Claims (6)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung (1) für ein Fluid, die dazu dient, auf einen mit einem Gewinde versehenen Hals (2) eines Behälters für das Fluid aufgeschraubt zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung ein mit einem Gewinde versehenes Befestigungselement (14) umfaßt, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Hals (2) des Behälters in einen Gewindeeingriff zu treten, um die Abgabevorrichtung auf dem Hals des Behälters zu befestigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nur in einer Richtung wirkendes Mitnahmeorgan (15) vorgesehen ist, welches das Befestigungselement in der Weise abdeckt, daß es jeglichen Zugang zum Befestigungselement (14) verhindert, wenn letzteres auf den Hals des Behälters aufgeschraubt ist, und das eine Mitnahme des Befestigungselementes nur in der Richtung ermöglicht, die sein Aufschrauben auf den Hals des Behälters sicherstellt, derart, daß das Befestigungselement nicht durch eine Drehung des nur in eine Richtung wirkenden Mitnahmeorgans abgeschraubt werden kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der eine äußere Oberfläche des Befestigungselementes mit einer inneren Oberfläche des Mitnahmeorgans zusammenwirkt, um die Mitnahme des Befestigungselementes lediglich in der Richtung zu ermöglichen, die durch eine Drehung des Mitnahmeorgans zu einem Aufschrauben führt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Befestigungselement ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Ring ist, wobei der Ring eine zylindrische äußere Oberfläche besitzt, die wenigstens eine im wesentlichen flexible Zunge (142) umfaßt, die sich in einer bezüglich der radialen Richtung geneigten Weise nach außen erstreckt, wobei das freie Ende der Zunge der Richtung entgegenweist, welche ein Aufschrauben sicherstellt, und daß das nur in einer Richtung wirkende Betätigungsorgan ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Mantelring ist, der eine zylindrische innere Oberfläche aufweist, die eine Anzahl von Anschlägen (152) umfaßt, welche der Anzahl der Zungen entspricht, um die freien Enden der Zungen aufzunehmen und zu blockieren, wenn der Mantelring in der Aufschraubrichtung gedreht wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Zungen (142) so ausgebildet sind, daß sie sich oberhalb eines festgelegten Wertes des Aufschraubmoments abbiegen können.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Befestigungselement ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Ring ist, wobei der Ring eine äußere zylindrische Oberfläche aufweist, die wenigstens eine im wesentlichen starre Zunge (142) umfaßt, die sich in bezüglich der radialen Richtung geneigter Weise nach außen erstreckt, wobei das freie Ende der Zunge in der der Aufschraubrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung erstreckt, wobei das nur in einer Richtung wirkende Betätigungsorgan ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Mantelring ist, der eine zylindrische innere Oberfläche umfaßt, welche eine Anzahl von Anschlägen (152) aufweist, die der Anzahl der Zungen entspricht, um die freien Enden der Zungen aufzunehmen und zu blockieren, wenn der Mantelring in Aufschraubrichtung gedreht wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Zungen (142) oberhalb eines vorbestimmten Wertes des Aufschraubmomentes brechen können.
