Ensemble pour la fermeture d’un tube, ledit ensemble comprenant une tête de tube (3) muni d’un goulot (10) et d’un opercule (5) obturant ledit goulot (10), ledit ensemble comprenant en outre un bouchon (30) comprenant un poinçon (7) adapté pour perforer ledit opercule (5), ledit goulot (10) et ledit bouchon (30) étant configurés pour guider le bouchon (30) jusqu’à une position de fermeture dans laquelle ledit poinçon (7) a perforé ledit opercule (5), ledit bouchon comprenant une jupe latérale (23) munie d’au moins une encoche (60) débouchant radialement, ledit goulot comprenant une excroissance (61) configurée pour coopérer angulairement avec ladite encoche (60) pour bloquer un retrait du bouchon (30), une fois ledit bouchon (30) dans ladite position de fermeture.
