Claims (19)
- Schneidwerkzeug für Zerkleinerungsmaschinen zum Einsetzen und Befestigen in einer im Querschnitt V-förmigen Ausnehmung (11) einer Schneidwelle (1), die eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen (11) zur Aufnahme der Schneidwerkzeuge (2) aufweist, wobei ein Kantenbereich zwischen einer Stirnfläche (13) und mehreren Mantelflächen (20) des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) eine Schneidkante (16) bildet, wobei das Schneidwerkzeug (2) zwei zueinander orthogonale Mantelflächen (20) besitzt zum formschlüssigen Einsetzen und Befestigen in der V-förmigen Ausnehmung (11),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) im Querschnitt eine von einer quadratischen Form abweichende, unregelmäßig vieleckige Form mit geraden Kanten aufweist, so daß die Schneidkante (16) in der Form von einer Schneidkante eines im Querschnitt quadratischen Schneidwerkzeuges derart abweicht, daß eine verlängerte Schneidkante (16) bzw. eine vergrößerte Schneidfläche erhalten wird. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (16) des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) eine gegenüber einer einzigen Spitze verbreiterte Form oder eine Form mit zumindest zwei Schneidspitzen (27) aufweist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (16) eine Zick-Zack-Form mit zwei Schneidspitzen (27) bildet. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (16) eine geradlinig verlaufende horizontale Kante ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (16) die Form einer stumpfen Spitze (29) aufweist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerbereich (26) des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) in seiner Querschnittsform den Ausnehmungen (11) angepaßt und vorzugsweise im Querschnitt V-förmig ausgebildet ist, so daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) verkippfest in eine der Ausnehmungen (11) einsetzbar ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) eine vertikale Durchgangsbohrung (21) aufweist, die sowohl quer- als auch längsmittig am Schneidwerkzeug (2) angeordnet ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) so bemessen ist, daß es in einer der Ausnehmungen (11) der Schneidwelle (1) mit ihrer in Drehrichtung nach hinten zeigenden Stirnfläche (13) an einer Anlagefläche (14) der Ausnehmungen (11) anliegt, so daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) in Längsrichtung lagefixiert ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß angrenzend an die Schneidkante (16) auf der Schneidfläche (13) ein Hohlschliff (33) eingebracht ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf beiden Stirnflächen (13) des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) Hohlschliffe (33) eingebracht sind. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnflächen (13) einen ebenflächigen Bereich (34) angrenzend an einen der Hohlschliffe (33) aufweisen, wobei der ebenflächige Bereich (34) zur Abstützung des Schneidwerkzeuges (2) an einer Anlagefläche (14) der Ausnehmung (11) dient. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) aus einem Schneidwerkzeugkörper (35) und zumindest einem Schneidplättchen (36) ausgebildet ist, und der Schneidwerkzeugkörper (35) ein länglicher, einteiliger Metallkörper mit vorzugsweise quadratischem Querschnitt ist und zwei Stirnflächen (13a) und die Stirnflächen (13a) verbindende Mantelflächen (20) aufweist und das Schneidplättchen (36) an einer der Stirnflächen (13a) flächig aufliegend befestigbar ist, wobei an dem Schneidplättchen (36) die Schneidkante (16) ausgebildet ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidwerkzeugkörper (35) an zumindest einer seiner Stirnflächen (13a) mittig eine horizontale Gewindebohrung (38) zur Aufnahme einer Schraube zur Befestigung des Schneidplättchens (36) aufweist, an dem ein Loch (38a) vorgesehen ist, das von einer Befestigungsschraube durchgriffen werden kann. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (13a) des Schneidwerkzeugkörpers (35) an den das Metallplättchen befestigbar ist, konturiert ausgebildet ist, wobei das Schneidplättchen (36) komplementär geformt ist, so daß die ineinander greifenden Konturen der Stirnfläche (13a) und des Schneidplättchens (36) eine Verdrehsicherung bilden. - Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnfläche (13a) mit kreuzweise angeordneten Nuten (37) versehen ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug zwei Schneidplättchen (36) aufweist, die an den beiden Stirnflächen (13a) des Schneidwerkzeugkörpers (35) befestigbar sind. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug zwei im Bereich seiner Stirnfläche (13), die an die Schneidkante (16) angrenzt, gehärtet ist. - Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) eine vertikale Durchgangsbohrung (21) aufweist, die sowohl quer- als auch längsmittig am Schneidwerkzeug (2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Bohrung (21) an beiden Enden eine Ausnehmung (22) zur Aufnahme eines Schraubenkopfes aufweist, so daß das Schneidwerkzeug um eine horizontale Achse gewendet und um die Bohrungsachse gedreht verwendet werden kann. - Zerkleinerungsmaschine mit einer Schneidwelle (1), die eine Anzahl von im querschnitt v-förmigen Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme von Schneidwerkzeugen (2) und mit Schneidwerkzeugen (2) aufweist, wobei ein Kantenbereich zwischen einer Stirnfläche (13) und einer oder mehreren Mantelflächen des Schneidwerkzeugs (2) eine Schneidkante (16) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) ein Schneidwerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 ist.
