Abstract

Eine Sanitärhalterung enthält ein Wandprofil (1), das vor einer Ecke zwischen zwei Wänden angebracht werden kann. An dem Wandprofil (1) lassen sich Sanitärgegenstände, beispielsweise Mischer, Brausen o. dgl. befestigen. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, daß an dem Profil (1) eine als Kopfbrause (3) ausgebildete Brause und eine Lampe (17) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sanitärhalterung mit einem Wandprofil, das vor einer Wand, insbesondere in einer Ecke angebracht werden kann, und an dem Sanitärgegenstände, beispielsweise Mischer, Brausen oder dgl. befestigt werden können.
  • Es ist bereits eine Brausehalterung dieser Art bekannt (DE-GBM 85 06 749), bei der das Profil etwa U-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit Randflanschen an einer Wand befestigt werden kann. Im Inneren des Profils, d. h. in dem zur Wand hin gerichteten Raum, ist Platz für die Unterbringung von Anschlußleitungen, Mischer, Gehäusen oder dgl.. Die bekannte Brausehalterung wird an den Randbereichen direkt an die Wand angeschraubt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Sanitärhalterung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die optisch ansprechend ist und eine Montage als Einheit ermöglicht.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Sanitärhalterung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 vor. Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Trotz der kompakten Unterbringung aller Versorgungselemente hinter dem panelartigen Profil wird es auf diese Weise möglich, eine Montageeinheit zu schaffen, bei der der Brausekopf so angeordnet sein kann, daß er als Kopfbrause dienen kann. Darunter ist zu verstehen, daß ihre Hauptstrahlrichtung nach unten geht.
  • In Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Kopfbrause verstellbar ist.
  • Der Wortlaut der Patentansprüche ist durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht.
  • In Weiterbildung der Erfindung können die Merkmale des Anspruchs 3 vorgesehen sein. Dadurch wird es für den Installateur möglich, das Wandprofil zunächst nur einzuhängen, so daß eine Art Vormontage gegeben ist. Das Wandprofil kann dann noch zur Seite oder auch mit seinem unteren Bereich nach vorne verschwenkt werden, so daß jetzt die Herstellung der Verbindung mit den Wandanschlüssen durchgeführt werden kann. Insbesondere gün- stig ist diese Ausgestaltung, wenn auch elektrische Leitungen verlegt werden sollen, beispielsweise Steuerleitungen für ein elektrisch betätigtes Ventil.
  • In Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Haken eine kontinuierlich abwärts verlaufende Unterseite zum Angriff an dem Haltebügel aufweist. Auf diese Weise erfolgt eine Beaufschlagung des Wandprofils unter seinem Gewicht gegen die Wand, an der es befestigt werden soll.
  • Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Bügel sich bis nahe an die Rückseite des Profils heranerstreckt. Dann läßt sich das Profil in eingehängtem Zustand noch möglichst weit abschwenken.
  • Der Bügel nimmt zusammen mit dem Haken das gesamte Gewicht des Wandprofils auf. Zur endgültigen Festlegung reicht es daher aus, beispielsweise im unteren Bereich das Profil an der Wand mit kleinen Schrauben anzuschrauben. Hierzu kann das Wandprofil an seiner Unterkante eine Lasche aufweisen, durch die der Installateur das Profil anschrauben kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Haltebügel und der Haken derart ausgebildet sind, daß eine Zentrierung des Wandprofils erreicht wird. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine symmetrische Anordnung und Ausbildung von Haltebügel und Haken geschehen.
  • In Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, den Haltebügel und/oder den Haken aus Flachstahl winklig zu biegen. Dies läßt sich mit sehr einfachen Mitteln durchführen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann das Wandprofil zur Anbringung an einer ebenen Wand geeignet sein. In diesem Fall kann vorgesehen sein, daß beide Randflansche in einer Ebene liegen.
  • Es wird jedoch als besonders günstig angesehen, das Wandprofil vor einer Ecke zu befestigen, da hier selbst bei einem sehr flachen Profil ausreichend Platz in dem Raum zwischen dem Profil und den beiden Wänden vorhanden ist. In diesem Fall weisen die Ebenen, in denen die beiden Randflansche liegen, einen der Wandecke entsprechenden Winkel auf.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Haltebügel und/oder der Haken derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Angriffspunkt hinter dem Schwerpunkt der Halterung liegt.
  • Der Haltebügel und der Haken können mit Vorteil im oberen Bereich des Wandprofils angeordnet sein. Das untere Ende des Wandprofils kann Laschen zur Anbringung an der Wand aufweisen.
  • Es kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, daß ein zweiter Haltebügel im unteren Bereich des Wandprofils an der Wand angebracht ist, wobei der zugehörige Haken eine federnd ausgebildete Lasche aufweist, die zum Ausgleich von Toleranzen und zum federnden Beaufschlagen des Wandprofils gegen die Wand dient. Insbesondere kann auch vorgesehen sein, daß im unteren Bereich eine Verrastung vorgesehen ist.
  • Die Erfindung schlägt vor, an dem Wandprofil insbesondere einen Brausekopf zu befestigen, der mit Hilfe eines Halters etwas vorspringt, so daß er als Kopfbrause dienen kann.
  • In Weiterbildung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Brausekopf von eine Lampe umgeben ist. Es erfolgt also eine Beleuchtung des Duschraums von oben oder schräg oben, beispielsweise mit Vorteil aus der Richtung, aus der auch die Wasserstrahlen den Brausekopf verlassen.
  • Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Brausekopf in einem ringförmigen Lampengehäuse angeordnet ist. Mit Vorteil kann es sich dabei um Niedervolt-Lampen handeln.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann der mit dem Lampengehäuse versehene Brausekopf auch getrennt von dem Wandprofil verwendet werden.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Hierbei zeigen:

  • Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Sanitärhalterung enthält ein Wandprofil 1, das langgestreckt ausgebildet ist und senkrecht verläuft. Es kann aus einem dünnen geschwungenen Blech hergestellt sein. In seinem oberen Bereich ist an dem Wandprofil 1 eine Halterung 2 für einen Brausekopf 3 befestigt. Die Halterung 2 weist die Form eines Schalenteiles mit einer Rückwand 4 auf, die flächig an dem Wandprofil 1 anliegt.
  • Von der Rückseite 5 des Wandprofils 1 her ist an diesem im oberen Bereich ein Haken 6 angeschraubt. Der Haken weist einen senkrecht verlaufenden Abschnitt 7 auf, der an der Rückseite 5 des Wandprofils 1 direkt anliegt. Durch zwei Löcher sind zwei Schrauben 8 durch den senkrechten Abschnitt 7 des Hakens 6, das Wandprofil 1, die Rückwand 4 des Brausehalters 2 in eine Gegenplatte 9 eingeschraubt. Die Gegenplatte 9 kann beispielsweise zwei Gewindebohrungen aufweisen. Selbstverständlich wäre auch die Verwendung von Muttern an dieser Stelle möglich.
  • Der Haken 6 weist einen von der Rückwand 5 des Wandprofils 1 nach hinten und unten verlaufenden Hakenabschnitt 10 auf, dessen Unterseite also stetig nach hinten und unten verläuft. Mit dem Hakenabschnitt 10 ist das Wandprofil 1 in einen Bügel 11 eingehängt, wobei die Unterseite des Hakenabschnitts 10 auf der oberen Kante 12 des Bügels 11 aufliegt. Aufgrund des schrägen Verlaufs des Hakenabschnitts 10 rutscht das Wandprofil aufgrund seines Gewichts nach hinten.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt nun eine Aufsicht auf die Anordnung der Fig. 1. Das Wandprofil 1 weist einen zentralen relativ flachen Abschnitt 13 auf, der im Bereich seiner beiden Querschnittsenden nach hinten umgebogene Randflansche 14 enthält. Die Randflansche 14 sind so hinten umgebogen, daß bei der Anbringung in einer Ecke eines Raums die Randflansche von vorne nicht sichtbar sind. Beide Randflansche 14 liegen in jeweils einer Ebene, wobei die beiden Ebenen einen Winkel von 90° miteinandereinschließen, der dem Winkel der Raumecke entspricht.
  • Der Bügel 11, der beispielsweise aus einem Flachmaterial winklig gebogen ist, weist zwei Endabschnitte 15 auf, die zur Anschraubung an einer Wand dienen. Zwischen den beiden Enden 15 weist der Haltebügel 11 einen Bereich 16 auf, der von der Wand in das Innere des Raums vorspringt. Im dargestellten Beispiel wird der nach innen vorspringende Bereich 16 von zwei rechtwinklich zueinander stehenden gleich langen geraden Abschnitten des Flachmaterials gebildet.
  • Der ebenfalls aus Flachmaterial gebogenen Haken 6 liegt mit seiner Unterseite auf der Oberkante 12 des Haltbügels 11 auf. Da sowohl der Haltebügel 15 als auch der Haken 6 spiegelsymmetrisch zu der Winkelhalbierenden zwischen den beiden Wandabschnitten angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, erfolgt eine gegenseitige Zentrierung, die dazu führt, daß das Wandprofil 1 sich zwischen die beiden Wandabschnitte einsetzt und mit den beiden Randflanschen 14 anliegt.
  • Das in Fig. 1 untere Ende des Wandprofils 1 kann beispielsweise mit einer dort angebrachten, nicht dargestellten Lasche an der Wand befestigt werden.
  • Ebenfalls denkbar ist es, im unteren Bereich einen zweiten Haltebügel 11 an der Wand zu befestigen und das Wandprofil 1 mit einem federnden Haken, einer federnden Lasche oder dgl. auszurüsten, so daß auch im unteren Bereich eine Beaufschlagung zur Wand erfolgen kann.
  • Wenn der Installateur die Brausehalterung montiert, so hängt er sie zunächst nur mit dem Haken über den Haltebügel 11. Er kann dann das Wandprofil 1 noch um den oberen Auflagepunkt verschwenken, sowohl nach vorne, siehe Fig. 1, als auch zur Seite, da aus beiden Richtungen wieder eine Zentrierung erfolgt.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt die Anordnung des Brausekopfs 3 an der Halterung 2, wobei in diesem Fall an der Halterung 2 zusätzlich eine ringförmige Lampe 17 angebracht ist. Die Lampe enthält einen ringförmigen Lampenraum 18, dessen nach oben gerichtete schalenförmige Oberseite 19 beispielsweise aus einem Blechteller besteht. Im Lampenraum 18 sind mehrere über den Umfang verteilte Lampen 20 angeordnet, beispielsweise Niedervolt-Lampen oder auch eine ringförmige Leuchtstoffröhre.
  • Von unten her ist in die Lampe 17 eine Austrittsfläche 21 aus durchscheinendem bis durchsichtigem Material, beispielsweise Milchglas, eingesetzt und befestigt. Diese Austrittsfläche weist einen etwa ebenen äußeren Bereich 22, einen etwa parallel zu der Oberseite verlaufenden Ringbereich 23 und einen Zylinderbereich 24 auf, der nicht durchsichtig oder durchscheinend zu sein braucht.
  • Die Lampe 17 erzeugt einen Lichtkegel um den Brausekopf 3 und damit im Betrieb auch um den Brausesstrahl und beleuchtet die Duschstelle, also beispielsweise eine Duschkabine.
  • Bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Randflansche einstückig mit dem Profil ausgebildet. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, sie als getrenntes Bauteil herzustellen und mit dem Profil zu verbinden.

Claims (14)

  1. Sanitärhalterung mit
    1.1 einem Wandprofil (1) zur Anbringung von Sanitärgegenständen vor einer Wand, das
    1.1.1 einen mittleren Bereich (13) zur Aufnahme der Sanitärgegenstände und
    1.1.2 zwei ebene in Richtung auf eine Rückseite abgewinkelte Randflansche (14) zur flächigen Anlage an der Wand aufweist,
    1.2 einer im oberen Bereich des Profils gegenüber der Fortsetzung seiner Vorderseite abkragenden Halterung (2) für einen Brausekopf (3), der
    1.2.1 derart an der Halterung angeordnet ist, daß er als Kopfbrause wirken kann sowie mit
    1.3 einer Lampe (17), die
    1.3.1 den Brausekopf umgibt.
  2. Sanitäreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Kopfbrause verstellbar ist.
  3. Sanitärhalterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit
    3.1 einem Haltebügel (11), der
    3.1.1 an der Wand befestigbar ist und
    3.1.2 einen Abschnitt (16) mit einem Abstand von, der Wand aufweist, sowie mit
    3.2 einem Hakenelement (6), das
    3.2.1 an der Rückseite (5) des Profils (1) angeordnet und
    3.2.2 in den von der Wand abstehenden Abschnitt (16) des Haltebügels (11) einhängbar ist.
  4. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Hakenelement (6) eine kontinuierlich abwärts verlaufende Unterseite zum Angriff an dem Haltebügel (11) aufweist und vorzugsweise der Haltebügel (11) bis nahe an die Rückseite (5) des Profils (1) heranreicht.
  5. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Haltebügel (11) und/oder das Hakenelement (6) derart ausgebildet sind, daß eine Zentrierung des Wandprofils (1) bewirkt wird.
  6. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Haltebügel (11) und/oder das Hakenelement (6) aus Flachstahl winklig gebogen sind.
  7. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der beide Randflansche (14) in einer Ebene zur Befestigung an einer ebenen Wand liegen.
  8. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Ebenen beider Randflansche (14) einen einer Ecke entsprechenden Winkel miteinander aufweisen.
  9. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Haltebügel (11) und/oder das Hakenelement (6) derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Angriffspunkt zwischen beiden hinter dem Schwerpunkt der Halterung liegt.
  10. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Haltebügel (11) und das Hakenelement (6) im oberen Bereich des Wandprofils (1) angeordnet sind.
  11. Sanitärhalterung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das untere Ende des Wandprofils 1 mindestens eine Lasche zur Anbringung an der Wand aufweist.
  12. Sanitärarmatur nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Brausekopf (3) vorzugsweise zentral in einem ringförmigen Lampengehäuse angeordnet ist.
  13. Brausekopf, insbeosondere zur Anbringung an einem Wandprofil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er von einer Lampe (17) umgeben ist.
  14. Brausekopf nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er insbesondere zentral in einem ringförmigen Lampengehäuse angeordnet ist.
