Description
Elektronische Anzeige-Steuervorrichtungen 5 gehören zum Stand der Technik. Sie werden z.B. unter den Bezeichnungen C900/M, C900/S und C900/S-PC vertrieben. Entsprechende Produktbeschreibungen sind dem 'Technical Manual, Turn-O-Matic C900 Systems' der Esselte Meto International VertriebsGmbH, veröffentlicht im Juli 1994, zu entnehmen.
Wird bei Punkt 35 jedoch die Meldung als von einem Bedienelement 5 kommend identifiziert, wird bei 36 die Eingabe über den (die) Taster 5 ausgeschaltet. Liefert die Überprüfung unter Programmpunkt 37 das Ergebnis, daß die Meldung zur Anzeige auf einem der Anzeigeelemente 3 bestimmt ist, wird bei 34 eine entsprechende Änderung in dessen Anzeige veranlaßt. Anschließend kehrt das Steuerprogramm in einer Schleife zu dem Punkt 31 zurück und wartet auf die nächste Eingabe.

Claims (11)
- System zur Bestimmung der Reihenfolge der Bedienung von Kunden an mehreren Bedienstellen, mit einer Ausgabevorrichtung (11) für Etiketten, wobei das ausgegebene Etikett dem Kunden eine Nummer in der Reihenfolge der Bedienung zuweist, mit zumindest einem Anzeigeelement (3) pro Bedienstelle (12), wobei das Anzeigeelement (3) jeweils zumindest die Nummer anzeigt, die an der Bedienstelle (12) momentan bedient wird bzw. die als nächste bedient werden soll, und mit mindestens einer Bedieneinrichtung (5; 6) pro Bedienstelle (12), über die eine Änderung der momentanen Anzeige an dem Anzeigelement (3) ausgelöst wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Anzeigelement (3) als Modul (2) ausgebildet ist,
daß an jedem Modul (2) eine Schnittstelle (7) vorgesehen ist, über die die Anzeigeelemente (3) und die Bedienelemente (5; 6) miteinander kommunizieren,
daß jedem Modul (2) zumindest ein Prozessor (4) zugeordnet ist,
in dem eine Vielzahl von Steuerprogrammen zur Verfügung stehen, die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Reihenfolge und Zuordnung der Nummer zu den einzelnen Anzeigeelementen (3) genügen, wobei eine in den Steuerprogrammen enthaltene System-Erkennungseinheit die Schnittstelle im Hinblick auf Identifizierungssignale überprüft und dem Steuerprogramm nachfolgend die Information zur Verfügung stellt, wie viele und welche Art von Bedieneinrichtungen (5;6), Anzeigeelementen (3) und anderen Einheiten das System (1) konfigurieren, und wobei die Steuerprogramme für unterschiedlichste Systemkonfigurationen ausgelegt sind und mittels der von der System-Erkennungseinheit gelieferten Information automatisch die der Systemkonfiguration entsprechende Systemsteuerung aktiviert wird,
und daß an wenigstens einem Modul (2) eine Aufrufeinheit (10) vorgesehen ist, über die die einzelnen Steuerprogramme aufrufbar sind. - System nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Aufruf-Einheit (10) die
entsprechend dem Identifizierungssignal der zum System (1) gehörenden Anzeigeelemente (3) und Bedienelemente (5; 6) das zur Verfügung stehende Steuerprogramm aktiviert, so daß die Nummern bei Betätigung einer (der) Bedieneinrichtung(en) (5;6) in der durch das Steuerprogramm vorgegebenen Reihenfolge und Zuordnung auf den Anzeigeelementen (3) zur Anzeige gebracht werden. - System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
wobei zumindest ein weiteres Anzeigeelement (3) im Kundenraum, vorgesehen ist, das (die) den Kunden die nächste(n) zur Bedienung anstehende(n) Nummer anzeigt (anzeigen), - System nach Anspruch 3,
wobei im Kundenraum mehrere Anzeigeelemente (3) vorgesehen sind, die den Kunden die in der Reihenfolge der Bedienung nächstfolgenden Nummern an den einzelnen Bedienstellen (12) anzeigen. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
wobei zumindest ein optisches und/oder akustisches Signalelement (13) vorgesehen ist, das die Kunden auf einen Wechsel der Nummer auf einem Anzeigeelemente (3) aufmerksam macht. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
wobei bei mehreren Anzeigeelementen (3) ein erstes Anzeigeelement (3) vorgesehen ist, das die weiteren Anzeigeelemente (3) steuert. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
wobei im Falle von mehreren Bedienstellen (12), die von einem Kunden in einer gewissen Reihenfolge durchlaufen werden müssen, eine Programmsteuerung vorgesehen ist, die die an einer Bedienstelle (12) zuletzt bediente Nummer auf dem Anzeigeelement (3) der nachfolgenden Bedienstelle (12) zur Anzeige bringt. - System nach Anspruch 1,
wobei es sich bei einem Bedienelement (5; 6) entweder um einen Taster (6) handelt, bei dessen Betätigung die nachfolgende Nummer in der Reihenfolge auf dem Anzeigeelement erscheint, oder um ein Anzeige-Steuergerät (5) handelt, mit dem beliebige Nummern auf dem (den) Anzeigeelement(en) (3) anzeigbar sind. - System nach Anspruch 8,
wobei die Anzeige-Steuervorrichtung (5) mit einem Rechner (14) koppelbar ist, der die von der Anzeige-Steuervorrichtung (5) gelieferten Daten statistisch auswertet. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
wobei es sich bei der Ausgabevorrichtung (11) für Etiketten um eine mechanische Vorrichtung mit elektronischem Zähler handelt. - System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
wobei das Modul (2) mittels eines Klick-Mechanismus in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung einer Halterung anbringbar ist.
