Claims (17)
- Récipient (1) à bague (2) pourvu d'une capsule distributrice, ladite capsule comportant d'une part, un capuchon (4) muni d'au moins un orifice (7) de distribution qui est monté vissable et dévissable entre au moins deux positions, au moyen d'au moins un filetage prévu sur la bague, et d'autre part, un réducteur solidaire (3') ou rapporté (3) sur la bague et pourvu d'un embout d'obturation (6) de manière à obturer à volonté l'orifice (7) du capuchon (4) en fonction de sa position sur la bague, caractérisé en ce que la bague (2) du récipient comporte deux filetages (11a,11b) parallèles de vissage, limités et destinés à coopérer chacun avec un ergot (12a,12b) prévu dans le capuchon et en ce que la bague comporte en outre des rampes hélicoïdales (16a,16b) d'assemblage du capuchon dont les sens d'enroulement sont alternés tous les quarts de tour de telle sorte que lesdites rampes forment entre elles deux pointes (17a,17b) et respectivement deux creux diamétralement opposés, chaque creux étant prolongé par une rainure longitudinale (18) qui s'étend vers au moins l'un des filetages (11a,11b) et qui est destinée à recevoir l'un des ergots (12a,12b) du capuchon au cours de l'assemblage de celui-ci sur la bague.
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque rainure longitudinale (18) débouche dans le filetage correspondant (11a,11b) par l'intermédiaire d'une nervure (19) qui est passée à force par l'ergot (12a,12b) correspondant du capuchon au cours de l'assemblage, ladite nervure (19) servant de butée anti-retour.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les rainures longitudinales (18) débouchent au moins aux extrémités de départ des filetages (11a,11b), de telle sorte qu'à l'assemblage, le capuchon (4) prend une position d'obturation.
- Récipient selon l'ensemble des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les filetages (11a,11b) s'étendent symétriquement chacun sur un peu plus d'un demi-tour de telle sorte que chaque filetage (11a,11b) prend naissance dans une rainure longitudinale (18) et se termine dans l'autre rainure longitudinale (18), l'extrémité de départ du filetage (11a,11b) étant séparée de l'extrémité finale de l'autre filetage (11b,11a) par une nervure (19) servant de butée anti-retour, laquelle peut être passée à force par l'ergot (12a,12b) correspondant du capuchon, au moment de l'assemblage, mais aussi si l'on veut obtenir une fermeture en exerçant une pression sur le capuchon.
- Récipient selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (19) qui sépare les filetages (11a,11b), présente une épaisseur croissante vers la base de la bague (2) de manière à faciliter dans ce sens le passage en force et au contraire améliorer la retenue anti-retour.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité finale de chaque filetage (11a,11b) est fermée par rapport à la rainure longitudinale (18) correspondante, par une nervure (19') qui est passée à force par l'ergot (12a,12b) correspondant du capuchon au cours de l'assemblage, ladite nervure (19') servant de butée anti-retour.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque ergot (12a,12b) se présente sous la forme d'une petite nervure d'une largeur au plus égale à celle de la rainure longitudinale (18) dans laquelle elle s'engage à l'assemblage.
- Récipient selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque nervure formant un ergot (12a,12b) présente une pente sur l'horizontale correspondant sensiblement à celle des filetages.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque nervure formant un ergot (12a,12b) présente dans sa partie médiane, une encoche (21a,21b) destinée à coopérer avec une petite saillie (20) ménagée dans le filetage correspondant (11a,11b) en regard de la rainure longitudinale (18) afin d'assurer un marquage et/ou verrouillage de position.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (4) comporte au moins une nervure longitudinale (23) sur sa paroi interne, destinée à coopérer avec au moins une saillie (22a,22b) prévue sur les rampes hélicoïdales d'assemblage afin d'assurer un verrouillage et/ou un marquage sonore à la fermeture et à l'ouverture.
- Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (4) ne comporte qu'une seule nervure longitudinale (23) légèrement décalée vers l'un des ergots (12a,12b) par rapport à un plan (P1) perpendiculaire au plan (P2) passant par lesdits ergots, tandis que les rampes d'assemblage (11a,11b) sont pourvues de deux saillies (22a,22b) aménagées au niveau des pointes (17a,17b) formées par lesdites rampes.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (4) présente un élément tubulaire (14) coaxial à son orifice (7), destiné à venir coulisser de manière étanche sur ou dans une cheminée (15) prévue sur le réducteur (3,3').
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (7) du capuchon (4) est équipé d'un joint (24) muni d'une fente (24') et d'un logement (24'') pour l'embout d'obturation (6) de manière que ce dernier, en position d'obturation, obture de manière étanche la fente (24') dudit joint en venant se disposer dans son logement (25''), tandis qu'en position d'ouverture, le joint (24) sert de valve en permettant l'évacuation du produit par sa fente, tout en empêchant en sens inverse l'entrée éventuelle d'impuretés.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un système d'inviolabilité comportant une bande (25) fixée de manière détachable à la base du capuchon et pourvue de moyens de blocage destinés à coopérer avec des moyens conjugués aménagés sur la bague (2) du récipient dès l'assemblage du capuchon sur ladite bague de telle sorte que ledit capuchon ne peut pas tourner relativement à la bague tant que ladite bande (25) n'est pas retirée.
- Récipient selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage de la bande (25) sur le capuchon constituent aussi les moyens de fixation de la bande sur le capuchon et se présentent sous la forme d'au moins deux languettes (25'a,25'b) reliées au capuchon de façon détachable, tandis que les moyens conjugués de la bague sont formés d'au moins deux encoches (26a,26b) ménagées dans une embase de la bague, dans la même position angulaire que les languettes en position de fermeture, afin de recevoir ces dernières au cours de l'assemblage du capuchon sur la bague.
- Récipient selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (25'a,25'b) sont disposées de façon diamétralement opposée, dans le même plan axial (P2) que celui des ergots (12a,12b), tandis que les encoches sont ménagées aussi de façon diamétralement opposée, dans le même plan axial que les rainures longitudinales (18).
- Utilisation du récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16 dans un procédé d'assemblage du capuchon sur la bague d'un récipient, caractérisé en ce que le procédé consiste, quelle que soit la position initiale du capuchon (4) par rapport à la bague (2), à entraíner en rotation ledit capuchon par rapport à la bague tout en exerçant sur celui-ci une pression axiale jusqu'à ce que les ergots (12a,12b) du capuchon (4) parviennent jusqu' aux extrémités de départ des filetages (11a,11b) après avoir été guidés sur les rampes hélicoïdales (16a,16b) puis dans les rainures longitudinales (18).
