Claims (12)
- Sportschuh, mindestens umfassend ein Fussteil (4) und ein Schaftteil (5) mit einer gelenkigen Verbindung (9, 9'), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (7, 11, 13) vorgesehen sind, um beim Abkippen des Schaftteiles gegen die Schuhspitze hin den durch die Gelenkachse und die Ebene, gebildet durch die Schuhsohle, eingeschlossenen Winkel zu verändern und/oder um den Abstand der Gelenkachse zur Schuhsohle hin zu verändern.
- Sportschuh, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Drehmittelpunkte (9) der gelenkartigen Verbindung in bezug auf die Sohlenebene (3) verschieblich ist.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehmittelpunkt (9) der innenseitigen, gelenkartigen Verbindung in bezug auf die Sohlenebene (3) verschieblich ist.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der innenseitigen, gelenkartigen Verbindung (9) Mittel (7, 11, 13) vorgesehen sind, um den Drehmittelpunkt beim Kippen des Schaftteils gegen die Schuhspitze hin von der Sohle weg zu treiben.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Schaftteil und Fussteil eine zahnradartige, gelenkartige Verbindung (27,29,31) vorgesehen ist, derart, dass ein im Schaftteil oder Fussteil angeordnetes, zahnradartiges Element (29,31) im oder am Gelenkdrehmittelpunkt schuhinnenseitig angeordnet ist, welches in eine entsprechende Zahnstange (27) im Fussteil bzw. Schaftteil eingreift, um beim Kippen des Schaftteils gegen die Fusspitze hin den Drehmittelpunkt (9) von der Sohle (3) wegzutreiben.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gelenkartige Verbindung einen exzentrisch gelagerten Drehmittelpunkt aufweist.
- Sportschuh,nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schaftteil und/oder am Schuhfussteil mindestens ein Abschnitt vorgesehen ist, welcher beim Kippen des Schaftteils gegen die Schuhspitze hin gegen einen entsprechenden Abschnitt am Fussteil bzw. am Schaftteil anstösst und den Drehmittelpunkt der gelenkartigen Verbindung von der Schuhsohle bzw. die Schuhsohle vom Drehmittelpunkt weg treibt.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Schuhinnenseite das Fussteil und das Schaftteil über ein hebelartiges Element (20) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das hebelartige Element über einen Hebelschenkel drehbeweglich mit dem Fussteil verbunden ist und mit seinem anderen Schenkel fest, mit mindestens einem Teil des Schaftteiles, derart, dass beim Abkippen des Schaftteiles gegenüber dem Fussteil der virtuell zwischen Fussteil und Schaftteil existierende Drehmittelpunkt (9") von der Schuhsohle (3) wegbewegt wird.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oder am Schaftteil ein blattfederartiges Rückstellelement (23) angreift, welches im Fersenbereich mit dem Fussteil verbunden ist und welches am Schaftteil (5) dieses um die Drehachse (9) zwischen Schaftund Fussteil von der Schuhspitze wegtreibend angreift, wobei das Rückstellelement (29) um eine im Fersenbereich angeordnete weitere Drehachse (24), wenigstens um einen begrenzten Winkel in Schuhquerrichtung gegenüber dem Fussteil (4) schwenkbar mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaftteil (5) mindestens zweiteilig ausgebildet ist mit einer frontseitigen, wenigstens teilweise gegen die Schuspitze hin abkippbaren Schale (5b) und einer rückseitigen Schale (5a), welche vorzugsweise wenigstens teilweise nach hinten abkippbar ist, wobei die beiden Schaftteile bei Schuhbenutzung mittels Halteteilen, wie Schnallen, Seilen und dergleichen, zusammengehalten sind.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um einen Skischuh handelt.
- Sportschuh, nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um einen Langlaufskischuh handelt.
