Definitions
- the invention relates to a device of the preamble of claim 1 corresponding type.
- An application device with a flat upright, with a treatment fluid fillable channel Sealing arrangement of the type described is in itself taken from DE-OS 14 60 265 known.
- This application device comes to the general goal in textile technology, the amounts of treatment fluids to reduce more and more in the apparatus.
- Devices with located above the storage container Pinch roller pairs are common in the form of foulards known, e.g. from DE 1 078 527 and DE 1 054 048.
- the material web is from here into one after led in open trough with the treatment liquid, over a near the bottom of the trough Deflection roller deflected upwards and after exiting the treatment liquid in the trough through the above arranged squeeze roller pair squeezed, the squeezed liquid through a baffle into the trough runs back.
- the volume is due to the presence of the deflecting roller of the trough quite considerable for constructional reasons. Although it is also known in the trough Accommodate displacers, but still remains there is a significant volume of liquid, which at the end of treatment or a change of Store or dispose of treatment liquid is. Careful cleaning is due to the presence the displacer complicates.
- the object of the invention based on a generic treatment device in To avoid the disadvantages of gusset formation to develop further.
- the flat trough of the foulard can admit the amount of liquid due to its trough shape without any sealing problems, for this, however, it needs an interior that accommodates the incoming Section and the expiring section of the Goods web and the deflection roller can accommodate.
- This trough is in the invention by the upright flat channel replaced by the web only once from bottom to top and the bottom End limited by the sealing arrangement, i.e. liquid is sealed.
- the seal opposite the current web replaces the unity of the trough, the latter of which is twofold Conditional passage of the web sections.
- the channel should be "flat". This means that the clear distance between the opposing ones in parallel flat flat sides of the channel just as big is that a web can be passed loosely in wide position is. Whether the web of goods is on its way through the Channel of one or the other flat side more or less approximates, does not matter for the impregnation effect. Which one specific distance dimension to be selected in the individual case depends on the goods. A flat material like a cotton fabric only needs a smaller distance than a fluffy one or material having a pole.
- the arrangement of the flat sides of the flat channel with has the smallest possible distance to the web the effect that the volume of treatment liquid in the channel can be kept low and with a width of goods of 1800 mm is only about 11 liters. Such small amount is taken from the continuous web in "used up” in a short time, so that no problems with one possible fleet depletion occur.
- the flatness of the channel also has an effect on the physical effectiveness of the impregnation. Due to the proximity of the flat sides of the channel to the continuous Goods web creates a flow interaction in so far as on both sides of the web strongly turbulent flow layers arise, the Pressure pulsations the ventilation of the web and thus associated with the penetration of the treatment liquid convey into the web. The impregnation efficiency at comparable drinking distance increases compared to the ratio in the paddle pool.
- the seal assembly at the bottom of the channel can be carried out in the manner set out in claim 2 be and in particular in that in claims 3 and 4 reproduced manner be designed, but for themselves is known, e.g. from DE-OS 14 60 268 and DE-OS 14 60 265.
- Claims 5 and 6 give constructive details the formation of the channel again.
- Materials for the Channel are suitable plastics or more corrosion-resistant Stole.
- the light is Distance between the flat sides of the channel according to claim 7 about 6 to 15 mm. Generally comes into consideration an order of magnitude of about 10 mm.
- the loading of the flat channel can in itself known manner according to claims 8 and 9, wherein the application of the treatment liquid to be supplied taken from the DE 37 33 996 C 2 emerges.
- the arrangement of the hose section is particularly important according to claim 11, which is an easy and cheap sealing to be realized between the end of the dimensionally stable channel and the inflatable tubes, which in particular the sealing to the sides of the web easy and without a certain web width to be bound, realized.
- a similar hose section is also in DE 14 60 265 A 1 can be seen, but it is there inside the flat channel arranged and its upper edge attached. Because of the larger in some cases with the invention This means the height of the diving or watering distance Need a fairly long arrangement Hose section with corresponding costs, the Material outside the actual sealing zone has no function has to fulfill. In the invention, however, needs the hose section just just the zone between the lower end of the flat channel and the one below it Bridge sealing arrangement.
- the hose section is particularly important to be installed outside on the flat channel, if
- a slide film should be provided, which The material web slides through the opposing ones inflatable tubes should facilitate.
- the Attachment of such a slide film would be from the DE 14 60 265 A 1 known embodiment reasonably to realize only at the top of the canal.
- the Sliding films would then have to cover the entire height of the extend flat channel or halfway up the Hose section may be attached. Both solutions are constructively not favorable.
- the slide films can be optimally short have no problems with their determination against the train of the web there.
- the hose section and the attachment of the slide film are characteristics that are also independent of the question are applicable whether above the top of the flat Channel nip rollers are arranged. Have these characteristics meaning without the dependency on claim 1.
- a practical configuration is Subject of claim 13. It allows production of test samples of smaller width under production-like ones Conditions without much treatment liquid.
- One corresponding to the width of the rectangular bag The area of the channel is filled in so that Do not penetrate the treatment liquid in this area can. Only the remaining width of the channel remains, for example on one side through which a narrow strip of a textile good can be passed through and in only a very small amount of treatment liquid is available.
- the pattern strip is in the same Treated like it would later on a wider web would be the case. In this way, closer to production Patterns are made as on one of the plant separate laboratory machine.
- the strip according to claim 14 forms the support on the upper end of the channel and the Bag holds in the correct position.
- connection for inflating the Bag provided on the bar (claim 15).
- the weighting bar is a practical design according to claim 16, which is at the lower end of the bag is provided and ensures that the pouch that comes from there is flexible plastic film under the weight of the Weight bar slightly hung in the flat channel can be.
- the soaking device designated 100 as a whole in FIG. 1 serves to impregnate a textile, for example Material web 1 with a treatment liquid in one predeterminable moisture content.
- the impregnation device 100 comprises an upright flat channel 10 with the treatment liquid is fillable and from the web 1 of is traversed from bottom to top. Down is the flat channel closed by a sealing arrangement 20, which is on both sides of the web 1 and running out of the treatment liquid from the flat Channel 10 down prevented.
- a squeeze mechanism 30 is located above the flat channel 10 arranged with two opposing nip rollers 32, 33, the web soaked in the flat channel 10 1 squeeze to a predeterminable moisture content, see above that a certain amount of treatment liquid on the Material web 1 remains in an even distribution.
- the web 1 runs from above via one below the spreading roller 2 arranged in the impregnating device 100, is deflected there by approximately 90 ° and reaches approximately horizontally a deflection roller 3. From the right side in FIG. 1 the web runs vertically upwards and above the flat channel 10 through another spreader roller 4 to then run into the nip 31 of the nip rollers 32 and 33.
- the flat channel 10 consists of two with little Spacing parallel planes opposite each other Sheet metal, the flat sides 5.5 of the channel 10 form.
- the longer sides of the rectangular sheets are located in the width direction of the web. Between the upright shorter sides is one in cross-section at the edge rectangular spacing profile 6 arranged on the Face the outer side profiles 7.7. The whole is connected by a series of screws 8 and more suitable Sealed way so that one in a horizontal Section closed channel results.
- Above and below the flat channel 10 opens out.
- a support structure is provided, of which only two opposite each other at the same height I-beam 11, 12 are reproduced.
- the carriers 11, 12 lie with each other with a crossbar 11 ', 12' Distance opposite. In the space are on the crossbars 11 ', 12' mounting pieces 13,14,15 mounted that the lower end of the flat channel 10 and the sealing arrangement 20 hold on. If necessary, the flat Channel 10 still in another place in not reproduced Be supported.
- the squeeze rollers 32, 33 are above the discharge surfaces 16 and arc tube 18 in the area of the floor plan of the flat channel 10 is provided with its support arrangement.
- the treatment liquid squeezed in the roll gap 31 flows down or down along the web 1 drips off.
- To collect this treatment liquid are guide surfaces 34, 35 on both sides of the web 1 provided the the below and to the side of the nip rollers Collect 32.33 treatment liquid and lead to the drain surfaces 16, where they again in the flat channel 10 is returned.
- the sealing arrangement 20 includes two at the same height on both sides of the web 1 inflatable tubing facing each other 25, the continuous T-shaped on the back Have ribs 26 which cut into corresponding undercuts Recesses 27 of the holding pieces 13 and 14 respectively intervention. They are in the fully inflated state Hoses 25 against each other under pressure. In the unpressurized or evacuated state, they are flat, as is each is indicated by dashed lines at 25 '.
- the arrangement of the hoses 25, 25 is made in such a way that in the inflated state, the web 1 in the Hold the middle of the flat channel 10.
- the seal assembly 20 is just below the Lower end 10 'of the flat channel 10 is arranged.
- the area of the lower edge is the flat channel 10 its outside by a short hose section 40 from a plastic film surrounding the flat channel 10 tightly encloses.
- the hose section 40 is therefore in its horizontal cross-section so that it is accurate fits around the flat channel 10 and possibly under Aid sealant sealed against this can be.
- the hose section is between clamped on the outside of the flat sides 5 and brackets 29, which are on the holding pieces 15 or 13 and 14 support.
- the hose section 40 hangs over the lower end 10 'of the flat channel 10 down and engages between the hoses 25, 25 to get one more Pieces further up to its lower edge 40 ' extend.
- each side of the web 1 is on each side of the web 1 also a slide film 50 clamped with its upper edge, and on the inside of the tube section 40.
- the sliding films 50 extend within the tube section 40 through the gap between the tubes 25, 25 and are at the lower end at 41 at compliant angles 42 attached to the slide films 50 against the frictional entrainment forces the web running from bottom to top 1 intercept.
- the slide films 50.50 lie directly on the web 1 and consist of a permanent low-friction Material e.g. Polytetrafloräthylen or corrosion-resistant Stole. They hold by their attachment 41 the hose section 40 and thus remain in the running direction forces acting free of web 1.
- a permanent low-friction Material e.g. Polytetrafloräthylen or corrosion-resistant Stole. They hold by their attachment 41 the hose section 40 and thus remain in the running direction forces acting free of web 1.
- a permanent low-friction Material e.g. Polytetrafloräthylen or corrosion-resistant Stole. They hold by their attachment 41 the hose section 40 and thus remain in the running direction forces acting free of web 1.
- Of the Hose section 40 therefore has a purely sealing function with no demands on mechanical strength or special sliding properties.
- Hose section sealing the space between the lower end 10 'of the flat channel 10 and the Sealing arrangement 20 solved in a simple manner.
- Fig. 3 is a horizontal section at the level of Hoses 25, 25 shown in the edge area of the web 1.
- the thickness ratios are exaggerated. Due to the elasticity of the hoses 25.25 the slide films 50.50 and the edges of the tube section 40 outside the edge 1 'of the web compressed the inner pressure of the hoses 25, 25 and sealed so that there is an accurate adjustment of the width of the web to the width of the slide films 50.50 and of the hose section 40 does not arrive.
- Fig. 1 the flat channel 10 is in the amount of Position 19 interrupted. This is to suggest that the height of the channel 10 and thus the drinking section if necessary can be different. Comes into consideration in practice a height of about 400 - 500 mm.
- 4 and 5 is a supplementary device reproduced that the economic and manufacturing-related Production of sample strips 70 in the watering device 100 allowed.
- the supplementary facility consists of one to two a port 66 closed flat inflatable bag 60 from a plastic film.
- the bag has one rectangular outline, as shown in thick dot-dash lines in FIG. 5 Lines is shown.
- the bag 60 has one top edge 61, bottom edge 62 and vertical edges 63.64, the spacing, i.e. the width of the bag 60, is smaller than the width of the flat channel 10, so that in the embodiment on the right, space for a narrow pattern strip 70 remains.
- the bag 60 of hung up in the flat channel 10 what because of pulling the bottom edge 62 of the bag 60 down Weighting rod 68 is easy to do.
- the bar 65 then lies on the upper end 10 "of the flat channel 10 on.
