In fact, any bow greater than about 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) in a vane that is 2.13 metres (84 inches) long or less is generally unacceptable.

Claims (30)
- Lamelle (32) für eine Innenverkleidung (30), wobei eine Mehrzahl solcher Lamellen vertikal hängen, wobei die Lamelle (32) einen länglichen, röhrenförmigen Körper mit einer ersten und zweiten Wand (42, 44) umfaßt, wobei der Körper aus einem elastischen Material gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der röhrenförmige Körper hohl ist und daß zumindest eine der ersten und zweiten Wand (42, 44) nach außen konvex ist, wobei der Körper in einen offenen Zustand gespannt ist, um einen Abstand zwischen der ersten und zweiten Wand (42, 44) zu bilden.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Material diagonal formbeständig ist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Material ein diagonales Formgedächtnis hat.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamelle eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Falte (46, 66, 78, 90, 128, 218, 222, 224) aufweist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falte (46, 66, 78) als Knickfalte (64, 76) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Knickfalte durch Zusammenpressen des elastischen Materials über eine Fläche gebildet wird, die etwa die zweifache Dicke des elastischen Materials beträgt.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamelle aus einem länglichen Materialstreifen (55) mit Seitenkanten (65) gebildet ist, die nahe nebeneinander verlaufen, und daß die erste und zweite Wand (42, 44) nahe den Seitenkanten aneinander befestigt sind.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Streifen Verstärkungsmaterial (88) an den Körper in seinem hohlen Inneren entlang der Falte (90) geklebt ist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der längliche röhrenförmige Körper aus dem ersten und zweiten, miteinander verbundenen Materialstreifen gebildet ist, der die erste bzw. zweite Wand (154, 156; 170, 172; 178, 180; 190, 192) bildet, wobei der erste und zweite Streifen jeweils in Längsrichtung verlaufende Seitenkanten aufweisen.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seitenkante des ersten Streifens nahe einer Seitenkante des zweiten Streifens verbunden ist und daß die andere Seitenkante des ersten Streifens nahe der anderen Seitenkante des zweiten Streifens verbunden ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Knickfalten (122, 124, 126) in dem länglichen röhrenförmigen Körper ausgebildet sind, so daß eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Einkerbung (128) an einer Seite der Lamelle definiert ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Wand (42, 44) von gleicher Breite sind.
- Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Wand (60, 154, 178, 192, 266) schmäler als die zweite Wand (62, 156, 180, 190, 264) ist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Wand (60, 154, 178, 192, 266) im wesentlichen flach ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elastisches Zellteiler-Streifenmaterial (208, 234, 250, 258) sich in dem hohlen Inneren der Lamelle erstreckt, von einer Seite der Lamelle zu der anderen, um die Lamelle in zwei Zellen zu teilen.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Zellteiler-Streifenmaterial (234, 250) einstückig mit dem elastischen Material der ersten und zweiten Wand ausgebildet ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Wand (274, 276) zwischen (280) der Kante (278) der Lamelle miteinander verbunden sind, um zwei getrennte Zellen (284) zu bilden.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Material ein Vliesstoff ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Material ein Wirkstoff ist.
- Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Material ein Laminat ist, daß zumindest eine Schicht enthält, die diagonale Formbeständigkeit oder ein diagonales Formgedächtnis aufweist.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenkanten einer der Wände auf die eine Wand zur Bildung von sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Umschlägen (160, 166, 182, 244) zurückgefaltet sind, und daß die Umschläge an den zugehörigen Seitenkanten der anderen Wand befestigt sind.
- Lamelle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie des weiteren ein Befestigungselement (36, 294, 306) umfaßt, das an dem Inneren des hohlen röhrenförmigen Körpers befestigt ist, indem es an die innere Oberfläche (38) von zumindest einer der ersten und zweiten Wand geklebt ist.
- Lamelle nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement einen Streifen umfaßt, der zwischen den beiden Wänden liegt und befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lamelle nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, umfassend die Schritte:des Umschließens eines Verstärkungsmaterialstreifens (306) mit gegenüberliegenden Flächen in Längsausrichtung mit dem Körper der Lamelle;des Vorschiebens des offenen Endes des Körpers in ein umgebendes Verhältnis mit dem Streifen;des Zusammenpressens der Wände des Körpers, um den Streifen an die Wände zu kleben; unddes Schneidens des Streifens, so daß er das Befestigungselement (36, 294) in dem Ende des Körpers bildet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusammenpressungs- und Schneideschritt gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, gekennzeichnet durch den weiteren Schritt des Stanzens einer Öffnung (370) durch das Ende des Körpers, nachdem der Streifen darin positioniert wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Öffnung in den Körper der Lamelle an einer Stelle gestanzt wird, die mit Abstand zu aber nahe ihrem Ende liegt, bevor das offene Ende des Körpers in ein umgebendes Verhältnis mit dem Streifen vorgeschoben wird, wodurch der weitere Schritt des Stanzens eine Lasche (374) des Streifens erzeugt, die aus dem Ende des Körpers der Lamelle ragt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, 24, 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt zum Umschließen des Streifens durchgeführt wird, indem der Streifen mit einer Einsetzvorrichtung (304) gehalten wird, während der Körper in ein umgebendes Verhältnis mit dem Streifen vorgeschoben wird, und dann die Einsetzvorrichtung von dem Körper zurückgezogen wird, während der Streifen in der Offnung des Körpers verbleibt.
- Innenverkleidung, umfassend ein oberes, längliches Schienenelement (34), eine Mehrzahl beabstandeter Halterungen (36) an dem Schienenelement und eine Mehrzahl von Lamellen (32), die, jeweils eine von jeder Lamellenhalterung, mit ihrer Längsrichtung vertikal nach unten verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lamelle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 konstruiert ist.
- Innenverkleidung nach Anspruch 28, wobei das elastische Material der Lamelle ein Stoff mit einer Laufrichtung ist, entlang der er gebildet ist, und einer Querrichtung, die rechtwinkelig zu der Laufrichtung liegt, wobei sich die Laufrichtung der Lamelle von dem oberen zu dem unteren Ende der Lamelle erstreckt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lamelle für eine Innenverkleidung, wobei das Verfahren das Zuführen eines länglichen Streifens (55) aus elastischem Material von einem Vorrat desselben in eine Vorschubrichtung umfaßt, wobei eine seiner Flächen mit einer rinnenförmigen Formungsvorrichtung (63) in Kontakt steht, wobei die innere, konturierte Wand (75) der rinnenförmigen Formungsvorrichtung (63) eine im wesentlichen flache Oberfläche an ihrem stromaufwärts liegenden Ende und einen zunehmend und gleichmäßig steileren, U-förmigen Querschnitt zu ihrem stromabwärts liegenden Ende hin aufweist, wobei der Streifen zwischen der Rinne (63) und einem länglichen, mittleren Element (67), das sich in Längsrichtung in der Rinne erstreckt und in der Mitte der Rinne angeordnet ist, zugeführt wird, wobei die innere, konturierte Wand der Rinne dadurch den Streifen zusammenfaltet, und das Zusammenpressen der Kanten (65) des Streifens, um den Streifen zu einer hohlen Lamelle zu kleben.
