Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung zumindest von Abschnitten von Leitungseinsätzen und/oder Leitungsverkleidungen vorzugsweise von Heizkörperanschlußvorrichtungen, wobei ein Formwerkzeug, das gewünschte Konturen aufweist, in einem auszuspritzenden bzw. um ein zu umspritzendes Teil positioniert wird, um anschließend in den bzw. die Hohlräume zwischen der Form und dem zu verkleidenden Teil mindestens eine Kunststoffschicht einzuspritzen und nach dem zumindest teilweisen Erhärten des Kunststoffes die Form zu entfernen, wobei die Spritzform bzw. der Spritzdorn bewegliche Segmente aufweist, die vor dem Spritzen radial nach innen bewegt werden, um den Spritzdorn in den Abschnitt einzuführen, und nach dem Einführen radial nach außen bewegt werden, um die Spritzform zu bilden, um anschließend den Hohlraum auszufüllen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Kunststoffschichten angespritzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Abschnitte eines metallischen Materials mit eingespritzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Schichten aus einem Kunststoffmaterial angespritzt werden, wobei die Kunststoffschichten aus Kunststoff verschiedener Härte sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zwischenschicht, insbesondere eine Übergangsschicht, zwischen den beiden oder mehreren Kunststoffschichten vorgesehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß insbesondere in dichtenden Bereichen mindestens eine Schicht aus einem weichen Kunststoff angespritzt wird.
