Ensemble pour la fermeture d’un tube, ledit ensemble comprenant une tête de tube (3) muni d’un goulot (10) et d’un opercule (5) obturant ledit goulot (10), ledit ensemble comprenant en outre un bouchon (30) muni d’un poinçon (7) adapté pour perforé ledit opercule (5), ledit goulot (10) et ledit bouchon (30) étant configurés pour guider le bouchon (30) jusqu’à une position de fermeture dans laquelle ledit poinçon (7) a perforé ledit opercule (5), ledit poinçon comprenant une ou plusieurs dents (50) de découpe de l’opercule (5) s’étendant à partir d’un bord libre (80) du poinçon (7), au moins une portion angulaire (81) dudit bord libre (80), dite portion de passage, étant configurée pour demeurer dans le goulot (10) dans ladite position de fermeture.
