Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Stabilisierung von Trennwänden für Badewannen und/oder Duschtassen. Es weist schwenkbare Gelenkteile (1) auf; mit ihren Enden an den Gelenkteilen befestigbare Verbindungsstangen (2); den Gelenkteilen als Gelenkachse dienenden Schraubgliedern (4); mit den Schraubgliedern in Wirkverbindung stehende Spannteile (5), von denen einige als Halteteil (5') für eine Trennwandkonstruktion ausgebildet und einige einstückig mit einem Teilstück (7) verbunden sind, das sowohl als Systemhalterung (8) wie auch als zusätzliches, mit einer Stange verbindbares Gelenkteil (9) ausgebildet ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Stabilisierung von Trennwänden für Badewannen und/oder Duschtassen.
  • Besonders im Duschkabinenbau ist es oft erforderlich, Duschtrennwände zusätzlich zu stabilisieren, um eine sichere Gesamtkonstruktion der Duschkabine zu erhalten. Typische Situationen sind z. B. Duschtrennwände in U-Form, überdimensionale Duschkabinen usw.
  • Die in der Praxis bekannten Versteifungsteile in Form von geraden Stützen, Winkelblechen oder Formstücken, z. B. mit der Zusatzfunktion als Handtuchhalter, Seifenschale usw., sind nur für ganz bestimmte Trennwandkonstruktionen, und somit wenig flexibel, einsetzbar.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein von den Trennwandkonstruktionen weitgehendst unabhängiges und in seiner Einsatzweise höchst flexibles Stabilisierungssystem zu schaffen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch ein Stabilisierungssystem gelöst, mit schwenkbaren Gelenkteilen; mit über ihren Enden an den Gelenkteilen befestigbaren Verbindungsstangen; den Gelenkteilen als Gelenkachse dienenden Schraubgliedern; mit den Schraubgliedern in Wirkverbindung stehenden Spannteilen, von denen einige als Halteteile für eine Trennwandkonstruktionen ausgebildet und einige einstückig mit einem Teilstück verbunden sind, das sowohl als Systemhalterung wie auch als zusätzliches, mit einer Stange verbindbares Gelenkteil ausgebildet ist.
  • Durch die Erfindung ist ein System vorhanden, das mit geringem Aufwand eine sichere Stabilisierung der verschiedensten Trennwandkonstruktionen ermöglicht.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Halteteile einen Schlitz und eine Klemmschraube für eine Trennwand aufweisen.
  • Eine andere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsform der Erfindung besteht darin, daß innerhalb der Halteteile ein Aufnahmeteil vorgesehen ist, das einen als Gewindebuchse für das Gelenkschraubglied ausgebildeten Bereich und einen aus zwei keilförmigen Klemmbacken für eine Trennwand bestehenden Bereich aufweist.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel nachfolgend näher erläutert.

    das Stabilisierungssystem in einer Längsposition, mit einer besonderen Ausgestaltung eines Halteteiles für eine Trennwandkonstruktion,

    eine andere Ausgestaltungsform eines Halteteiles für eine Trennwandkonstruktion,
    Fig. 3 + 4
    das Stabilisierungssystem in verschiedenen Winkelpositionen für unterschiedliche Trennwandkonstruktionen.
  • Mit 1 sind baugleiche, schwenkbare Gelenkteile bezeichnet, die über eine vorzugsweise aus einem Endloshohlkörper bestehende Stange 2 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Stange 2 steckt mit ihren Enden in den Gelenkteilen 1 und ist dort mittels Schrauben 3 befestigt. Als Gelenkachsen für die Gelenkteile 1 sind Schraubglieder 4 vorgesehen. Diese stehen mit Spannteilen 5 in Wirkverbindung, von denen einige als Halteteil 5' für eine Trennwandkonstruktion ausgebildet und einige einstückig mit einem Teilstück 7 verbunden sind, das sowohl als Halterung 8 für das Stabilsierungssystem wie auch als zusätzliches, mit einer Stange 2 verbindbares Gelenkteil 9 ausgebildet ist. Für die Verwendung als Systemhalterung 8 ist das Teilstück 7 mit einer Bohrung versehen, durch die zur Befestigung der Halterung 8 an einer Wand eine Schraube 10 geführt ist.
  • Für die Verwendung als zusätzliches Gelenkteil 9 ist das Teilstück 7 mit einer Ringnut 11 zur Aufnahme einer Stange 2 und mit einer Ausnehmung 12 zur Aufnahme einer Stangenbefestigungsschraube 3 ausgestattet. Bei lockerem Sitz der Schraubglieder 4 können die Gelenkteile 1, 9 in beliebige Winkelstellungen geschwenkt und in diesen Positionen durch Anziehen der Schraubglieder 4 und Verspannen der Teile 5, 5' fixiert werden. Die Teile 5' sind zur Halterung einer Trennwandkonstruktion mit einer Aufnahmenut 13, einem in der Nut 13 befindlichen Aufnahmeschutz 14 aus Kunststoff und einer Klemmschraube 15 ausgestattet.
    Wenn eine seitliche Verschraubung zur Halterung einer Trennwandkonstruktion nicht möglich ist, sind die Teile 5', wie aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlich, mit einem Aufnahmeteil 16 ausgerüstet, das einen als Gewindebuchse für ein Schraubglied 4 ausgebildeten Bereich 17 und einen aus zwei keilförmigen Klemmbacken für eine Trennwand bestehenden Bereich 18 mit einer Kunststoffschutzhülle 19 aufweist. Durch Anziehen des Schraubgliedes 4 wird das Aufnahmeteil 16 nach oben bewegt, dadurch die Teile 5, 5' verspannt, was zu einer fixierten Schwenkposition des Gelenkteils 1 führt, und gleichzeitig wird das mit Längsspiel in dem Halteteil 5, gelagerte Aufnahmeteil 16 über seinen Klemmbackenbereich 18 mit einer Glastrennwand 20 verspannt.

Claims (3)

  1. System zur Stabilisierung von Trennwänden für Badewannen und/oder Duschtassen, gekennzeichnet durch schwenkbare Gelenkteile (1); mit ihren Enden an den Gelenkteilen befestigbare Verbindungsstangen (2); den Gelenkteilen als Gelenkachse dienende Schraubglieder (4); mit den Schraubgliedern in Wirkverbindung stehende Spannteile (5), von denen einige als Halteteil (5') für eine Trennwandkonstruktion ausgebildet und einige einstückig mit einem Teilstück (7) verbunden sind, das sowohl als Systemhalterung (8) wie auch als zusätzliches, mit einer Stange (2) verbindbares Gelenkteil (9) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Stabilisierungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteteile (5') einen Schlitz (13) und eine Klemmschraube (15) für eine Trennwand aufweisen.
  3. Stabilisierungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb der Halteteile (5') ein Aufnahmeteil (16) vorgesehen ist, das einen als Gewindebuchse für das Schraubglied (4) ausgebildeten Bereich (17) und einen aus zwei keilförmigen Klemmbacken für eine Trennwand bestehenden Bereich (18) aufweist.
