Claims (11)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil zur intermittierenden Brennstoffeinspritzung in den Brennraum einer Verbrennungskraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (14), mit einem mit Einspritzöffnungen (21) versehenen Ventilsitzelement (19), mit einem in das Gehäuse (14) längsverstellbar eingebauten Einspritzventilglied zum Verschliessen oder Öffnen der Einspritzöffnungen (21), mit einer Steuervorrichtung (15;100) zur Steuerung der Verstellbewegung des Einspritzventilgliedes, wobei die Steuervorrichtung (15;100)) einen längsverschiebbar angeordneten, mit dem Einspritzventilglied wirkverbundenen Steuerkolben (30;110) aufweist, der durch den Brennstoffsystemdruck aus einer Hochdruckzufuhrleitung (40;41) einerseits und durch den Brennstoff-Steuerdruck in einem Steuerraum (60;114) anderseits beaufschlagt wird, wobei der Steuerraum (60;114) über eine erste Steueröffnung (58;107,118) mit der Hochdruckzufuhrleitung (40) in Verbindung steht, und der Steuerdruck im Steuerraum (60;114) durch Öffnen oder Schliessen von mindestens einer zweiten Steueröffnung (61;109) steuerbar ist, wozu der Steuervorrichtung (15;100) ein elektrisch steuerbares Magnetventil (5;6;7;) zugeordnet ist, das einen in seiner Schliessstellung die zweite Steueröffnung (61;109) abschliessenden, axial verstellbaren Pilotventilschaft (70;125) aufweist, dessen Öffnungsbewegung bei Aktivierung des Magnetventils (5;6;7) entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (97;150) und dessen Schliessbewegung bei Desaktivierung des Magnetventils (5;6;7) durch die Kraft dieser Feder (97;150) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, mittels derer nach Aktivierung des Magnetventils (5;6;7) der zeitliche Verlauf der Öffnungsbewegung des Pilotventilschaftes (70;125) gesteuert wird.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magnetventil (5;6;7) einen mit dem Pilotventilschaft (70;125) verbundenen Anker (75) und eine Spule (74) aufweist, die zur Aktivierung des Magnetventils (5;6;7) mit Strom beaufschlagt wird.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel ein mit einer zweiten Feder (90) wirkverbundenes, entgegen der Kraft dieser Feder (90) verstellbares Anschlagelement (78;130) umfassen, bis zu welchem durch einen ersten Stromimpuls der Pilotventilschaft (70;125) in der ersten Phase der Öffnungsbewegung entgegen der Kraft der Feder (97) anhebbar ist, wobei zur Überwindung der Kraft der mit dem Anschlagelement (78;130) wirkverbundenen zweiten Feder (90) die Betätigungskraft in einer zweiten Stufe durch Erteilen eines zweiten Stromimpulses erhöht wird.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel einen mit dem Pilotventilschaft (125) wirkverbundenen Kolben (145) umfassen, welcher in einen bis auf eine Drosselöffnung (159) geschlossenen Raum (158) eng gleitend axialverschiebbar hineinragt, wobei der Raum (158) über die Drosselöffnung (159) mit einer Brennstoff-Niederdruckzone verbunden ist, wobei nach Aktivierung des Betätigungselementes (5;6;7) der Brennstoffdruck im Raum (158) der Öffnungsbewegung des Pilotventilschaftes (125) und des Kolbens (145) wegen Verdrängung des Brennstoffes über die Drosselbohrung (159) entgegenwirkt.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (145) zusammen mit dem Pilotventilschaft (125) nach einer Desaktivierung des Betätigungselementes (5;6;7) zwecks Schliessung der zweiten Steueröffnung (61,109) durch die Feder (150) bewegbar ist, wobei der sich damit vergrössende Raum (158) durch die dabei entstehende Druckdifferenz bedingt über die Drosselöffnung (159) mit Brennstoff nachfüllbar ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, mit einem mit der Spule (74) versehenen, ortsfesten Magnetventil-Innenteil (73), der eine Führungsbohrung (77) für den axialbeweglichen Pilotventilschaft (70;125) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement als ein hülsenförmiger Hubanschlag (78) ausgebildet ist, der axial verschiebbar in der Führungsbohrung (77) angeordnet ist und im oberen Bereich einen Flansch (80) aufweist, mit welchem er von der Feder (90) an einen Absatz (81) der Führungsbohrung (77) andrückbar ist, in welcher Stellung er im unteren Bereich mit seiner unteren Stirnfläche (82) aus dem Innenteil (73) hinausragt, wobei der Pilotventilschaft (70) im Hubanschlag (78) axial verstellbar ist, und wobei die Verstellung des Pilotventilschaftes (70) im Hubanschlag (78) nach oben durch eine an die Stirnfläche (82) anschlagende Absatzfläche (84) begrenzt ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, mit einem mit der Spule (74) versehenen, ortsfesten Magnetventil-Innenteil (73), der eine Führungsbohrung (77) für den axialbeweglichen Pilotventilschaft (70;125) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement als eine in einem erweiterten Teil der Führungsbohrung (77) angeordnete Anschlagplatte (130) ausgebildet ist, die über eine Distanzscheibe (132) an einen Absatz (81) der Führungsbohrung (77) von der Feder (90) andrückbar ist, wobei bei desaktiviertem Magnetventil (6) zwischen einer oberen Stirnfläche (127) des Pilotventilschaftes (125) und einer unteren Stirnfläche (131) der Anschlagplatte (130) ein durch die Dicke der Distanzscheibe (132) definierter Abstand vorhanden ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitpunkt für die Erteilung des zweiten Stromimpulses (I) zum Einleiten der zweiten Phase der Pilotventilschaft-Öffnungsbewegung wählbar ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Anker (75) aufnehmender Teil (76) des Pilotventilschaftes (70;125) in der obersten Stellung mit einer Absatzfläche (84) an einem Anschlagelement (122) aus verschleissfesten Material anliegt, das in den mit der Spule (74) versehenen Magnetventil-Innenteil (73) ortsfest eingesetzt ist, wobei zwischen der oberen Stirnfläche (85) des Ankers (75) und der unteren Polfläche (83) des Magnet-Innenteils(73) ein Abstand (L) vorhanden ist.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit einem mit der zweiten Steueröffnung (61;109) versehenen Steuerkörper (50;101), der eine einem Abschlussende (71) des Pilotventilschaftes (70;125) zugewandte Stirnfläche (62) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnfläche (62) mit einer zu der zweiten Steueröffnung (61;109) koaxialen Entlastungsvertiefung (163) versehen ist, durch welche eine den Auslass der Steueröffnung (61;109) umgebende Dichtfläche (162) kleiner Fläche begrenzt ist, wobei der Aussenrand der Entlastungsvertiefung (163) kleiner ist, als der Durchmesser des Abschlussendes (71), wobei die Stirnfläche (62) mit mindestens einem Entlastungs-ausgang (165) versehen ist, der in die Entlastungsvertiefung (163) mündet und sich über den Durchmesser des Abschlussendes (71) erstreckt.
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Abschlussende (71) des Pilotventilschaftes (70) und einem mit der zweiten Steueröffnung (109) versehenen Steuerkörper (101) ein Flachsitz ausgebildet ist, der eine zur zweiten Steueröffnung (109) koaxiale, diese umgebende, ringförmige Dichtfläche (162) aufweist, die durch eine Ringnut (163) von einer in gleicher Ebene liegenden, ringförmigen, koaxialen Sitzfläche (164) getrennt ist, wobei die Sitzfläche (164) durch mindestens einen in die Ringnut (163) mündenden Entlastungsausgang (165) unterbrochen ist zum Wegleiten des durch Undichtheiten der Dichtfläche (162) aus der zweiten Steueröffnung (109) austretenden Brennstoffes aus dem Flachsitzbereich.
