Claims (15)
- Stein, insbesondere Schalungs- oder Blockstein, mit zwei Längswänden, die eine Außenwand (1) und eine Innenwand (2) bilden, welche durch wenigstens eine Querwand (3), die sich mindestens über einen Teil der Steinhöhe erstreckt, miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Außenwand (1) aus einem isolierenden Werkstoff gefertigt und mittels formschlüssiger Verbindungseinrichtungen (5) mit der mindestens einen Querwand (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Innenwand (2) und die mindestens eine Querwand (3) aus Beton oder einem betonartigen Werkstoff bestehen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenwand (1) zu der Innenwand (2) gerichtete Querteile (4) aufweist, die über die mindestens eine Querwand (3) stülpbar sind. - Stein nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwand (2) und/oder die Außenwand (1) auf ihren den Querwänden (3) zugewandten Seiten wenigstens annähernd wellenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Stein nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssigen Verbindungseinrichtungen (5) als Schwalbenschwanzführungen oder widerhakenförmige Vorsprünge ausgebildet sind. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Innenwand (2) zugewandten Seite der Außenwand (1) mindestens ein schwalbenschwanzförmiger Vorsprung (9) oder wenigstens ein widerhakenförmiger Vorsprung vorgesehen ist. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Außenseite der Außenwand (1) schwalbenschwanzförmige Aussparungen (14) zum Halten eines auf die Außenwand (1) aufzubringenden Grundputzes vorgesehen sind. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Außenseite der Außenwand (1) ein Gewebe angebracht oder in den Grundputz eingelegt ist. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
formschlüssige und mit Hinterschneidungen versehene Verbindungseinrichtungen (10,11) an den Stirnseiten wenigstens einer der Längswände (1,2) zum Verbinden mehrerer nebeneinander angeordneter Steine. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils an den Ober- und Unterseiten wenigstens einer der Längswände (1,2) Nut- und Federverbindungen (12,13) zum Verbinden mehrerer übereinander angeordneter Steine vorgesehen sind, wobei die Federverbindungen (12) keilförmig ausgebildet oder mit Fasen versehen sind. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den die Querwände (3) umfassenden Querteilen (4) Rillen (16) zur Aufnahme von Armierungen (18) vorgesehen sind. - Stein nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Rille (16) wenigstens eine Erhebung (17) vorgesehen ist, auf welcher die Armierung (18) aufliegt. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Querteilen (4) in den den Querwänden (3) zugewandten Seiten eine elastische Verformung der Querteile (4) ermöglichende Aussparungen oder Rippen (15) vorgesehen sind. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Oberseite der Außenwand (1) wenigstens eine Vertiefung (24) vorgesehen ist, in welche ein Anker (19) einsetzbar ist. - Stein nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (19) in eine Platte oder Scheibe (20) sowie zwei auf Abstand zu der Platte oder Scheibe (20) angeordnete Widerhaken (21,21') aufweist. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Ausbildung als Eckstein die Außenwand (1) einen rechten Winkel bildet und die Außenwand (1) bis zur Innenwand (2) verlaufend abgewinkelt ist und die Innenwand (2) zu der Außenwand (1) hin abgewinkelt ist, wobei die Außenwand (1) im Bereich der Abwinklung die Innenwand (2) außenseitig umfaßt und im Bereich der Umfassung mittels der formschlüssigen Verbindungseinrichtungen (5) mit der Innenwand (2) verbindbar ist. - Stein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Ausbildung als Endstein die Innenwand (2) einen rechten Winkel bildet und die Innenwand (2) bis zur Außenwand (1) verlaufend abgewinkelt ist, wobei die Innenwand (2) die Außenwand (1) im Bereich der Abwinklung außenseitig umfaßt und im Bereich der Umfassung mittels der formschlüssigen Verbindungseinrichtungen (5) mit der Außenwand (1) verbindbar ist.
