Claims (15)
- Fenster/Tür (1) mit Schließstellen (2) zwischen Dreh-Kipp-Flügelrahmen (3) und ortsfestem Blendrahmen (4), die Schließstellen (2) bestehend aus den Schließpartnern: Einfahrschlitze (5) und darin eingreifende Verriegelungsbolzen (6), jeweils ein Schließpartner ist ortsfest angebracht und der andere Schließpartner antriebsfest mit der Treibstange (7) des Fensterbeschlags verbunden, und mit Sensoren (8) zur Erfassung der Positionen von mit der Treibstange bewegten Positionsgebern (9), in der Verschlußstellung (10) und in der Kippstellung (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.1 an einer Schließstelle (2), an welcher Einfahrschlitze (5) und Verriegelungsbolzen (6) sowohl in der Verschlußstellung (10) als auch in der Kippstellung (11) im Eingriff sind,1.2 zwei Sensoren (8.1,8.2) dort angeordnet sind, wo der mit der Treibstange (7) des Beschlags verbundene Schließpartner in seinen ortsfesten Schließpartner einerseits der Verschlußstellung (10) und andererseits der Kippstellung (11) eingreift.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließpartner aus Pilzbolzen (6) und zugeordneten in Längsrichtung des Beschlags verlaufenden Einfahrschlitzen (5) bestehen, und daß die Einfahrschlitze (5) von den eingefahrenen Pilzbolzen (6) hintergriffen werden.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pilzbolzen (6) aus hochfestem Edelstahl ist, und daß in den Pilzbolzen (6) ein magnetischer Positionsgeber (9) eingelegt ist.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Sensoren (8.1, 8.2) ortsfest angeordnet sind und mit einem einzigen mit dem Fensterbeschlag verfahrbaren Positionsgeber (9) zusammenwirken.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Sensoren (8.1, 8.2) mit der Treibstange (7) des Beschlags verbunden sind und mit einem einzigen ortsfesten Positionsgeber (9) zusammenwirken.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Sensoren (8.1, 8.2) mit vorgegebenem Abstand ortsfest (4) oder an der Treibstange (7) angeordnet sind, und daß sie mit zwei an der Treibstange (7) oder ortsfest angeordneten Positionsgebern (9) zusammenwirken, derart, daß sowohl in der Verschlußstellung (10) als auch in der Kippstellung (11) jeweils nur einer der Sensoren (8.1;8.2) mit einem der Positionsgebern (9) in fluchtender Position steht.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Positionsgeber (9) und Sensor (8) kontaktlos zusammenwirken.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsgeber (9) als Dauermagnet (13) und daß der Sensor (8) als Reedkontakt (14) ausgebildet sind.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich an jedem Rahmenschenkel des Fensters/der Tür zumindest eine Paarung aus Sensor (8) und Positionsgeber (9) lediglich zur Verschlußüberwachung (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (8) zur Verschlußüberwachung (12) in Reihe geschaltet sind (ODER-Gatter).
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (8) zur Verschlußüberwachung (12) parallel geschaltet sind (UND-Gatter).
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben der Verschlußstellung (10) und der Kippstellung (11) auch die Position des Schließpartners in seiner Fenster-geöffnet-Stellung (15) überwacht wird.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachung der Fenster-geöffnet-Stellung (15) durch eine Logik-Schaltung (16) erfolgt, die bei fehlendem Verschlußstellungs-Signal und bei zugleich fehlendem Kippstellungs-Signal ein Fenster-geöffnet-Signal erzeugt.
- Fenster/Tür nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Blendrahmen (4) eine vorbereitete Ankoppelleitung (20) für einen Datenbus (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster/Tür nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ankoppelleitung (20) über den Datenbus (21) mit einer Hauszentrale (22,23) verbunden ist, an welcher mehrere Fenster/Türen mittels entsprechender Meldeleitungen (26) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 ausgestattet und angekoppelt sind und deren Überwachungszustände einzeln angezeigt werden (23).
