Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Verziehen von vorzugsweise querorientiert einlaufenden Faservliesen, bei der zwischen einem Einlauf und einem Auslauf eine Mehrzahl von Paaren (111, 113, 114; 211, 212, 213, 215, 221) oder Trios ((11 bis 15; 112, 115; 311 bis 315, 322) von Verzugswalzen mit in Durchlaufrichtung zunehmender Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angeordnet ist, wobei wenigstens zwei zusammenwirkende Verzugswalzen (1), die sich unmittelbar am Auslauf oder unmittelbar vor der in Durchlaufrichtung letzten Gruppe zusammenwirkender Verzugswalzen befinden und auf garniturfreie Verzugswalzen folgen, mit einer Sägezahn-Garnitur (2) ummantelt sind und wobei die Sägezahn-Garnituren (2) jeweils schraubenlinienförmig, jedoch auf den beiden Walzenhälften mit entgegengesetztem Steigungswinkel verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wechsel des Steigungswinkels etwas außerhalb der Walzenmitte erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Sägezahn-Garnituren (19) an Verzugswalzen (18), die sich unmittelbar am Einlauf oder unmittelbar nach der in Durchlaufrichtung ersten Gruppe zusammenwirkender Verzugswalzen befinden, angeordnet sind und schraubenlinienförmig mit gleichem Steigungswinkel über die gesamte Walzenlänge verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Verzugswalzen (1, 17, 18) eine Druckwalze (20) zugeordnet ist, deren Abstand zur zugehörigen Verzugswalze und deren Position in Bezug auf den Klemmpunkt dieser Verzugswalze einstellbar ist.
