Claims (17)

  1. Behälter (1) mit einer Hülse (2) und mit einer Ausgabe-Kapsel, wobei die besagte Kapsel einerseits eine Kappe (4) aufweist, die mit mindestens einer Ausgabe-Öffnung (7) versehen ist und die mittels mindestens eines an der Hülse vorgesehenen Gewindez zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen hin und her schraubbar ist, und andererseits ein Reduzierstück, das mit der Hülse fest verbunden (3') oder auf sie aufgesetzt (3) ist und mit einem Verschlußansatz (6) versehen ist derart, daß die Öffnung (7) der Kappe (4) in Abhängigkeit von ihrer Position auf der Hülse nach Belieben verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (2) des Behälters zwei zueinander parallele Schraubengewinde (11a, 11b) aufweist, die begrenzt und dazu bestimmt sind, jeweils mit einem Nocken (12a, 12b) zusammenzuwirken, der in der Kappe angeordnet ist, und daß die Hülse außerdem schraubenförmige Rampen (16a, 16b) zum Aufsetzen der Kappe trägt, deren Windungssinn bei jeder Viertel-Umdrehung wechselt derart, daß die besagten Rampen zwischen sich zwei Scheitelpunkte (17a, 17b) sowie jeweils zwei Mulden bilden, die einander diametral gegenüberliegen, wobei jede Mulde durch eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut (18) verlängert ist, welche sich mindestens bis zu einem der Gewinde (11a, 11b) hin erstreckt und die dazu bestimmt ist, einen der Nocken (12a, 12b) der Kappe beim Aufsetzen derselben auf die Hülse aufzunehmen.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut (18) in das entsprechende Gewinde (11a, 11b) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Rippe (19) einmündet, die beim Aufsetzen der Kappe von dem entsprechenden Nocken (12a, 12b) unter Kraftaufwand überwunden wird, wobei die besagte Rippe (19) als eine Rückdrehung verhindernder Anschlag dient.
  3. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nuten (18) mindestens an den vorderen Enden der Gewinde (11a, 11b) einmünden derart, daß beim Aufsetzen die Kappe (4) eine Verschlußstellung einnimmt.
  4. Behälter nach der Gesamtheit der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Gewinde (11a, 11b) jeweils symmetrisch über etwas mehr als eine halbe Umdrehung erstrecken derart, daß jedes Gewinde (11a, 11b) seinen Anfangspunkt in einer in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nut (18) besitzt und in der anderen in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nut (18) endet, wobei das vordere Ende des Gewindes (11a, 11b) vom hinteren Ende des anderen Gewindes (11b, 11a) durch eine Rippe (19) getrennt ist, die als eine Rückdrehung verhindernder Anschlag dient, der von dem entsprechenden Nocken (12a, 12b) der Kappe im Augenblick des Aufsetzens unter Kraftaufwand überwunden werden kann, aber auch dann, wenn man einen Verschluß erreichen will, indem man einen Druck auf die Kappe ausübt.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippe (19), welche die Gewinde (11a, 11b) trennt, eine zur Basis der Hülse (2) anwachsenden Dicke aufweist derart, daß in dieser Richtung das Überwinden unter Kraftaufwand erleichtert wird und im Gegensatz hierzu das Verhindern der Rückdrehung verbessert wird.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere Ende jedes Gewindes (11a, 11b) gegen die entsprechende in Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut (18) durch eine Rippe (19') abgeschlossen ist, die vom entsprechenden Nocken (12a, 12b) der Kappe beim Aufsetzen unter Kraftaufwand überwunden wird, wobei die besagte Rippe (19') als eine Rückdrehung verhindernder Anschlag dient.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Nocken (12a, 12b) die Form einer kleinen Rippe besitzt mit einer Breite, die höchstens gleich derjenigen der in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nut (18) ist, in welche sie beim Aufsetzen eingreift.
  8. Behälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede einen Nocken (12a, 12b) bildende Rippe eine Neigung zur Horizontalen besitzt, welche im wesentlichen derjenigen des Gewindes entspricht.
  9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede einen Nocken (12a, 12b) bildende Rippe in ihrem Mittelteil eine Einkerbung (21a, 21b) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem kleinen Vorsprung (20) zusammenzuwirken, der in dem entsprechenden Gewinde (11a, 11b) gegenüber der in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nut (18) angeordnet ist, um eine Markierung und/oder Verriegelung der Stellung zu erreichen.
  10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) an ihrer Innenwand mindestens eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rippe (23) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (22a, 22b) zusammenzuwirken, der auf den schraubenförmigen Aufsetz-Rampen vorgesehen ist, um eine Verriegelung und/oder eine hörbare Markierung beim Schließen und beim Öffnen zu erreichen.
  11. Behälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) nur eine einzige in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rippe (23) aufweist, die gegen einen der Nocken (12a, 12b) in Bezug auf eine Ebene (P1) senkrecht zur durch den besagten Nocken laufenden Ebene (P2) leicht versetzt angeordnet ist, während die Aufsetz-Rampen (11a, 11b) mit zwei Vorsprüngen (22a, 22b) versehen sind, die auf der Höhe der durch die besagten Rampen gebildeten Scheitelpunkte (17a, 17b) angeordnet sind.
  12. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (4) ein rohrförmiges koaxial zu ihrer Öffnung (7) angeordnetes Element aufweist, welches dazu bestimmt ist, dichtend auf oder in einem Schacht (15) zu gleiten, der am Reduzierstück (3, 3') vorgesehen ist.
  13. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (7) der Kappe (4) mit einer Dichtung (24) ausgerüstet ist, die mit einem Schlitz (24') und einer Aufnahme (24'') für den Verschlußansatz (6) versehen ist derart, daß dieser letztere in der Verschlußstellung in dichtender Weise den Schlitz (24') der besagten Dichtung verschließt, indem er in seine Aufnahme (25'') eintritt, während in der Offenstellung die Dichtung (24) als Ventil dient, indem sie die Ausgabe des Produkts durch ihren Schlitz hindurch zuläßt, jedoch in der umgekehrten Richtung das Eindringen von eventuellen Verunreinigungen völlig verhindert.
  14. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einem Unverletzbarkeits-System ausgerüstet ist, welches einen an der Basis der Kappe abnehmbar befestigten Streifen (25) aufweist, der mit Blockierungsmitteln versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit konjugierten Mitteln beim Aufsetzen der Kappe auf die besagte Hülse zusammenzuwirken, welche an der Hülse (2) des Behälters angeordnet sind derart, daß die besagte Kappe sich relativ zur Hülse nicht verdrehen kann, solange der besagte Streifen (25') nicht abgenommen ist.
  15. Behälter nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockierungsmittel des Streifens (25) an der Kappe auch die Befestigungsmittel des Streifens an der Kappe bilden und die Form von mindestens zwei Zungen (25'a, 25'b) besitzen, die abnehmbar mit der Kappe verbunden sind, während die konjugierten Mittel der Hülse durch mindestens zwei Einkerbungen (26a, 26b) gebildet werden, die in einer Fußplatte der Hülse in derselben Winkelstellung wie die Zungen in der Schließstellung angeordnet sind, um diese letzteren beim Aufsetzen der Kappe auf die Hülse aufzunehmen.
  16. Behälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (25'a, 25'b) einander diametral gegenüberliegend in derselben axialen Ebene (P2) wie der Nocken (12a, 12b) angeordnet sind, während die Einkerbungen ebenfalls einander diametral gegenüberliegend in derselben axialen Ebene wie die in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nuten (18) angeordnet sind.
  17. Verwendung des Behälters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 in einem Verfahren zum Aufsetzen der Kappe auf die Hülse eines Behälters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren unabhängig von der Anfangsstellung der Kappe (4) in Bezug auf die Hülse (2) darin besteht, die besagte Kappe in Bezug auf die Hülse zu verdrehen und dabei auf dieselbe einen axialen Druck auszuüben, bis die Nocken (12a, 12b) der Kappe (4) zu den vorderen Enden der Gewinde (11a, 11b) gelangen, nachdem sie auf den schraubenförmigen Rampen (16a, 16b) und dann in den in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Nuten (18) geführt wurden.
