein Anschlußteil (6) für einen elektrischen Leiter und ein Kontaktteil (7) mit einer Federschenkelbasis (8) und von dieser ausgehenden Federschenkeln (9, 10) für die Kontaktierung eines Steckkontaktes aufweist, und mit einer aus einem Stanz-Biegeteil aus Blech hergestellten, das Kontaktteil (7) der Grundfeder (2) kastenförmig umschließenden Überfeder (3), die eine Bodenwandung (13), zwei Seitenwandungen (14, 15) und eine durch einen herstellungsbedingten Längsschlitz (22) geteilte Deckenwandung (16) aufweist und an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Wandungen (13, 16) mit herausgeschnittenen, nach innen gebogenen und auf den Federschenkeln (9, 10) der Grundfeder (2) aufliegenden Überfederzungen (27) sowie einem aus einer Wandung (13) herausgeschnittenen, sich in Längsrichtung der Überfeder (3) erstreckenden, nach außen gebogenen Rasthaken (17) und ferner noch mit einem Polarisierungselement (26) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der geteilten Deckenwandung (16) der Überfeder (3) ein Deckenwandungsteil (16a) oder beide Deckenwandungsteile (16a, 16b) in einem dem Anschlußteil (6) der Grundfeder (2) zugewandten unteren Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) und in einem der Kontaktöffnungsseite der Grundfeder (2) zugewandten oberen Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) mit einem auf das jeweils andere Deckenwandungsteil (16b bzw. 16a) gerichteten Verbindungslappen (23 bzw. 26) ausgebildet ist bzw. sind und daß die Verbindungslappen (23, 26) sich über den Längsschlitz (22) hinaus erstrecken und mit dem jeweils gegenüberliegenden Deckenwandungsteil (16b bzw. 16a) form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Buchsenkontakt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungslappen (23, 26) in dem einen Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) an dem einen Deckenwandungsteil (16a) und in dem anderen Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) an dem anderen Deckenwandungsteil (16b) vorgesehen ist.
- Buchsenkontakt nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungslappen (23) in dem unteren Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) von dem betreffenden Deckenwandungsteil (16a) durch eine Kröpfung (24) abgebogen ist und das andere Deckenwandungsteil (16b) flach überlappt.
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungslappen (26) in dem oberen Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (22) einen stirnseitigen Steg (26a) des betreffenden Deckenwandungsteiles (16b) bildet, daß dieser Steg (26a) um 90° zur Deckenwandung (16) nach außen hoch gebogen und in dem sich über den Längsschlitz (22) hinaus erstreckenden Abschnitt (26b) mit einem um 90° zur Deckenwandung (16) hin abgewinkelten Teillappen (26c) ausgebildet und damit mit dem anderen Deckenwandungsteil (16b) verbunden ist.
- Buchsenkontakt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hochgebogene Steg (26a) des Verbindungslappens (26) in bezug auf den Längsschlitz (22) mittig angeordnet ist und das Polarisierungselement für den Buchsenkontakt (1) bildet.
- Buchsenkontakt nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des in dem unteren Teilbereich vorgesehenen Verbindungslappens (23) quer zur Steckrichtung nicht größer ist als die Breite (b) des Steges (26a) des anderen Verbindungslappens (26) in derselben Richtung.
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des in dem unteren Teilbereich vorgesehenen Verbindungslappens (23) über der Deckenwandung (16) wesentlich geringer ist als die Höhe (h) des Steges (26a) des anderen Verbindungslappens (26).
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rasthaken (17) der Überfeder (3) an der der Deckenwandung (16) und damit der Verbindungsseite gegenüberliegenden Bodenwandung (13) der Überfeder (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen den Verbindungslappen (23, 26) und den Deckenwandungsteilen (16a, 16b) durch plastische Umformung (Clinchen) und/oder Schweißen hergestellt ist.
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überfeder (3) zur Befestigung an der Federschenkelbasis (8) an ihren Seitenwandungen (14, 15) mit durch Trennschnitte gebildeten, nach innen gebogenen und in Ausnehmungen (11, 12) an den Seitenwandungen der Federschenkelbasis (8) eingreifende Umlegelappen (18, 19) versehen ist.
- Buchsenkontakt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überfeder (3) an der Deckenwandung (16) und an der Bodenwandung (13) für jeden Federschenkel (9, 10) bzw. für jede durch Längsschlitzung gebildete Kontaktlamelle eines Federschenkels (9 bzw. 10) mit einer nach innen gebogenen Überfederzunge (27) ausgebildet ist.
